We probably won't be increasing the limit on this as it currently stands at around 500 people. We encourage users to review their block list occasionally and remove users they know are banned, or users that haven't logged in in a while as odds are the person won't be returning.

What should I do if a friend forwards a pm to me with someone slandering me in it?

I know the person too, they've been slandering me for months to my friends and I've received several pms from different friends that she's said stuff about me to.
Please have your friends report the PM and then you can file an abuse/harassment report referencing the report IDs that you friends received. From there we can look further into the situation.

Nope, but we are working on a remedy for this.

So how bad was this recent bout with the LK scammer in comparison to the issues back in May or June, when it last happened? I had my trading pass suspended last week on Thursday because of the issue, but I know that staff seemed to have been more on point with trying to stop the scammer with banning her accounts as quickly as possible. Should be expect our passes to be restored a lot quicker than last time, or are we going to be stuck waiting nearly a month like last time?

We don't suspect the trouble is as bad as last time, so we're currently not estimating it will be a long wait. We're also looking into the issue with LK to try to stop this.

Can you Please fix this problem because no matter how many times I submit it to the error forum, it gets ignored. You finally made an item that gives you a nude bottom but avis with human E potion can't use it because the color isn't the base skin so it looks like stockings.

Can someone make a public service announcement about what may or may not be going on with Project Recolor and Project Custom? Like what processes have been changed or updated?
I understand that everyone is working really hard, and I've been super-happy with all my recolors and how quickly the few edits I've needed were completed, don't get me wrong! Everyone does a wonderful job, but I feel it might take some of the panic out of people if they knew why they suddenly have to wait for over a month for a simple acceptance on a ticket order without having to further bother the project teams. (I have a theory that you guys changed the way acceptances are done, especially since mocks are coming out so much quicker than they used to in comparison.)

We are working on compiling a little announcement in the next few days! We are changing a few things that will make everything more efficient! I can assure you that the process is being streamlined and people should be getting their orders soon. And I personally am working on that. <3

To aid in the current ticket queue, what are the odds of a thread in the Project Custom forum [just one post even, and lock the rest?] of what date of emails is the next/is still being gone thru?
Other custom sites I've been to have that sort of feature "oh, we're in the November backlog right now." While I know we aren't months behind yet, having a common place for people to go to might reduce the number of asks!

Lately I've noticed RIGs are not properly set up to "play again". It always tries to go to another RIG instead of the correct one. Today's recolor RIG tries to go to the Hot Dogs and Cats.

On this issue, what do I do since the person moved accounts and is continuing to pm my friends?
Follow the same steps and include current and previous accounts in your abuse/harassment report.
