Alias/Nicknames: Dr. Chimera

Abilities: Is a genius with a natural knack at combining the DNA of several different creatures to his benefit bringing them to life in his labs and using them for tracking as well as fighting, killing and hunting.
Powers: He has superhuman hearing and sight that he obtained to biologically enhancing his own senses.
Weapons/Gadgets: He carries around a whip that can stun any creature it hits. Ropes meant for containing any creature he catches, nets, a tranquilizer gun, and specially made Pheromones used to control his many pets he creates. Among the many pets he's made he prizes most his basilisk like creature that can track any scent it is given anywhere in the world. It appears to look like a large green tree snake about 40 ft long but can camouflage into its surroundings.
Weaknesses - Most of the weaknesses that end up costing him other than the weaknesses of a human is that his eyes are sensitive to bright light, and his ears to subsonic and ultrasonic sounds too high and too low for a normal human to hear. His creatures also all carry with them their own weaknesses his basilisk being extremely sensitive to smell.
Bio: At 19 Kane was hired to work for the Dr. Summers when they were working for the military making chemical weapons. It was in Kane's mind, more important to use chemicals and biological enhancements to help their soldiers rather than harmful chemicals. All through his time working with them he'd known all three of their children. The Summers two twin daughters who'd only been babies and their oldest daughter Kai. He took a liking to the young girl despite the age difference and was intrigued by her powers when she'd obtained them. At that time he was fired from working for the Summers but was promised a position back when they could afford to keep him.
After leaving the Summers he began selling his creatures on the black market as pets. He'd also even made Dangerous pets for people given the money for the research and creation of them which he hadn't gotten often. He moved to Gotham where the black market was at it's highest and sold there. When selling small parts of his research and his creatures wasn't enough to sustain his own research he began creating monsters to help him rob and threaten the rich for money.
He became known as a small time Villain first being recognized by the Batman's newest apprentice Red Cardinal. He captured the girl knowing that she'd been the Summers child and decided to use her as a way to get rehired with the Summers. They had gotten their daughter back for a very short time before she was helped to escape by her friends. And Since that time the Summers had kept Kane as their personal tracker to help find Supers for their experiments since they changed their life's dedication from the military to their own research on how to effect and control super powered beings.
