"Ahahahaha! See?! I got a mouse!"
AJ held his prize up in victory, the little flitterat making little squeaks, unsure of how to treat it's new owner.
"I, AJ, AM VICTORIOUS!" The little grimmling yelled, earning a few stares from the passersby, and from his companion. Without a care, he set the little rat on his shoulder. "Okay, now you stay here." He grinned, heading over to whatever the next place to stop and beg for candy would be.
"So, Jaewon, was it? Wanna start catching up or should I just leave you some leftovers?" Cocky as ever, he leaned against a nearby pole, holding up one of his candied goods to his new pet. The little rat eagerly nibbled upon the sugary treat!

"Uh-huh."
How had he managed to meet up with this kid? For that matter, how had it turned into a contest? Why had he accepted? Why was he losing?! Jaewon wanted to scream each time the...little...piece of s**t brat won a game, and he wanted to scream even louder when somehow the little s**t got a new pet!
Fortunately for the mutt, Jaewon had the presence of mind to hold his tongue. Taking what he was given, and at times, giving a stink eye to his gifter. AJ might have a rat now, but Jaewon?
Jaewon had lots and lots of candy.
And according to custom, you were allowed to eat as much of it as you could. He could easily diet afterwards, and he already had a workout plan ready for when the time was over.
But no sooner did he open his mouth to take a bite out of the candy floss, AJ just had to open his mouth. And he was about to reply.
He was stopped by two arms; One blue, one green, draping over his shoulders.
"...For the love of..."

"Already? You'd think you'd be slower than that in acclimating. Isn't it a shame, Daesung?" A velvety voice crooned, twin tails curling and uncurling on the ground.
"Oh, don't be hard on them, Taeyang. I'm sure our baby bro has reason to be biting into such junk." A second voice, indistinguishable from the first if not for a low growl that laced it.
The twin kumiho, identical if not for their coloration and hairstyles, draped themselves over the slightly smaller kumiho. If Jaewon was lacking in clothing, these two put them to shame. Their tops were just BARELY covered, and even though their mouths were covered by masks, their eyes twinkled with mischief.
"And who is this~?" Taeyang questioned, tilting their head in the direction of the little grimm that was accompanying Jaewon.
"A lost little puppy, obviously." Daesung chuckled, removing their arm from their younger sibling, striding over to the gloating AJ.

AJ had frozen stiff the moment the twin Kumiho had appeared.
While he'd had so much fun with Jaewon, despite being a little d**k about his winnings, AJ never even imagined being interrupted by MORE older beings...let alone more Kumiho. The race was so new to him, and without his mother to help correct him, he was making the absolute worst decisions imaginable when it came to them.
His latest mistake? Jaewon and his slight bullying thereof.
"Pfft. What're you two?" He questioned, putting on what he liked to think was his tough front. His tail told a different story, however, tucked between his legs. His one still-flopped ear twitched slightly as the other pinned back against his head.
"Some sort of performers? Like--" He was going to say it, but for once in his short little life, AJ had the presence of mind to shut up.

Or, maybe, AJ hadn't voluntarily shut up.
As annoying as he had been, Jaewon knew what would happen if someone mouthed off to his older siblings, and had rushed over to smack a hand to the grimm's mouth. A but harder than he'd intended, but it did the trick.
"Ahaha...This is..." trailing off, Jaewon glanced at AJ, and thought it over. The kid HAD told him his full name, and how he kinda didn't like how long it was.
Well, his fault for being a bit of a jerk all night.
"His name's Aragorn Jacen-" He winced as AJ started to bite at his hand angrily. Those little teeth hurt! "-Prime Skywalker O'Connor." He still hadn't removed his hand, despite feeling those teeth dig in. "...But he prefers AJ."
"AJ, these are my siblings. Taeyang and Daesung." His grip on the grimmling's mouth tightened, and AJ soon stopped trying to bite his way out, staring at Jaewon with a quirked brow. "They're kinda new, so we should just....show them the ropes."
He hoped that would be enough to quell the twins' curiosity.

"Your new little pet~?" Taeyang questioned once more, now removing themself as well to circle their sibling and the little Grimm.
"At least he knows how to bark and how to bite." Daesung chuckled, crouching down to get eye level with the young boy. "Don't suppose you two would be interested in hitting up some of the more interesting games, hmm~?"
"Oh come on." Taeyang chuckled, crouching down next to their twin and flawlessly mimicking their pose and posture. It was honestly hard to tell them apart, again, if not for their overall coloration. "This little pup wouldn't be able to hit the broadside of a fat pig."
The twins were clearly grinning behind their masks at the pair, taunting and teasing.
