Body Replacement Technique: (E)
With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Despite it being a basic ninjutsu taught at the Academy, it is seen as a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations as it allows for a swift getaway from danger. The technique even allows a restrained shinobi to escape capture.

Transformation Technique: (E)
The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus, the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is not always successful.
Tsunade of the Sannin possesses a more advanced version of the Transformation Technique, where she disguises her 50-year-old self to appear younger. Her technique is unique as it seems to be permanent, and she does not need to exert herself to maintain it for a long time, whereas a normal transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or attacked. The only time this is broken is when Tsunade releases all the chakra from the seal on her forehead.

The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation. The level's activation is depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve.
This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up[ and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. It has been referred to as Lightning Release Body Flicker (雷遁の瞬身, Raiton no Shunshin), and using it he can even dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu and Jūgo's Multiple Lotus Nonself Connected Cannons, both at point blank range. Only Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique, and Naruto Uzumaki while in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode are faster than A (Raikage) at his maximum speed, with the armor's maximum power.
This mode also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as seen when A deflected an attack from Sasuke's Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana. According to A, the fact that Sasuke's Chidori was able to land a light scratch on him is an extraordinary feat in itself.

After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the user raises their arm into the air, generating a powerful bolt of electricity which travels through their body transferring the electricity to the body of the opponent.

Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Technique (A)
This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Two users both perform the Lightning Release: Lariat from both behind and in front of the opponent, creating a scissor effect. Both users must use the exact same amount of opposing strength or the target will merely bend.[2] When successfully done, the force of the technique will decapitate the target and send their head flying several metres into the air.

After kneading chakra in the body and converting it to lightning, the user places their hand on the ground which creates a surge of electricity which originates from them and spans out around the user creating a web of electricity around them. Anyone caught within this web is electrocuted by the lightning's effect.

This is a fusion technique (融合術, Yūgōjutsu), where the user employs Water Release and Lightning Release. After releasing a large water wave from their mouth, the user forms the Lightning Release seals, thereby mixing a lightning into the water. If a target is hit by this, they will instantly receive an strong electrical shock.

Liger Bomb (B)
After covering himself in his Lightning Release Chakra Mode, the user grabs their opponent and lifts them high up into the air. Then, using their extreme strength, they smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb maneuver. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact. Darui noted that nobody has ever survived this attack before, and had Sasuke Uchiha not used his Susanoo to cushion the impact, he would have been killed by it.

Water Prison Technique: (C)
This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

Four Symbols Seal (S )
This is a sealing technique based on the fūinjutsu of Uzushiogakure's Uzumaki clan. The sealing formula is used to seal any target into a human body or an object, and is mainly used when a giant enemy or evil spirit needs to be sealed away. To use it, it is necessary for the user to have great ability.
When two Four Symbols Seals are used together, they form the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. When Minato Namikaze sealed Kurama into Naruto Uzumaki, he left an opening at the space where the two seals met, allowing Kurama's chakra to mix with Naruto's own. Minato also left behind a key with Gerotora, which could be used to freely manipulate the seal.
The seal also appears on the stomach of the users of the Dead Demon Consuming Seal after the target and the user's own soul is sealed in the death god's stomach, such as what happened to Hiruzen Sarutobi after sealing Orochimaru's arms.

Black Lightning: (just a description)
Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release utilized by the Third Raikage. Not much is known about it, but as the name suggests, the lightning produced is black in color.

Storm Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy. This kekkei genkai is part of the Lightning Release-line (雷遁系, Raiton-kei) and wielded by several shinobi from Kumogakure.

The user uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close.

Storm Release: Laser Circus (S)
This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Storm Release Secret Technique: Demon Dragon Storm (S)
The user uses the Storm Release to produce a massive thunder cloud capable of infinitely absorbing chakra to grow in size, strength and ferocity. The amount of chakra it receives will also increase. The User can apparently channel this absorbed energy into himself, amplifying the technique to its highest limit.
By using different seals while active, the user can summon multiple red pillars of chakra in the area.

Seemingly using the maneuverability of the Storm Release: Laser Circus technique, but employing the use of black lightning instead of normal lightning, the user sends out several panthers which are guided towards the opponent, slashing them as they pass. The panthers then merge into a single, giant panther behind the opponent, which bites them and then explodes.

