 It is the year 201, the 3rd of April"The sun beats down on Epsilon, it seems close and harsh in nature. Its golden rays seem more like golden blades as it pierces the land. Ashes slowly fall from the sky however they have lessened in ferocity. Yesterday Screams rocked Epsilon as the biggest city in Ethe was devastated by Mt. Adara's volcanic explosion, burying Ethe's capital of Blackstone and making 3/4th of its land uninhabitable...Refugees flee into Phobos while some survivors follow the Queen to Etherland.
It is 102 degrees outside, the heat is stifling and muggy, making it hard to breath. Civil war has rocked Epsilon for the last three months, and now for the first time in that time war is over. The Empress of Lionis has been disposed of and a new Emperor claims the throne for his family and his house. It is day, it will become night on the 18th and the day will change on the 25th

It is the year 201, the 3rd of AprilNIGHT The day has passed and it has become night, the last of the lava flowing from Mt. Adara has cooled over, the ash has stopped falling.
It is still warm out however it seems to have cooled down with the darkness now falling over Epsilon and the stars appearing all across the land.
The temperature has fallen to an uncomfortable but bearable 90 degrees outside, it is still muggy, but people can now go outside and breath the fresh air with little ash remaining to break the air. It is Night and the day will change on the 25th

It is the year 201, the 4th of April"The sun seems to be a dull glowing orb in the sky now, the light is their but the heat is not. No clouds dot the sky as it is a clear and blue. Ethe continues its attempt to save itself from the destruction its volcano had caused, while the rest of the Kingdoms deal with the new influx of population. Despite this recent unlucky strike, the aftermath of the civil war that rocked Lionis the last three months has settled as the new Emperor, Azazal Drosselmeyer, is announced as the new ruler of the empire, his first act as king is to leave his eldest son (NPC) in charge in Lionis while he travels to the three kingdoms within his dominion to gather new vows of fealty to his reign"
It is 80 degrees outside, slightly muggy but bearable. The sun lights up the land as if it is an omen from the gods that the true line of succession has been restored. The last of the lava that came from Mt. Adara has cooled into a dark hard rock, covering most of its gem mines, but all the common folks eyes are turned toward the mountain range that separates them from the land they lost, and the roars of monsters that are appearing from within the ashes.I am taking Event suggestions, either PM them or suggest them in the guild suggestion box found in the OOC thread. It is the year 201, the 4th of AprilNIGHT" The Day has passed and it has once again become dark, The Emperor has returned home to the Capital and has taken his rightful place upon the throne. He has issued his first two decrees in his name.
The first decree proclaims that one forth of the Lionis force will march to Ethe to help with security from increasing monster attacks.
The second decree proclaims that the House Tax shall be raised from 30ec to 50ec in Lionis in order to begin the reparation of Ethe.With the Darkness the temperature has dropped to 50 degrees and fog has started to cover the ground... It is now NIGHT The Month Change will happen on OCT. 23rd

It is the year 201, the 5th of MayA MONTH HAS PASSED " Though the month peace has ruled the land until Emperor Azazel, things are slowly returning to normal and trade is beginning to once more pick up, this new commerce however is threatened by several missing caravans that threaten peaceful relations between Bellris and Zalto as several caravans of wheat vanish as they travel to Zalto.
The weather this last month has been constant, with only one day of rain.
Today the morning sky almost clear with a few white clouds far over head, it is a comfortable 70 degrees and slowly rising every hour, some strange activity has been happening within Phobos as it seems that the Giants are starting to move North.It will become Night on NOV. 6th Next day change is on NOV 13th

It is the year 201, the 5th of May"The sun seems to be a dull glowing orb in the sky now, the light is their but the heat is not. Clouds have rolled in across the sky causing the dull glowing orb of a sun to look slightly hazy. Mist is slowly rolling in thick enough that no one can see their feet."

