Zandala Post 1
Zandala yawned before her eyes open slightly to stare out of the window across from her bed. The sun was just getting up now, which meant it was also time for her to get going as well. Lumikani and Zan had decided to take out their daughters to one of their most sacred and favored spots on all of Yael. It was after all, where they’d made the decision together to ask Elzira for children and it wa only fitting that they finally bring their daughters to that place. Zandala yawned again, stretching up in bed and glancing at Kanika’s tiny form under the blanket.
“Hey, time to get up,” Zandala said softly before she undressed from her sleep wear into her usual attire. A quick glance at Kanika told her the girl had rolled into a ball and was hiding under the covers. The Alkidike, bent down and grabbed one of the corners of the blanket and pulled softly to see how much resistance she would receive. When the blanket didn’t move, she smiled before giving it a more forceful yank.
“Come on Kanika, Lumikani and your sister are probably waiting for us.” There was a groan before Kanika’s head finally popped out of the covers. Zandala handed her her clothing and went to check on their bags. Once Kanika was dressed she handed a smaller pack to the Elaria before they finally headed out the door towards their designated meeting spot.

Kanika Post 1
Kanika was peacefully asleep when she was woken up by her mother. She knew she had to get up, they had somewhere special to go to according to both her mothers but that didn’t meant that she enjoyed getting up. Kanika was not an early riser and her mothers never let her slack off or sleep in. She groaned a bit and turned. Of course Zandala was relentless and this time she was forced to get up. She didn’t want to make her twin wait nor both mothers. Kanika finally grabbed her clothing and began dressing before following after Zandala out the door. This had better be worth it!

Lumikani 1
Lumikani was up before the sun, as was normal with her training. She enjoyed keeping out of sight of her sisters, focused on her goal to become strong and train her daughters. The only difference of this day was her joining young Zayana with tending to the familiars in the pen. Moving to the entrance, she let out her Radaku, patting the beast with a rare smile and allowing her loyal companion to roam free in the area.
It would keep them company on the long trip ahead.
Turning to her daughter, she watched with keen eyes as Zayana tended to the Limbara, "Hurry now, today is a special day and we must get moving.

Zayana 1
The young girl was moving through the paces, excited to see what was in store thanks to the multiple promises of them going on a grand adventure. It was rare for them to be permitted to leave the camp, but it seemed their mothers had plans for them to explore beyond the known world. Zayana was nervous, just slightly, as she heard recently of sightings of the outsiders. That being said, she trusted her mothers, and know they wouldn't be hurt if they were in their care.
Finishing up, the young Elaria moved into the open and closed to gate, a bit saddened she couldn't take the limbara. Ah well, she was easily distracted upon the sight of her other mother and sister, and began to bounce on her toes.

Zandala Post 2
The village was still quiet at this time. Zandala enjoyed these early mornings, it felt peaceful. Keeping an eye on Kanika, Zandala moved quietly around the other homes of the sleeping Alkidikes and Elaria before finally spotting Lumikani`s form and Zayanna`s smaller one. A smile grew on her lips as they drew closer and she watched as Kanika ran over to her mother and then her sister.
“Good morning,” she said once they were within whispering range. Zandala placed a hand on top of Zayanna’s head and gently squeezed before going to Lumikani’s side. “This is going to be a good day.” She said to her.

Kanika Post 2
Kanika followed after her mother at a much slower space, she was curious and looking around and not watching where she was going. A couple of times she almost walked right into a home if her mother hadn’t told her to watch out. It wasn’t her fault that she was always looking for things to look at. When they finally made it to her mother’s and sister’s home she ran over to Lumikani first. Gripping her where she could reach in a hug before she looked up.
“Hi!” She said quickly before releasing her and then going over to her sister. “Zayanna what are you doing.”

Lumikani 1
Lumikani gently gripped Kanika back, smiling fondly down at the young Elaria. They were growing up so quickly, and soon they would not need the guidance of their mothers. Soon they'd be making their own decisions and leading their tribe to glory.
"Hello..." She said softly back, before letting the girl go to turn to her partner, "Yes, lets move before anyone wakes up to see us leaving..."