History
Nobility, is such a thing can ruin someone. Some it may make arrogant or greedy. Others it may make them open minded and thoughtful. When you are nobility, or the son and daughter of a land's lord, life is never "normal". Day by day , practicing proper ways to write, proper ways to talk, walk, eye contact, curtsies. Such was the life of Takara from the start. Her day began with lessons, then some more, maybe a few meetings she would have to sit in on about the corruption. She watched her older brother learning how to fight, to protect himself from training with the body guards while her job was to sit there and look pretty. The be the elegance of the country and symbol of hope. To be the voice when all was dark to the Kumogakure village.
A simple voice however, wasn't enough. By the age of 8 she hated being trapped behind the walls. Only bodyguards and other nobility knew who she was. She never saw the outside walls besides pictures , and sometimes horribly pictures at that. This is when the young child began to plot, following the every day routines like always. Secretly she stashed away key items like ragged cloths to sew a cloak and a small bag for herself to bring her most precious belongings. She knew her father would be furious if her plan succeeded, but it didn't matter. She had made up her mind, she wanted to help Kumogakure more then just being the pretty face behind the country. She needed to see it herself.
One day , right before her ninth birthday, when the royal caravans were getting set up, she cut a hole big enough for her to slip out of the bottom before they left. She had cut into the seat below her and hollowed it out to hold a wooden human like piece and two cloaks she had sewed together herself. One in fancy velvet , a noble attire, and the other rags that nobody would really think anything of her in. When they departed, she told her men she was very tired, and to not disturb her if she was quiet she was probably sleeping. Luckily, they accepted that. So her plan was safer now... or so she hoped.
There were five pit stops along the way, precautions made to keep her safe no doubt. So on her second stop, would be her greatest chance to get to Kumogakure the easiest. On that stop she set up the wooden fake, and placed the cloak over it, making it lean slightly against the window as if she was sleeping. She was proud of herself it actually looked... well real. she needed to slip out before they checked up on her though, so she would slip through the bottom, and replace it, latching herself onto the bottom of the caravan so she wasn't seen. She took a small rock she had in her bag and threw it at the bison to startle them , forcing the men to go take care of that while she dropped down and snuck out and into the woods unseen.
This trip took almost three days, and on her birthday she arrived, hungry and ragged looking. She had arrived at the mountainous area of Kumogakure, and the high rising buildings were a breathtaking sight to see, that pictures certainly didn't do justice to. Now as ragged as she looked, she hopefully wouldn't be recognized or pass for any form of nobility. When she got to the gate, one guard shooed her, saying no begging. When she took off her hood though, he stared at her wondering what she was doing. Now, she had to put on an act, and a believable one at that.
"M...my parents, they were in that stuff... and ... those things they are coming... and took them... gone... help me find them?" she said weakly, tears going down her face. She moved towards the ninja, least by his band about his waist stated and wrapped her arms around his leg until his emotions caved and he picked her up. Within the next few minutes she was inside Kumogakure, and in the next few weeks enrolled in the academy.
Each day she would train hard, work on her speed, her aim, everything. No one ever suspected her to be anything more than an orphaned child there. It was going so smoothly. She made it to genin without any issues, and made it onto a squad with some interesting people. Takara often explored the village, and even one day came across the Raikage and their sibling it seemed practicing. There were lots of sparks and lightning, speed she couldn't even follow if she tried her very hardest to do so. It was then, she wanted to be like him, and secretly learned their training schedules and would watch all the time when she wasn't training herself or on missions. She began to leave food there for them some days, if she had to leave on a mission and wasn't going to be there and always found the food gone when she would come back. It made her happy that they seemed to enjoy it.
When she was getting close to the point of being a chunin, she got caught one day picking up her empty basket of goodies she normally left for the Raikage. She had been getting away with it for so long, maybe she had become careless in being "sneaky". At first he appeared mad at Takara, making her shrink down and feel uneasy. After , he simply smiled and patted her on the head.
"I have known you have been watching me from the beginning, each day you came to learn and watch. I think you even figured out how to follow our movements if I am not mistaken."
Despite his voice was thunderous, and stern she felt safe around him, he did protect the village after all. She would nod, and chuckle some, looking off to the spot she normally sat in. Yep, red handed she was caught. It ended up to her learning beneath his wings, day by day she trained and learned techniques she never thought she could have accomplished. By the chunin exams, she felt she would ace it all. She was smart, and decent with her abilities so she would hopefully be successful.