It is the year 201, the 6th of May"The sun rises over Zalto as the light slowly brightens the rest of the land, touching each and every grain of wheat and stalk of corn, The Ashes from the eruption of Mt. Adara have finally cleared the water ways. Despite the sun some light clouds dot the sky and allow a light drizzle of rain to begin. It is a little colder today at a mere 65 degrees evenly across the land as the Emperor addresses the Empire today announcing that he will be attempting to smooth over relations with the New Republic of Bellris, by sending his third son Gareth as an Ambassador to the former Kingdom, While his daughter Tatiana has been assigned to look over the reconstruction of Ethe...A New day begins upon EpsilonI am taking Event suggestions, either PM them or suggest them in the guild suggestion box found in the OOC thread. It is the year 201, the 6th of May"The sun looks like a dulling globe of embers as it starts to sink below the horizon, turning the sky above a mix of orange and purple. It is a clear but dark night letting everyone see the beautiful stars above. It has come to my attention that the current Day Change system may not be to everyone's liking, now I can't do anything to please everyone, I can only go by majority standing.
The current Day Change system has a 2 week/1 week system where 2 weeks is the day and 1 week is the night, this happens twice and then we have a month time skip, Please go to the Announcement Section and read more on this in the OOC announcement section.
Another announcement will be going out sometime on Dec. 16th
We will be having a Christmas-New Years Drawing that will be opening up on the 21st called the "Twelve Days to New Years", everyone is instantly entered and each day from the twenty first to the first of the new year one name will be drawn and announced, If you do not want to be in the drawing please PM me as soon as possible.

READ CAREFULLY
Right now our current day change system keeps everything from going still, we have a 2 weeks rl to 1 week rl time frame that counts as one day, we have this twice before we do a one month time skip.
What we have is an upgrade to our previous Day Change system from the prior guild where we had 9 days per day, no nights, twice and then a month time skip - We will never be going back to this.
After consulting with a few people I have learned that our current system does not give enough time for character development, the month time skips leaving holes in peoples plots and developments.
I have gone over some suggestions from the previous guild as well as some that have been thought up, and I pose to you the following
1. We keep what he have, going 2 weeks day/ 1 week night, twice then a month time skip.
2. We go 1 month one season, making it so that after 4 months IRL time we have gone though a year of time. (Day/Night will still be announced)
3. We go three months uninterrupted RP time and that is 1 year time, meaning every 3 months is a year (Day/Night will still be announced) A Poll has been posted IN THIS THREAD, it is anonymous, so vote to what you would like, the choice with the most votes will be implemented in the end.

"It was nearing night, the King of Zalto hadn't been seen for days, though the food that was left outside of his chambers always vanished by the time the guards changed duty. It was finally this day after two days of the food sitting outside of his doors that one gutsy maid chose to go against the Kings orders to not be disturbed and she opened the door and screamed. The Room smelt like death and when the guards caught the smell they had to cover their noses and they followed the Maid into the Kings chambers and found him dead, his body starting to bloat. He had passed away days ago from the Consumption. From what the doctors could tell the King, Arthur Llewellyn, knew the symptoms of the Consumption from when his mother the Late Queen Igraine had been taken by the illness, and in his attempt to save his family, servants, and kingdom from an outbreak had willingly sequestered himself away from the rest of the world. The bells ring in the highest towers of the golden palace of Zalto as Arthur Penn Llewellyn, Son of Uthur Llewellyn and Grandson of Elizabetha 'the Khan' Llewellyn, joins the dead. His soul having gone to join his Mother Igraine, his father Uthur, and his two sisters Morgen and Helen, in the warm embrace of the gods. He will be missed by his people to whom he tried his best to be just by, his closest of friends Azazel Drosselmeyer, and most of all by his wife; Valeska Llewellyn, and the three children they had together; Prince Aldon, Prince Kaiden, and Princess Athena.
The King Is Dead, Long Live the King!"
King Arthur Penn Llewellyn will be buried in the Necropolis in the Maude
His Crown shall pass to his eldest living son, Prince Aldon Llewellyn.

As it nears the end of the year with the Poll and the Drawing, we have one last thing to add before the New Years begins. As the Poll is to help with time jumps The Drawing for Holliday cheer. we also have a Survey as well. This survey is for us, in order to help make Epsilon a better RPing environment, all questions on the survey are to help us to just that. For example; one question asks if you work or go to school, this question is so we can change the guild RP so that those who have work or school don't get too far left behind or get knocked out. It is the year 201, the 7th of June"The sun has fallen and it is now night, bringing the temperature down to a tolerable 70 degrees. It is the year 201, the 8th of July"The sun is hot and it is beating down upon Epsilon. The heat has finally started to show as plants flower as the first days of Summer arrive. The peasants and many nobility alike seem to be hoping that the festival of water will come soon. It is a very warm 80 degrees out without a cloud in sight, a slight breeze rolls across the land.I am taking Event suggestions, either PM them or suggest them in the guild suggestion box found in the OOC thread.
