Moving he started to head off back down the road as he spotted police uniforms in the air. ".......they found us " he said backing up to Hexxis and narrowing his eyes.
Her thoughts too focus to have noticed the police, she suddenly looked up to see the same uniforms when Tri spoke up. She looked to Tri, a flicker of worry as she tried to think of what to do, her mind only continuing to land on fight. She had no powers to help her in escaping, she was never meant to do flee, only fight. She stayed close to Tri, not sure what to do from here. "...fight?..." she asked in a quiet voice, her eyes focusing on the police now as she moved a hand to be ready to summon her sword if the answer was yes.
Tri shook his head "No, run " he said solemnly as he looked up at the incoming police and activated light manipulation around them, bringing it up to blinding levels."Run!" He whispered harshly and took off following the wall along sanctuary knowing that the place was surrounding by the sea.
The three incoming police called in surprise but two looked like they weren't bothered even while the third one held back blinking rapidly. The two that weren't blinded headed after them calling for them to stop as two other them pull out their guns and started to shoot at Hexxis.
Hexxis heard the command and suddenly gunshots as she jumped up from her position as quickly as possible, but not fast enough as she was still hit by one of the bullets, a sting of pain in her left leg as she braced for her landing. Hexxis landed to her right leg, rolling to distribute her increasing weight, before coming back up to decrease her weight and using the momentum fling herself further away in the opposite direction of Tri, trying to follow the wall on the other side. Landing again, she didn't have room to roll, just landing on one leg but her momentum was too much that she tried to stabalize herself with her other foot as well, the pain causing her to hit the ground with a soft noise of pain as she pushed herself to a stand and forced herself to continue moving, limping as she walked into dense trees.

The house that he had returned to not too long ago wasn't too far from the main gates, but just far enough where he hadn't been able to see Hexxis from where he had been standing, but it was well within ear shot of the gunshots that were being fired off. Hissing under his breath, he started to move back towards the gate, near full out running to go help. He knew that Hexxis was there - and Tri had to be to but he'd risk that meeting - and they were close enough to Sanctuary that all they needed to do was get inside. 'Hexxis, I'm coming to help...what's going on out there?' he asked, wanting to get a good idea before fully rushing headlong into a fight. If he could, he would love to get the upperhand on whoever was going after them, as stealth and assassination was his specialty.

Tri hissed and finches, phasing the moment the buckets were fire, glancing back to see Hexxis stumbling and pushing off to head in the -other- direction. Switching directions he turned to follow her, keeping phased.
The three Police turned the minute Tri took off running toward Hexxis shouting for him to stop before opening fire at him, all hitting through hm.
The fourth one that has been following waited as Hexxis passed before turning and shooting at her legs.

Hexxis could hear the police shouting to stop mixed with Zephyr's question. 'The police have found us and are shooting at us. I've been hit and moving further in where I was be-..' Someone suddenly jumped in behind her and gunning down bullets at her, her eyes widening from being caught off guard as she whipped around and tried to react by summoning a shadow sword and knocking away a few of the bullets. There was a surge of pain in her left leg again far worse than before as one of the bullets hit that leg again and she yelped loudly in pain, falling to one knee, causing another bullet to hit her in the right shoulder. Hexxis gripped her shoulder for a moment, trying to keep the pain under control and get the blood to stop. '..I've...been hit... Three bullets...'. She swung her sword forward violently at her attacker before almost collapsing, trying to keep her weight up, just trying to keep moving even if she couldn't stand. [Has taken 15 damage]

Rushing to grab Hexxis' sword that he had sitting in the house, Zephyr teleported [Shadow Slide, 2/7] back into the thick of the treeline, using the shadows to keep himself generally hidden in before he could get a good idea on what was going on. Looking about, he could hear the gunshots, the shouting, the running. Taking in a breath, he headed towards where he had met Hexxis before, quickly coming to a stop as he saw the cop still aiming at her. Grimacing, he gripped the sheath of the sword and rammed the butt end of the sword into the back of the officers head [Regular Melee - 10 Damage] with the intent to knock him out.

The police kept his gun aimed at Hexxis even as she went down and slashed her sword into the air, he was much to far to be hit but kept aim at her. "STAY DOWN!!" He ordered her as he released one hand to grab his walkie-talkie and inform the three in the sky. He didn't even brush his fingers against the plastics as something hit his head with a loud thump. A second later he collapsed on the ground out cold.
The three in the sky lost sight of Hexxis but they phased and moved to block Trisuri as one broke away and started to call the one on the ground after hearing the shots up ahead.
Trigrimaced and raise cold light in shield form again as he stayed still, solidifying as they followed him phased. "...." Turning his attention with worry to Hexxis before looking back. At least that is two less after her.
"No response " the other police said moving away to investigate from above around the area the other one was supposed to have been waiting.

