Monsters

Beastmen:
Primitive humanoid beast's that date far back, before most creatures of the land. Low in numbers and nomadic by nature, the Beastmen are often rarely seen anywhere near the cities or villages of Epsilon, but more restricted to the wild plains or deep mountains. Beastmen are also cursed with the fact that they are comprised completely of males, due to this curse, no Beastmen is ever born female. So occasionally women are abducted from villages or traveling caravans, in order to be used to create more Beastmen. The natural inter-workings of the pregnancy is unknown to the world, but 90% of the time, the mother dies giving birth. The Beastmen are also comprised of three different sub-races that each have their own advantages and strengths.

Wolfmen are of the most common type of Beastmen found within the land. They are normally found in groups of around 10-15 with the occasional slave women being drug behind them on ropes. They are much quicker than the other Beastmen, and often show much higher levels of intelligence than the others as well. One of the most important rules of fighting Wolfmen is: If you see one, there are others nearby. Bearmen:
Bearmen are the rarest of all the Beastmen, but without a doubt in the world, the most dangerous. They are often solitary creatures, but occasionally you will find a group of two. When encountered, all effort should be put into fleeing, as not many creatures in the world can fight a Bearmen toe to toe. Bearmen have tremendous strength, respectable speed and near armored skin. The only downfall they may have is due to their intelligence. Bearmen are often found deep in the mountains, keeping to themselves and staying away from people. Unlike the other Beastmen, who treat the women they abduct cruelly and inhumanly, Bearmen treat the women they abduct with the utmost care. this kindness is not to be misunderstood though, as they will kill anything that walks within their territory, or anything that leaves...

Blights are normally harmless until they gain enough water as their only goal in life seems to be to find a dirt patch that is damp enough to give them sustenance. As a Blight drinks the water from the soil it takes all the goodness from the dirt, as they drink features start to appear such as eyes and hair, etc. However once they stop drinking if all the features are not returned to them they become featureless once more. One known case of a Blight gaining its features however ended hazardly as it razed three cities in Bellris to the ground before being killed.

Cursed Humans are human by nature but tainted by the curse of the beasts. The Cursed Humans are the children of Beastmen and Humans, that adopt the more Human side of the birth. They are nearly fully human in appearance but share some characteristics with their Beastmen fathers. Unlike the Beastmen themselves, the Cursed Humans can be born male or female but they are extremely rare. The pregnancy itself is rare, but most of the time, Cursed Human's are killed at birth by the Beastmen fathers. Cursed Humans are as intelligent as normal humans but lack common sense and the ability to learn the use of things. They also retain some amount of the strength and agility of Beastmen.
