⁃ Hair: Blonde hair, cut to a short length left of his head, and long on his right. Has a single streak of white hair in his bangs that he dispises
⁃ Skin: Healthy peachy cream. Cannot tan due to bloodline so shade is his friend.
⁃ Eyes: Striking blue. A natural eyeliner effect due to bloodline.
⁃ Height: 6’2”
⁃ Weight: 194 lbs
⁃ Clothing: Red pants, gold pin striping. Black boots. Sometimes wears knee high high heeled black boots if he find a pair he likes. Almost always has a sword or dagger in hand that glistens like gold. Red Captain’s hat with black frills along the edge. White tunic top with gold trim for his torso and a little extra protection for more sensitive areas. Black fingerless gloves. Red makeup/warpaint most of the time since he’s already for a raid.
⁃ Extra: Useless wispy fluffy wing-like appendages that he keeps curved around his upper arms. There is a more wispy set of feathers a little further down his back. Just enough feathers to fluff when upset or embarrassed which hardly ever happens.
Most often found: On his ship or on the beach. Very rarely travels inland.
Abilities & Weaknesses: His biggest weakness is his greed. He looks to claim something and can become obsessed over whatever he wants. He is also overly protective and territorial. He has a nurturing, parental nature and incredible charisma and presence. He is pretty skilled with his sword but his navigation is not the best. Easily turned around.
Personality: Boisterous, Jolly, Devious, Greedy, Territorial, Kind to a fault. The initial meeting of this man would leave you to think he is a demon king who never drops his smile. You can’t tell if that smile is condescending or actually amused. Perhaps both? You can feel the danger just radiating off his casual stance and he has little to no regard for personal space. Quite the flirtatious pirate Captain who will always take the best for himself but ensure the value is an even divide among him and his crew. His entire world is that ship and he doesn’t share well with outsiders. He lets Vanu take the more physical approach while he rather talk you into your grave.
Likes & Hobbies: This man desires treasure. He finds the value in almost everything that is worth his time. That is judged by how it would benefit his crew to obtain it. As for hobbies, he does enjoy blades. He really likes to dance as well but thats reserved for fighting at this time.
Back Story/Character History:His family was incredibly loving and kind. His human mother had come to live with her papin lover in his society, giving up everything to be with her one true love. This was instilled into child Kidev that love was the key to the world but his community of parental figures instilled various other things: a need for knowledge, a thirst to try new things and venture beyond the known world, and of course: appreciation for ownership. He had always been fascinated with the sea but the ports were no place for a child which led to him running away. He had to discover for himself the voice that called to him with each crashing wave.
It was here he stowed away with some cargo at the age of 11. Too bad for him that it was a pirate’s cargo. It did give him a new view of the world. He was a smart boy who was a fast enough learner to figure out how to talk, walk, and behave like them. Unfortunately he was caught but the crew had no intentions of hurting the lad. They dumped him at another port, where Kidev lived and fought on the streets by the docks. Finally at the age of 14 he was able to talk his way onto a pirate crew where he proved himself more than capable with a knack for the pirate life.
It took him a year to gain everything he needed to get a modest crew of his own and ship. His ruthless raids built up his reputation and loyal bonds among his own men. These bonds made it hard for others to join the ranks so at the age 19 he gained Vanu and was burdened with Orynoko by 20. 19 years on the seas with his crew proved he was a great powerful captain. As he is now 39 retirement is being given a bit of thought but he has yet to announce a successor.
Driven Goal: Can never have enough treasure and riches. His crew is his property and family and he will protect them, and make sure they are happy, even if he dies for it.
