Notice the word intend; we all have lives, we understand needing to deal with them first. We just want to know what we should be expecting from you, be it regular posts or silence unless is it a holiday event. No pressure, no explanations; just an idea of expectations~ but if you take on any work and then disappear and leave us hanging, we become significantly less laid-back.
All stages, therefore, must be colored in advance.
As you may have noticed/guessed, breedings are of major interest to most of our regulars, in-thread games are big as well. However, no one says no to opportunities for a new wish and many people are interested in collecting as many line sets as they can. So there is no shortage of opportunity to produce pets in any manner that appeals to you! We simply ask you to produce pets, we won't be too restrictive in how you wish to do so.
You keep all profits with very few exceptions. You will not be certing, we use one certist to keep our certs more consistent and our server more organized; so all colorists must participate in periodic efforts to raise funds/color pets to pay her and other non-coloring staff. You will have coloring perks for months you are active, though we are still working out a system for that in the guild among current staff. FT is expected, PT encouraged, and Guests invited to take part in large events/holidays when we organize them.
Speaking of our server; we are in the process of relocating and organizing all our pets that we have access to onto a designated server. You will need to be able to or be willing to learn to use an FTP client: we recommend Filezilla.
