Hysteria would walk to the bedchambers of the King of Phobos and smile slightly, she hadn't been here since well...a since the previous king had taken her to his bed, but that wasn't the point. She would turn around when she heard the door close behind her she turned around to look at him and she took a deep breath. She would wait until he was inside room with the door closed before she looked at Herod, she mine as well just come out and say it "I am with child" she told him finally.

Would walk into the room while he closed his eyes. His mouth in a slightly relieved frown. He felt his hand on the door while his eyes opened. He'd the turn as she spoke and his mouth sighing a bit before turning around. "Hysteria. You are with child? Do you mean...." He'd ask while walking to her and putting a hand on the wall.
Hysteria would look at Herod for a moment before she would sit down on the bed and slowly nod her head as she watched him "I am with child, I have not bled this month, whatever you In Phobos use too say, but in bellris we say with child" she said to him calmly "I was unsure if I was or not, but I came to the conclusion after I went to the physician for nausea. He asked if I had slept with anyone this past month and when I said yes, he asked if I had used any potion to steer off pregnancy and when I told him I had not remembered to do so I said that I was most likely with child." she said to Herod.
Hysteria would take a deep breath to steady her shaking shoulders "The women in my family tend to have a lot of luck when it comes to such things...So I wouldn't doubt it" she said to Herod before she bit her lip "This child...would be yours" she said as she looked up at him "it...its not to late for me to take a potion to stop it...but......." she stopped herself, she didn't want to do what she had just suggested.

He listened to her while his mouth pursed a bit sitting beside her on the bed. His ears heard the words that he would have suggested. His eyes would close and hands would run through his hair. He didn't know what to think with this. He had been unsafe. It wasn't something that he expected, though it wasn't too much of a surprise. His mouth inhaled and exhaled a bit while blinking slowly. His head would turn to her while she spoke of stopping the pregnancy. "Stop it....? Why would I want to destroy a spawn of mine?" His eyes would open to the ground before looking to her sighing a bit. "I feel a bit of grief...Not from a child being bore of my seed, but for burdening another with the Letho name. Outside of Phobos. I have a bit of grief, though I feel a bit of excitement for a child of mine.... But still, grief." He'd mutter to himself while sighing.
Hysteria would look at Herod when he said that he didn't want such a thing to happen and she took a deep breath "Do not feel to much grief" she said to him with a small smile as she rested a hand on his knee "Having the Letho name is not to bad" she said to him just before tilting her head full of blonde hair to the side and then she smiled "When this child is born.... would you mind if it lived with me?" she asked him "Since I no longer have magic I wouldn't be able to protect it as well as you...but because I cant transform anymore it would be faster for you to come visit...and as well as you turned out being raised in a land of war...." she trailed off and looked at him "but that is something we can talk about later" she said to him "are you worried about it?" she asked.

Herod's hands left his head as he sat up with a hand on his knee, feeling it on her's now as he looked to her. "So, you are relieved that we keep this child?" He'd say before stretching his neck a bit. His mouth formed a frown, the man's eyes stared forth before blinking at her words. "Taking it to your land and raising it there? It does sound like a safer place. Especially with events to come..." He'd mutter before laying back on his bed, staring up at the top of his frame. "It's....Nothing to worry about. Just a thought on my mind now. A child is no army. I can surely take it in a life of parenting."
Hysteria looked at Herod and she slowly nodded her head "Yes" she said to him "I am relieved" she said to him with a soft sigh before shaking her head "If things get bad in Bellris I can always send the child here" she said to him before she pulled her feet up onto the bed as she curled herself up "Children are very difficult to raise, you would find that an army would probably be easier to command" she said to him with a smile "but...whats going on? what things to come?" she asked him "Is something happening in Phobos?"

Herod looks to her pull herself onto the bed while his hand went to the back of his head while he laid back. His mouth in his same old stoic look while he sighed a bit. "The child will always have a home in my country as long as I'm in this castle." He'd say while closing his eyes a bit and gripping his hand at the air. Though while he did so he'd look over to her before sitting up a bit and looking to the door. "I don't think it is good to talk about this in this condition. I feel I can only have true privacy when I am nude for the past month. Bathing is my only solace in this grimmer time," His words came out in a more injured manner while his eyes mellowed.
Hysteria smiled softly at Herod "Let me guess...you're being watched?" she asked him as she laid down on the bed and sighed "the way you choose your words makes it obvious that you're worried about something along those lines" she whispered to him as she slowly rolled so she was on top of him, her curly blonde hair covering their faces "I have my brother in Zalto speaking to the King about the road" she said to him.

Herod would feel her sigh as well, she understood his circumstance while his Golden eyes closed once more. He'd feel the bed move a bit as she laid down, and even more when she rolled to him. His body sat up a bit before looking out to the window. His eye focusing a bit before looking back to her. "I am like a book that is shown to a literate mind. So easy to read." His mouth formed a bit of a frown before hearing the news on the King of Zalto's messenger. He'd nod his head. "You have much faith in the boy...As do I. I hope to see him once more so-" He'd stop a moment hearing a tap at his chamber's window. He'd move Hysteria a bit while he walked to the sill of the window. His eyes meeting with a darkened bird. The mere sight of it bought joy to his lips as he pulled the glass a bit allow it to trot onto his arm. His finger slowly removed the message and set the bird back down. His mouth let few chirps petting the creature. His weakness for wild life proceeded his stoic persona. His eyes closed as he let it flutter back a bit holding the paper in his hand, knowing who it was from. He'd put it within his cloak as he turned to Hysteria once more, walking to his bed again. "I apologize, where were we?"

Herod walked into his chambers as he opens the door open slowly and put a hand on the back of his head. His mouth let out a sigh while he put a hand by his side. His golden gleam opened to see the empty room as he stepped forward and removed his cape. His mouth inhaled deeply and dropped it on the floor before unhooking his sword and placing it to the side before sitting on his bed and placed his hands on his lap.
