Something strange is going on...

Creatures that don't belong are appearing in the middle of the night, like ghosts, haunting the world around them. Their creepy markings make them stand out, and their dark coloring leaves many feeling cursed. These creepy crawlers are invading the world of Tendaji, and it's up to brave souls to step up and run them off, or even tame them as pets.

Do you think you have what it takes to face these creepy creatures that have wandered away from home? Well test your luck, and see how you fare.

|| These spooky familiars have been spotted in the following locations: Maglardilla (Oba, Matori, and Yael), Perzi (Jauhar/Chibale and Tale), Keldari (Sauti and Zena). Only individuals in set locations can encounter the specific familiars.

This prompt will be resolved by each player rolling 1D100 to test their success. (You can only roll once - there are no reattempts!)

A yawn escaped the tall Alkidike as she sat just outside her home surrounded by her familiars. She counted herself lucky to have them all, and each had come to her in a different manner. In fact she was busy remembering how she had gotten all of them when her antennae gave a twitch and the beasts around her all lifted their heads. Something was nearby. At first she didn't seem too bothered by it but when Whift, her Keldari, hissed she lifted a single brow curiously. What could make her dear snake react in such a manner?

Feeling that she now had to get up and go look at what it was she clambered to her feet. Of course that meant that each beast, save for the poisonous reptile, got to their feet as well. Dem held up a hand to show it was alright and she moved toward the strange noise she'd heard. When it happened again she had a better idea of which direction to go and so adjusted her course. Maha, her faithful radaku, was right by her side with his nose to the ground.

When they managed to find the culprit all beasts were spooked and either jumped, growled, or hissed at one another. V'demhe simply looked down at the oddly colored thing. She knew what it was but for whatever reason couldn't quite figure out what it was doing so far south. Normally they were northern beasts. So her head tilted to the side and she lifted her gaze to look around. Was it with its owner? No, there was no one near her home and she didn't think anyone would dare to send a beast in to distract her. Of course she didn't want to be too confident in that she so gave a tick of her cheek which sent her Janarim back to the front of the house.

As she brought her gaze back to the maglardilla she noticed that it was on the defensive. So she showed her hands to it and shushed it. "Shush now. What are you doing so far from home?" As she spoke she bent at the knee and eventually knelt before it. When her own familiars reacted again she waved a hand back at them to quiet them up. "That's enough." And that was all it took to get her beasts in line.

Dem gave her complete attention to the glider before her and when it seemed alright with her she leaned in closer before resting a single hand upon it's head. The woman waited until it made a move toward her then she used her second hand to help her pick it up off the ground. Once she had it she stood and gently stroked her fingers over the membrane at it's side. "There you are. Just scared and far away from home. Come on, lets get you inside and warm." She was willing to bet that the ocean wind had made the maglardilla take refuge in the tall grass for warmth.
