He was starting to believe there was nothing but evil in this beautiful land of fire and rock. Something about it seemed spoiled to him and it gave a sour taste in his mouth and tugged at his soul like a heavy fog. He knew his time here was going to be limited, but he refused to leave before helping out whomever he could in the meantime. He was needed here. And that was what kept him.
The smell of blood was what curled his stomach currently and his tail drooped behind him at the thoughts of what could of caused the smell to hang in the air, like static before a storm. The paroo at his side cocked it's head and looked up towards him and then took flight. He knew they'd find the center of the source and report back to him.
It wasn't long before Leukos flew back and circled around his head and then disappeared in a particular direction. Viti followed, his pawsteps light and delicate as his hair swayed against his face gently. The land changed from rock to grass and the un-easement of danger passed, but the alarming scent of blood still lingered. Finally he came across her. A fallen nan, one who's colors matched his own in a way. The blood was hers.
"Are you alright?" He called out, his voice soft and delicate. He didn't want to frighten her. He could see from his position that it was from her face and he could only imagine the damage that had been done to her physically, let alone what was going on with her spiritually and mentally. He wouldn't leave her here, not like this.
