Hey D-Party! I've been approached by a user-run event to have the D-Party host some kind of "booth" with paw-centric contests during the event. We probably want to do this! Have any ideas? World Animal Day Planning thread

Sounds good to me. Perhaps categories for endangered animals too (not just puppies and other common animals)? Perhaps Endangered animals from each country or continent? Multiple ways to win then.

Multiple ways to win then. that's a neat idea. Are there enough items to do something like that? To be honest with you, I feel like there really are. Gaia has tons of animal skins from: mythological to real to extinct. I noticed several skins that are endangered animals and with some tweaking to others, you can get a few rare and endangered species there. Animal SkinsThis is the first thread I could find on the fly that seems to have a really great list. I am not 100% sure if it is updated, though. I do see several endangered and threatened species there. Tis merely a suggestion. 3nodding

`.I sometimes wonder what happened to all those clones that survived past events.
Where are they now?
Do they have jobs?
Are they settled somewhere in the wild?
Something like a Stupid Clone Safari might be a fun little side-contest.
They were all very brightly coloured I think, so I'm not sure how easy it might be to dress up as a clone. Thinking along the lines of an art/writing contest or something - asking folks to dress for a Clone Safari has a few hunter-in-the-wild connotations that are maybe not in the spirit of this kind of event, oops.

What kind of theme do we want? I like the idea of a safari. It fits the theme of the event really well.
