Gaia Name: Minron
Character Name: En Sabah Nur
Codename: Apocalypse
Alignment: Many consider Apocalypse evil, but he is only such to test the strength of others. In his own mind, what he does is good for others because it separates the weak from the strong. Over all, Apocalypse is Chaotic Neutral by the sense.
Powers: Apocalypse has a large range of powers that make him a very powerful being to tangle with. The reason for so many abilities is because he can change the atomic structure of his own body to different forms, including having the ability to shape-shift, create weapons, and even go so far as creating working jets to use for flight or a gun that can fire actual bullets. To further his deadly abilities, Apocalypse can even copy the powers of another mutant by changing the properties of his body. Apocalypse had limited telekinesis and immortality that gives him near invulnerable skin and armor, super strength, and speed. Despite all of this great power and strength, Apocalypse also has a brilliant mind, setting up schemes that span over millennia. Apocalypse never tires, never needs to rest, and does not have to consume food or drink to stay alive.
Bio: En Sabah Nur is considered the first mutant ever to come into existence and was born in Egypt, hinting at his real name. When he was born, En Sabah Nur was abandoned as an infant due to his inhuman features such as grey skin and blue lips. While in the desert, he was found by a tribe of desert nomads and is taken in by the nomads’ leader due to the potential he sees in the boy. This man was where Apocalypse got his true name: En Sabah Nur. As he grew up in the tribe, En Sabah Nur learned his life philosophy that survival is only for the fittest. During a battle, Baal –the man who raised Sabah- along with Sabah himself were trapped within a cave after the battle with their loss. Due to Sabah’s natural mutant power, he was able to survive without food or water, but Baal died slowly. Before Baal died, he said to Sabah that he believed him to one day rise up and overthrow the pharaoh, Rama-Tut. Sabah vows to take revenge and claim his destiny. To begin his planning to overthrow Rama-Tut, Sabah hides in his city disguised as a slave. Sabah tried to overthrow the Pharaoh, only to discover he had advanced technology and easily defeats Sabah. During his quest Sabah tries to save a girl name Nephi and they both fall in love, but she ultimately rejects Sabah due to his inhuman appearance. Enraged, En Sabah Nur’s mutant powers fully emerge and he renames himself Apocalypse. Using his power, Apocalypse’s power makes the Pharaoh flee and Apocalypse use his power to turn Nephi into a blind seeress made of living stone. This was the beginning of Apocalypse and took his tribe’s philosophy around the world, recruiting civilizations to believe himself a god and make them fight each other to see who was the strongest. Since then in the modern era, Apocalypse has engaged the X-Men and at multiple times made plots to prove their strength. Apocalypse has recently been fully revived from a weakened state and now seeks to test the strength of the meta humans in the other universe.