Zayana 2
Zayana smiled up to her mother as they appeared out of their home. This meant their entire family was here, which meant they could finally go on the promised trip that their mothers had mentioned before. As Kanika joined the group, Zayana darted away from her mothers to her sister's side and grinned even moreso at the sight of their family together.
"I just finished my chores for the morning, did you sleep in again?"

Zandala Post 3
“Alright girls, let’s go. We are burning daylight. If you get tired let us know.” They were going to be going as fast as the Elaria could go to make it there, Zandala knew they wouldn’t be able to go as fast as the two Alkidikes so better to them make the pace. The tall Alkidike walked to the edge of the forest before picking up her pace once they were out of sight of the village. This was going to be a good day; maybe they’d even get to teach the girls how to swim properly. Zandala had never let them get very far in the water for fear it would snatch them away.

Kanika Post 3
“Yes,” Kanika admitted a little guiltily. She always felt bad when her sister was up before she was and got the chores done. She had really thought that they wouldn’t have chores to do since it was the day of the expedition. “Sorry,” She rubbed the back of her head and smiled sheepishly. When it was finally time to leave, Kanika grabbed her sister’s hand and pulled her along after her mothers. They were going to have to try to be extra fast today! She was so excited to be finally out of the village for real this time! This was a good opportunity to push herself to move through the forest as fast as she could and show how agile she was, she wanted to make her mother’s proud of her!

Lumikani 3
Lumikani, the loyal partner she was, simply nodded as Zandala took the lead and ordered the two girls around. She would keep behind the young girls, making sure none fell out of step. However she had faith. They trained, and hard, and seemed to be sure stepped and able to run. This would be difficult, that was for sure, but it would not be impossible.
Plus, Lumikani was excited. It had been ages since she stepped into their secret place, and now she'd be able to share it with her daughters. This was an important moment, one that would lead them to finally grow into a new stage of their lives.

Zayana shoved a bit at her sister and laughed, "You made it, at least!"
There was no needs for apologies, they didn't really operate like that. Instead, Zayana smiled at her sister and eagerly squeezed her hand back, looking to her mothers and letting out a hoot of excitement as the family took off.
"Let's keep up, ok?" Zayana would support her sister, and they would make it. That's how they always were, a team to work together to grow strong and eventually lead their sisterhood. This was their time to shine.

Zandala Post 4
Zandala began at a steady pace and when she saw her daughters were keeping up well she increased her speed by a little. She did it each time until she knew the Elaria had reached their limit. She’d pushed them and they had done well, she was proud. Though their speed was fast and hard she did not slow down, she would stay at that pace until she saw them tire. She knew they would need a break soon but she hoped they would really push on. She glanced a couple of times at Lumikani to make sure she was okay and even gave her a couple of smiles.
Finally after a few hours into their trek, Zandala started slowing down and began looking for a place for a break. She finally spotted a small clearing in the trees and headed there. She stopped in the shade, took a deep breath and turned to Lumikani. “Do you think this is a good stop to rest for a bit?” She didn’t see any immediate danger and she as sure together they could handle anything together. “Do you want to lead the next leg of this journey?”

Kanika Post 4
“Yes,” Kanika said before following after Zandala. The run started as a jog, something nice and easy that Kanika was used to running. However she did notice the slow increase in speed, she could feel it in her breath and the burn in her muscles. She did not want to give up though and pushed on, sometimes tugging at her sister when she felt her slowing down or being tugged herself by Zayanna. They were twins and they would support each other like Zayanna had said. When Zandala finally slowed down, Kanika was more than happy. Her breath was quick and her lungs burned from the effort.
When they finally made it to a clearing, the young Elaria released her sister and leaned against a tree as she tried to catch her breath. “How far along are we?” She wasn’t complaining, she just wanted to know when they’d finally be able to see the secret place.

Lumikani 4
Lumikani followed diligently, watching the girls and correcting them on poor form or weakness as time passed on. It wasn't too much, but she did speak up once or twice to ensure they knew that weakness was not acceptable. Form was important, especially when one was on a long distance run. When they finally began to slow, Lumikani easily surpassed the two younglings with her longer legs and joined Zandala's side.
"This seems fine. I've got some jerky for us to eat...Girls, eat up and drink some water from these skins...we're not done yet."
As she passed them over, she answered Kanika's question, "We are about half way...think you can make it the rest of the way?" It was a tease, and she smiled up toward her partner before nodding that she'd lead the second half.
