Creatures that don't belong are appearing in the middle of the night, like ghosts, haunting the world around them. Their creepy markings make them stand out, and their dark coloring leaves many feeling cursed. These creepy crawlers are invading the world of Tendaji, and it's up to brave souls to step up and run them off, or even tame them as pets.
Do you think you have what it takes to face these creepy creatures that have wandered away from home? Well test your luck, and see how you fare.
|| These spooky familiars have been spotted in the following locations: Maglardilla (Oba, Matori, and Yael), Perzi (Jauhar/Chibale and Tale), Keldari (Sauti and Zena). Only individuals in set locations can encounter the specific familiars. This prompt will be resolved by each player rolling 1D100 to test their success. (You can only roll once - there are no reattempts!)

It was late into the night and Rajani was walking through the thick jungle alone. Why? Because she was on her way home. Rajani had finally made the long trip across the border from Tale and was going to Sol, where she lived with Chalcedony. Sometimes Aysun. There was another brother in there too, Chandra? Was that his name? She'd not yet met him. The shifter worried that he wouldn't like her or wouldn't listen to the rules she so clearly had in place for her person. Though she had been reassured by both her father and one brother she was still unsure about the other one.
The girl was busy chewing on her bottom lip with worry when she heard something behind her. It was almost like she was being followed. From the sound of many footsteps she guessed that it was a four legged beast rather than a person. The gait was all wrong. Still, a beast was no better. If it was dangerous then she needed to get away from it. Or she could try to intimidate it. While she walked she debated this. The pros and cons of each one, though when the sound was too close for her to simply ignore she turned quickly to see just what it was. Her grey eyes met blank space. Until she looked down.
"A perzi? What in the.." Why was there an Oban beast here? Shivers went down her spine as she lifted her gaze to look around for one of the dark skinned fire tribe. Were they here? Hunting her? Rajani took a few steps back as her heart started to race and pound against her chest.
There was no way they had found her here! When she looked back down at the perzi that had found her in the middle of the jungle she noticed that it looked... sinister. There was something about it's dark coloring that made it look evil. Darkness was Lerin's home, was a shifters home, but this.. this was the wrong kind of darkness. "Go away! Scat! Scram!" The young woman said everything she could think of to get the beast to move along. She even kicked at the ground to get it to leave but it didn't budge. It just stared at her with those eyes that looked like they were glowing in the moonlight. It was unsettling. So she tried again.
Only now the beast took it as an attack and leaped at her leg to scratch and bite. Rajani gave a yelp and shook her leg until it let go. There was no way she could get this thing to be scared of her since she was just about ready to jump out of her skin! So she took a deep breath and turned to run. Yes, she was running! With how afraid she was that there was an Oban lurking in the trees somewhere she wouldn't be able to intimidate a fly! So she ran. And ran! Until she couldn't run anymore!
