Main Admin

Here in shall be listed the responsibilities of the Main Admin for the AURB.

Due to the role responsibilities, the Main Admin is not eligible to roleplay in the ball as an official character, please keep this in mind when applying for this role.
1. Creating and Maintaining Documentation
2. Planning and Defining Scope
3. Developing Schedules and Milestones
4. Managing Risks and Issues
5. Monitoring Guild Progress
6. Team Leadership and Motivation
7. Communicating with Artists, Funding Team and Main Host
8. Communicating with Gaia User Run Events Team
10. Creating and updating the information thread for the ball
11. Responding to guest inquiries during the ball
14. Evaluating areas of potential improvement for next year
15. Setting up the guild for the next year

Main Host

Here in shall be listed the responsibilities of the Main Host for the AURB.

1. Working with the guild to refine the theme
2. Working with the guild to develop the main plot for the ball
3. Working with room hosts to create cohesive room plots
4. Overseeing any room crossovers
5. Setting deadlines for plot, characters and other RP elements
6. Overseeing the scope of each room's plot and characters
7. Facilitating communication between Room Hosts
8. Managing hosts and co-hosts over the course of the ball
9. Overseeing the progression of the roleplay
10. Handling any unruly guests and giving warnings where required
