│WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? │· Some of the comedic relief characters have looser requirements than the default. │· Please have no more than one main character and two side characters when you apply. │· We'd like you to put a lot of time and attention into this special role! │· You must have been an active member for ~two months with two completed threads. │· We want to be sure you like the guild and want to stick around before taking an important role!
│HOW TO APPLY │· PM a staff member. │· Link all active characters/profiles. │· Link two completed threads. │· Give us information about your character. Possible name, age, race, etc. │· Any important life experiences they've had that will shape their behavior/quirks. │· Any other valuable information about your potential character. │· OOCly why you'd like the role, and if there is any reason you particularly love this one. │· Are there any big plots or ideas you've got to increase the guild's environment?

&CANNON APP CREATOR
│REQUIREMENTS │· Any race. │· Must be a part of the Ghost or Haven gang. │· Aged 21-26.
│OOC RESPONSIBILITIES │· You must create an OOC searching for at least 2-3 friends who have helped you develop the app. │· All must be gang members within your gang of choice. Perhaps one is a rival member to add drama. │· In the future you may be needed for guild-wide plots. │· This means you may be required to post and keep up with some large threads if the plot requires your presence.
Our cannon app creator is a gang member who was never really planning on becoming anything great. They had some fun little idea they worked on as a hobby. Obviously, not the smartest of the bunch, they just got some friends together to help them put the pieces together. What is it? A platform, similar to Instagram, where people could create anonymous handles where they post crimes they commit. The app creator and his friends are sure not to allow any information to be leaked, even upon the repeated requests to the police. They have integrated plenty of proxy, VPN and TOR servers to protect their users and while the new app was wary at first, the more aggressive users seemed to gather followers quickly compared to the tame ones, so due to user competition the app quickly took off the ground. And ********, the cannon app creator never expected it to become so big.
EVERYBODY in the illegal world seems to know your apps name. There's everything from vampires who make art out of blood, ghouls who create jewelry made from bone and eyes, werewolves who are dared to transform out on the city streets while their friends record it from the rooftops, gang members who post pictures of victims they've raped or stabbed, alchemists who post pictures of illegal potions or items they curse. Hell, the app is so popular that sometimes you'll mug someone and they'll ask you to take a picture and tag them as a bloody mess so they can try and gain some new followers and street credit! Because of what you create, crime starts to become a game. The whole culture shifts and now illegal activity is something to brag about and gain popularity. Crime becomes a joke. Now you're some kid who's gone from the bottom of a gutter to being filthy rich in just a few short months. There's no telling what ridiculous shenanigans you'll get into or how heavily you can influence the illegal world with this powerful tool at your finger tips.

│OOC RESPONSIBILITIES │· You will be responsible to work with staff and create challenges and plots for people to get involved in ICly. │· Your character will be a fairly popular figure, majority of people who use the app know you. You're a local celebrity within' the illegal world. │· Ideally you'll make a character who is fun and does things worth talking about so people can reference you. │· You must keep an active thread in the app subforum (it will be a sticky) of your challenges. │· You may be asked to help run challenge threads in Barton Town forms.
The most popular app user was one of the people who jumped on board early when the app was released. He was wary of the police and not too fond of posting crimes himself, but he was still pretty amused by what other people were up to. He got the idea to turn it into a game and started posting up challenges. A hundred dollars to the first person who could knockout a random person on the street and draw a d**k on their face. A bag of free coke to the first person who posted a picture of them raping someone with bleach blond hair. The popular app user loved filling his spare time by having other people amuse him this way. Over time, his follower base quickly grew out of control and everyone knows his username.
You now have a huge fan base and with a simple post you can increase the city's chaos for a few hours. So many people participate in your challenges that really, you've your own small army. You can have people do anything from participate in robberies to giving innocent city folk a little taste of the illegal world by making your followers target them. You'll help the guild create fun in-character challenges that will produce awkward threads and fun interactions between members! The popular app user will not only be a local celebrity but OOCly you'll help make a lot of interactions happen.

