Ahoy fellow Bards Tavern Folks~!
Sooo, there was a little discussion between my buddie: Izeiya-Hime and I.
Andddd we were realizing how awesome it would be to do a Secret Santa event before the actual holidays~! (o´∀｀o)
For the Secret Santa event, how about we all do a raffle,
and whoever you pick,
you'd have to do/give/send a doodle/art/gift/etc.
for that person you got chosen for.
For the minimum number of participates to do this Secret Santa, the number shall be at least 3 joiners. ╰(▔∀▔)╯

PREPARATION:
1) First, let's see who would like to join! ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ
If you're interested, feel free to post in this thread.
If you wanna post your reference already, go ahead by all means.
2) Now, we have to determine how to do this raffle. The more participates for the Secret Santa, the better! o(≧▽≦)o
For your post that includes the reference of your avi (you'd like to be drawn for the Secret Santa),
In that post, ALSO
Generate a RANDOM NUMBER from: 1-100
A number will appear. I will keep in mind who gets the lowest-highest number from this thread.
Depending on your number, I will go in that order from lowest-highest to randomly assign who will be for who anonymously,
then I will send you a pm telling you your chosen pick for Secret Santa (on a specific majority decided date). emotion_c8
(If you somehow miraculously get an exact number with someone else in the RANDOM NUMBER ACTION,
you may try again until you have a number nobody else has. ｡ﾟ(TヮT)ﾟ｡
-If You do the Random Number more than Once (even if it's not necessary), Your 1st correct number will automatically be the one counted.
3) We will have 2 WAITING PERIODS:
-The first one will be waiting for people who would be interested in joining- And giving a cut-off date,
so we can proceed with the random raffle to start the Secret Santa assigning.
-When the cut-off date is reached, then you would receive your anonymous random pick whom you will draw for.
We will do a majority count on the release date for exchanging drawings/ gifts/etc. to each other as well.
This is just for fun and for the season of giving~!
Art is Art/Gifts are Gifts and it shall be Loved~!
We can discuss possible alternatives and ideas on here.

Izeiya-Hime I'll be joining! I just think it would be cool if the artists of the guild would like to do this. It sounds really fun. I'll have to come back and do the things later though in the day. sweatdrop Yay~! Yeah! I hope we'd get more takers! (´ω｀) I think we'll all have enough time to do the art. emotion_c8 The voting right now is the cut-off for participation entry~ emotion_c8 When it's the 26th, and we have a majority count for something on the closing date, the majority will be the decided date (if it's tied with another date, the farther date will be the option). (´• ω •`) Then a new voting will be cast for the date of art exchanges to each other. (Which may end the event somewhere around the beginning-middle of November). emotion_c8 Hopefully this organization/plan works out for everybody and their schedules~ヾ(・ω・) Yay~! Awesome~! ＼(￣▽￣)／

I never thought that people would like to make more than one xD I think it can still work out, since so far we have more than 3 people joining now. emotion_c8 If you wanted to display another reference you can also make a separate post with another Random Number, and that will be acknowledged as a different Secret Santa Joiner. emotion_c8 If you enter 2 references to be drawn for the Secret Santa, you'll be in the raffle twice (prepare to draw for 2 different people as well).
