- Incredible Speed - Due to his natural born speed combined with the Flying Thunder God techniques and the Swift bloodline he is apart of he is hardly ever has his speed matched by anyone that he has fought in his past 24 years of his life. - Flying Thunder God Master - To activate this technique, the user places a special seal or "technique formula" (術式, jutsu-shiki) to mark an intended destination. After this is done, they can at will enter a dimensional void that instantaneously transports them to the location of the seal. The mark can be applied to almost any area through brief physical contact, including an opponent or other surrounding feature. Because this technique is able to affect anything that is in contact with the user or somehow connected to their chakra,they can also use this technique to teleport other objects or people, though the size of the object and the distance of the location dictates the amount of chakra required. Rosie has a higher level of intelligence then the average ninja, because of his higher level of training then most other ninja but he has no real common sense. He rarely thinks things through except when it comes to missions or fighting. Being trained as an Anbu member for so long made him more of a emotionless robot for the most part, but he has been trying to find them again.

Personality
Rosie is kind of a different character since he is considered a A-Rank missing ninja but in fact he has that barely killed anyone. Out of the list of missing Ninja he has killed maybe a C-Rank number of other ninja, but they were of higher rank so it does kind of balance out in the long run. It is a weird situation for him because he would rather not kill them because he already saw so many people die by his hand and by others that it does not fancy him anymore. He loves to play with his pray, torture them until they want to die. Then leave them for the other creatures, be it human or not, to finish off the job. Other then the non-killing policy, he is a ruthless fighting that shows little to no mercy to anyone. Neither his family or friends get different treatment when they are fighting because he knows they will get stronger, and normally he really does not care if they die either. His tendencies to have little to no empathy towards most people does help him in fights, but can also hinder him as well because other ninja might try to help, but he wont let them help him. Sometimes even harming them in the process.
While not in a fight he is normally a really calm person, that does not normally become loud unless the situation shows it to be that kind of moment. Letting things happen the way they are suppose to, but he knows sometimes you need to push it where it should go or simply put a wrench in their.

History
Rosie was originally from the Village Hidden in the Sand, where he had a normal life until he hit the academy at a young age. Around five or six he was put into the academy because he had extraordinary talents. His speed, and though process were like no other ninja they had ever seen at his age. It did not take him long to become a genin, which was at the age of 8. He was the youngest to become a genin, and his life gotten even crazy since then. Not only his life outside his mind but inside of his mind as well. It started after he became a genin, something did not click with him. To others stuff seemed a little off with Rosie, but they though it was simply because of how young he was so they did not really try to find out what it really was.
When he became a genin he was not simply put into a squad like the rest of his fellow genin. He was put under the supervision of an Anbu squad member, who was training to become the new Anbu Captain because the one before him recently died on a mission and they had no one to take his place at the moment. They choose him out of all the other members because he showed the most promise, which was special because it was a squad of elite ninja. Rosie was considered special at a young age but this was the first time that his ability was getting honed in since his techniques could be used the best as an anbu member.
As a Chunnin he was not in the Anbu squad yet but everyone considered him in the squad because the captain was still training him to not only be in their ranks, but will become the Captain of the squad one day. They did not want what happened before to happen again because it is never good to have an empty slot for as long as they had it before. It was hard training everyday, by all members, but Rosie pushed through it to get to the rank of jounin. Something that was different because as soon as he became a jounin he was drafted into the Anbu ranks. Making him the earliest inductee from a jounin they have ever had, but it was not like a surprise he was already in their. He was basically in their squad for a while but was not at the correct rank to really be in them.
It was suppose to be a simple mission where they had a target they needed to kill, who was not too strong but they brought five people just in case they needed some back up. After finding their target, the captain wanted to finish the target off. Silently the captain moved toward the man, but before he could make his first strike he was stabbed. A sword pierced his lung from the target. Rosie quickly jumped toward his captain as he was now falling toward the ground, and his fellow Anbu members followed. All the members started fighting this one man who was easily fighting them back by himself. Rosie was depressed because he was holding his teacher and captain in his hands as he was dying. They were stupid and did not bring a medical ninja along on this mission, so no one could do anything.
Rosie couldn't do anything as he saw the lights leave his captains eyes, and at that moment something snapped in Rosie. He just went insane, basically killing everyone their including his own teammates. He did not care who he was killing, he just wanted to kill everyone. He wanted to run away from everything, even himself. Does not matter where, he just wanted to go. After murdering everyone in his squad and the target he simply vanished from existence for a while. A bounty was put on his head, and everyone who hunted him down was never seen from again, but none of them were ever killed nor were their bodies ever found. Now he has emerged and is starting to make his name known out their. Make everyone fear him, to the point that they will not even go after him when they are told to because of a mission.