The famous musician was found as a child and his life quickly exploded into every little girl's fantasy. By the age of 16 he was already known across the country and probably played on radio stations across seas. Your record label really milked every cent they could out of your beautiful voice and you grew fairy accustomed to being a teen idol. You used a lot of your fame to sleep with fans and have a fun time. Your record label nearly dropped you when they found out you were an incubus but none of your fans knew yet. So they turned your race into a little gimmick which budded into a guessing game where they had you pretend to be a different race for each album you dropped. They disguised you as a vampire for the year they wrote your hit singles: "Love Sucks" and "Let Me Taste Your Heart Beat". The act went on for a while which you used to think was pretty fun.
Eventually, though, you found that you were no longer the youngest person in a room. In your mid-twenties other teen idols began to pop up out of nowhere and you've been getting pushed on the back burner. Don't get it wrong, of course you're still ridiculously famous. However, just the record label is focusing on the younger newer stars. Every time you hear one of your songs on the radio it's now called a 'throwback' and makes you feel old. Even you think those songs they always play are annoying as ******** at times. All the good recent songs are going towards the younger kids and you're not really getting anymore giant hits. You've begun to pick up a guitar for the first time in years and quietly write some songs again for the first time in years. Obviously, your label would never let you release something they haven't approved or wrote for you. But... You're posting up poor quality recorded versions of your songs that you make from your bedroom under a different name on the internet. You're hardly getting any attention from those. You've what? 11 followers now? You're stuck in a little pit of depression trying to decide what you're to do with your life. Are your best years over and should you throw in the towel? Should you push your record company to turn you into a more mature musician that appeals to an older audience? Should you try to become some club-hit artist that just follows whatever trends are rising?

&THE POLITICIAN'S SON

│OOC RESPONSIBILITIES │· You must plot with Ghost members and find: Drug dealers, friends, people you owe money to. │· You must plot with The Police Captain's Son. │· Other than that: None! You are simply an interesting character that can have a lot of influence within your posts.
The politician's son is a boy who's father is an important politician within the city. While he is forced to wear fancy suits and attend proper dinner parties with some of the most important people in the city, once he shows his face enough for his father to be content, he's throwing on a baggy T-shirt and slipping away from their expensive loft to hide away in the worst streets of the city. You've stolen money straight from your father's wallet and you've taken your mother's favorite paintings to a pawn shop. They know you've a terrible issue but instead of properly trying to rehabilitate you they are more focused on hiding your drug problem from the public.
Your life is really starting to spiral out of control. With your parents locking up their valuables most of the time and ordering the slaves to keep a watchful and judgmental eye on you when you are home, money is getting difficult to come by. Your credit card has been snipped in two. Your bank account had it's money removed and your parents now control your finances where they don't plan on giving you any. You're starting to owe a lot of people money who gladly are extending you a line of credit since they know you come from a wealthy family. You're digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole and it's getting more and more impossible to claw your way out of. Your own real friends are terrible hoodlums that keep dragging you down further and you have no real support systems.

&THE POLICE CAPTAIN'S SON
│REQUIREMENTS │· Any race. │· 25+.
│OOC RESPONSIBILITIES │· You must plot with The Politician's Son. │· Other than that: None!
The police captain's son had a pretty strict upbringing and because his father was always trying to network, he's in a similar position as the politician's son. He's seen the kid at a lot of events growing up. Recently the politician had to bail his son out of prison under the table a couple times, using his connections he has. After the second time the politician's son was brought to the station by on duty police officers his father decided to throw some money your father's way if someone on the force kept an eye on his son. The police captain agreed, but instead of taking a competent policeman and and putting them on babysitting duty, he's decided to put his son on the job.
The captain's son is now finding himself spending a lot of free time in Ghost territory and clubbing districts trying to act like he's keeping an eye on the politician's son. How seriously he takes the job? Well, that's up to you. He's got a lot of special privileges since he knows a lot of policemen in the city. He could get away with a lot if he wanted to.