The first day of the chunin exams, the written test she knew she aced with flying colors, coming out of the building like nothing in the world could change anything. Her life was actually going the way she wanted it to. She had friends, not just body guards now. She went on missions to help kumogakure itself while having her own little apartment she now payed for. The day the second part of the exam was to take place though, would change her life yet again. A bad storm had rolled in and created dangerous circumstances for the exam. The genin stayed nearby awaiting anxiously on if it was going to be postponed or not. The answer was given to them when a lightning strike occurred, hitting a genin spot on and creating a massive amount of damage to the immediate area as well. That genin, was Takara. The Raikage who was overseeing the exam made an appearance and personally called for the top medical assistance they could find.
Takara's heart was barely beating, and she had major wounds that were going to possibly kill her. They even had to request help from the lord of the land to send out a request to other villages for top medical personnel while Takara was being stabilized as much as possible. Life seemed grim for Takara as that point, and most people were convinced the young genin wasn't going to survive. The lord of the land had now seen a picture of "Takara" and realized it was his daughter, and promptly arrived. After much fighting between the Raikage and the Lord of the land about her, the Raikage solemnly agreed that if she survived she would return to being a lady of the land and no longer one of their village. Kirigakure , provided assistance at a steep cost and Takara's hair began turning white as she became pale and fragile by the day. After weeks of medical ninja attending to her day and night, she was considered stable and was returned to her home land , not by her own will but she physically couldn't do much to fight or argue with her father like this.
Many years went by , she continued to secretly train and found her white hair and strange mark on her arm a reminder of her love for Kumogakure. Rarely, she would get to travel there and secretly watch the village from the mountain tops as she grew older. As she continued to grow up, and become a fine young lady that her father wanted, she was able to travel more but never to become a ninja again. So she watched her friends grow up from afar, and one day in her normal spot found a note , some food and a scroll. She could only chuckle realizing the Raikage still watched over her, and ate some food he provided her with while reading the note and feeling as if she was closer to her home once again. It was only then the Raikage had given her a hint he still had ways to help her train, and explained the marking on her arm was for a jutsu restricted to their village that he bestowed upon her before she was taken back.
She had the ability to use black lightning and storm. Not only that, he gave her the secrets to combine these abilities to learn skills that belonged to him as well, including a summoning jutsu of wild cats. He had trusted her, as she did him. So she continued to secretly train on the mountains while watching over them, and resuming her duties as lady of the land otherwise. When she was 23 , things took a turn for the worse with the corruption and other problems occurring. A bijuu attacked Kumogakure. Ofcourse, the raikage protected the village to the best of his ability, but his "B" was already killed in the fight. Takara stepped in, and people looked lost when she did at first. They knew who she was, but she was last known as a genin who was really nobility and struck by lightning, who then was never a ninja again.
People called to her to run, that they would assist, but the Raikage simply nodded to her as they performed the Lariat with immense speed and lightning powering them both to create potentially a deadly duo combo like his previous "B" . However, despite it did pack quite a punch to the bijuu , it landed a deadly blow on the raikage. Takara forced the bijuu to fight her elsehwere, until she saw it leave through the corruption, to where she rushed back to the Raikage. Her friendly were solemn like she was, but welcomed her back as she tended to him the best she could. However, there was no turning back for this one as he spoke to them his last words.
"Welcome home Takara, take care of them for me. Let it be known, she has watched our village from atop the mountains always as the guardian of this village with me. I give her my vote... for Raikage" the words ... were the last they heard, and she was voted in by the elders as well. It was then Takara visited her father and dropped the Kage hat on her father's desk and looked sternly at him.
"Father, you know this is where I belong, in the village protecting them. I may be that pretty face you wanted, but you know we protect the people of this land and I know I am the best suited to do so at this time. I am asking for leave of my title and your personal permission to accept this position." The words of her confidence moved him, although he feared for his own daughter, but he knew he couldn't change the love in her heart or her mind at this point and didn't defy what she wanted. He didn't relinquish her title though, so she held lady of the land and the title Raikage and was loved by most of her people. They were her family, and they knew just like the last Raikage had. She would watch over them all.
