Now, I realise this part might involve numbers otherwise, but that defeats my purpose. Instead we will simply take in on the meaning of the word. If someone wants to appeal for master tier, we have to be sure they're absolutely legendary--earning it, of courses-- within the limitations of the universe. Lesser tiers require less to attain. Basically, we're replacing what numbers do otherwise with common sense. Since you're a VC, I trust your ability to judge these things. We'll have two ranking lists: one for each tier; within the tiers; and one main one. This is where we can get a handle on who would win if all stats were thrown in.
