I will be using this thread to post summaries about what's happened in some of the guild hangouts. However, I will only be posting here for GUILD-WIDE hangouts (namely the ones I myself host).
The key thing here though is that I'm not always the one hosting guild events in here. Any of the Vice-Captains can just as easily arrange a hangout or some other event whether it be for mainly just those in their kingdom or for everyone else in the empire as well. I would like to request that to the Vice-Captains that if you wish to keep logs on events that you host to post them in your respective Sub-Forum. I am willing to provide links to those threads here if I happen to see them.
The main reason why I wish to keep logs on guild events I host here is because I know not everyone can make it. As such, those who miss an event for one reason or another can at least catch wind of what went on.

The event hasn't begun yet, but already after speaking with XxThe killing JokeXx, who isn't able to make it, I wound up realizing something I should've done here. Namely, I should make a thread that has some resources that are likely needed, especially the following 2: 1. Easy Access to a Time Zone Converter. I should've realized this sooner, but after speaking with XxThe killing JokeXx, I realized just how important it is. I'm also thinking that I should just post the various time-zones in the Announcements proper, at least if I knew the time zones of who will likely show up. 2. Directions. I figured this one out on my own during the chat, but I understand that some might have some difficulty getting to particular locations in towns. I might as well post a link to the guild's chat room there as well in case people don't think of looking for the join chat button.

Teula, one of the members back in the days of the World of Fluffs, appeared. She couldn't stay for the official guild meeting but she did get acquainted with Euph of Gold Beach. This also gave me a chance to explain to her the changes in the guild. Teula also brought up the idea of relating with the sub-forums. Admittedly, it was basically one of the major goals I had in mind with this first hangout, but I still think it's a good idea.
Now that the meeting's done, I'm editing in my notes. Some of them are just regarding who showed up and who left, which I don't think are too important in this first meeting to mention. Meeting notes -
Midnight did show up, giving me the chance to offer her a spot as one of the VCs, which she accepted. Not only has she been VC in a number of guilds already (thus having experience), she's also the one who inspired me to start remodeling the guild. As such, I felt it was only fair that I give her a chance at VC if she was okay with it. She chose Bill's Ranch, leaving Bass'ken Lake (or Bassen Lake, as the Towns 2 World Map described it. XD) the only sub-forum unaccounted for.
Midnight brought up a couple of ideas regarding promoting the guild. First was paying the Newbie Support & Training Guild (nstg for short) to promote us. I think maybe I should ask her to handle that idea, as I admittedly am not familiar with that guild myself. The other thing she mentioned was that she knew someone who would be willing to make banners that were on the cheap side. She gave me a link to the thread and by now I submitted an order for a banner. I think it'll be simple for now, but if things get active around here I might want to later on order another, fancier banner. It's probably for the best that I purchase a banner rather than try to make it myself.
I think before Midnight brought up knowing someone, Jerold admitted to not really being an artist, but he did mention bringing up the guild casually in towns. In regards to VCs hosting events, Jerold mentioned the idea of having the VCs host events in the matching locaiton in Towns 2. While it was an interesting idea, one that I think could be really immersive, I had to turn down the idea because not all of the current sub-forum locations are available in Towns 2. Namely I don't think I could reach Old Aqueduct, Village Greens, or Bill's Ranch. I don't want any sub-forums to become higher in demand if I can help it. If it were possible to access all of the zOMG areas in Towns or Towns 2, then I'd have been a little more inclined to give the idea a chance.
All in all, even though only a few came, I feel like we got quite a bit done.
