Something strange is going on...

Creatures that don't belong are appearing in the middle of the night, like ghosts, haunting the world around them. Their creepy markings make them stand out, and their dark coloring leaves many feeling cursed. These creepy crawlers are invading the world of Tendaji, and it's up to brave souls to step up and run them off, or even tame them as pets.

Do you think you have what it takes to face these creepy creatures that have wandered away from home? Well test your luck, and see how you fare.

|| These spooky familiars have been spotted in the following locations: Maglardilla (Oba, Matori, and Yael), Perzi (Jauhar/Chibale and Tale), Keldari (Sauti and Zena). Only individuals in set locations can encounter the specific familiars.

This prompt will be resolved by each player rolling 1D100 to test their success. (You can only roll once - there are no reattempts!)

A sound had woken her from her slumber. Which was odd since she normally didn't sleep all that light these days. Phaedra looked around before getting up out of bed. She was fairly sure the noise she had heard wasn't in the house so that must mean it was outside. Lifting a hand up to run it through her hair she gave a yawn and made her way to the door. Bare feet padded along and eventually led her outside. Once there she blinked to clear the grogginess from her head. However, there was nothing to be seen. No person. No lights. Nothing. Not even the glow of a fireplace.

This made her wonder if perhaps there was something wrong with the stables to the side of the house. Not that she didn't think the animals in them couldn't handle their own. She just wanted to be sure. So Phaedra moved along to the side of the house sleepily. When she got there she heard skittering of a sort and thought that perhaps one of the local perzi had gotten inside the stalls. "Alright, funs over little kitten. Out you go so I can go back to bed." Phae called out.

But then the movements she heard weren't that of a cat. This had her instantly awake as she peered into the darkness a bit more harshly. "Hello? Is someone there?" Phae paused for a moment. Should she go wake Bushi? Or grab her trident? The thought of making her Oban host come check things out was cute but she didn't think waking him for a second night would be very nice of her. So instead she took a few more steps to try and get a better view of things. Since the other beasts weren't disturbed she didn't figure that whatever was in there was too much of a threat.

Then all at once she was being flown at by a strange looking thing! Phaedra took several steps backward in rapid succession before she tripped and ended up on her bottom. With a small yelp she used her hands to keep her from completely falling backward into the dirt. And soon she also had a creature landing on her lap. A maglardilla! "Oh!" She exclaimed. A few seconds passed and then she was laughing at herself. She had gotten scared by a bug! Now she really did allow herself to lay back in the dirt, her hands going to her stomach as she continued to chuckle. "I am such a scaredy leaf!" Phaedra shook her head at herself and sighed as the insect soon took off to find someone else to scare.

After a while she decided to get up and head back inside. Of course she had to dust herself off. Bottom, back and now hair. Phae would need to bathe in the morning less she want Bushi to think she had gone out to roll in the dirt simply for the fun of it. Another laugh left her as she entered to go back to bed.