Hexxis shifted her sword, a quick toss within her grasp to reposition her hand on the blade backwards and narrowed her blank eyes at the police, ready to defend if he shot again. He yelling only intensifying her combative nature as she gripped the sword tighter and stared him down with a hint of fury behind her eyes. She was about to move when the officer reached for his walkie but suddenly he collapsed to the floor unconscious. Standing in his place, was Zephyr, and her expression immediately changed into a thankful one. "..zephyr.." she whispered, trying to push herself back up to a stand. Concentrating on not letting the pain get to her, she eased back onto her hurt leg, only a flicker of a wince before it faded. Hexxis' expression shifted back to a stern one as she looked down to the officer. '...synchronize... access level two... ' she looked to Zephyr and nodded before leaning down to grab the walkie and pressing down the button just enough to let the message go through but would come through with slight of static to mask the voice. 'Tell them you "Experiment 001 Hexxis Luz has been apprehended and detained, heading back now." That should buy some time to hide further away.' she thought to him, her nature falling back into when they did their partner test.

Smiling at Hexxis, he walked closer and nodded, closing his eyes a bit he did his best to mimic the voice of the officer [Charisma - Bluff: 13]. "Experiment 001 Hexxis Luz has been apprehended and detained, heading back now. It might take a bit, she's heavier than expected." he added the bit at the end, figuring that they would buy it a little bit more, buying them hopefully more time. Once he had finished relaying the information, he looked back to her and smiled, 'We should get you somewhere safe to deal with your wounds - but, where's Tri? I'd rather not just run off with just you if he's supposed to be here with you. I feel like that would be even worse...' Zephyr handed over the sword and looked at her with a sad look.
He knew that she would need to head out with Tri, but he also wanted her to be safe and not full of bullets when they did head out. Corlyrr's house still had a first aid kit.

The police that had been heading toward the forest area paused and responded. "Meet you back in front of Sanctuary. We're blocking Trisuri from your location.....sh**! He's incoming! " the police in the air said flying down low as gunfire erupted.
Trisuri had turned himself into a shadow dropping the Cold Light and started flowing if slightly slow are first after Hexxis instead of in through the sanctuary and out toward the other side. He was doing his best not to hurt them and not to bring Sanctuary into this. There was a silent gasp as his winsg were hit, the bullet being left in the ground as if her weren't there but doing damage ot the shadow itself, he was to new ot the form to actually know that until ow. Rushing faster he slipped into the tree line and started hurting, leaving a trail of black inky blood.
The three outside head in after them. "We're heading to your location. Meet us with us, he is heading your way in some type of shadow form"

'Tri and I split up. I am unsure if that was safe but it was what was requested before so I repeated the same action.' Looking out to where she came from, she stood as though her injuries didn't bother her even if the pain was quite a lot. She was about to speak again through thought when the radio crackled and the other officers relayed that Tri was headed their way. She thought of a plan quickly, absconding being the priority order as she filtered through what she knew quickly. 'I'll pull Tri out. Once I get him, shadow slide us to the dead drop. That is the safest option for escape.'
Without hesitation, she watched the shadows, the flow of power that she could have sworn she felt or sensed even for a flickering moment, but not enough to even be sure. Something was coming towards them and once the shadow approaching was with a good range, she grabbed Zephyr's hand without breaking eye contact from the shadow that was emitting some black ink behind it. "Shadow ability detected, nullifying for fifteen minutes." her voice spoke almost robotically and waited for Tri to lose form before running forward, ignoring her pain and pulling Zephyr with her until she reached Tri and wrapped an arm around him. 'Now.'

Zephyr took in a breath and nodded, his own fear about meeting Tri in yet another unsavory situation, but he shoved the ears back as he nodded. 'I should have some supplies in that dead drop, just enough to get you guys patched up and stabilized --' he thought to her, turning when she focused on the shadows, just watching her and remaining silent.
As his hand was grabbed and he was pulled with her, he didn't hesitate or pull back, he followed her lead, waiting for the signal. Once the command was given, he closed his eyes, taking all three of them to the underground dead drop on the other side of the forest, closest to a river [Shadow Slide 7/7]. Opening his eyes, he felt the surge of pain of a headache slam into his head, forgetting just how much it hurt him to take multiple people, even a short distance. Taking in a breath, he let it out slowly, trying to get the pounding to stop.
The underground dead drop was a simple set of two rooms - one specifically for storage, the other looking like a small, well kept apartment complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and bed - and was made of a mixture of cement and wood, the sound of the river could be heard nearby from the opening of a tunnel that lead directly up into the forest, but it was clear that the tunnel was too small to climb through, as it was only meant for direct shadow teleportation down into it or out.
"I'll find the first aid kits - I know I have a couple in here in case of emergencies..." Zephyr hesitated in letting go of Hexxis' hand, but did so and moved towards the small supply room.

Having his ability neutralized was not something he expected as he rushed forward searching for Hexxis's trail. The hit on his wings were a dull pain but in this form he didn't know how much damage they had sustain. I didn't stop him from moving forward ..not that just randomly happened as he felt the shadows dredge back from his skin dropping him ungraciously face first into the dirt even sliding a bit. He didn't have time to move as an arm was place around him, his mind still stuck on "What the happen"
Then on the fact they ported, something he knew Hexxis didn't have as he twisted in her grasp and tried to hit her only to stop as he pulled his hand back recognizing her then looking confused. "......... How di- "
"I'll find the first aid kits - I know I have a couple in here in case of emergencies..."
Tri turned phasing and moved to his feet, even with the pain in his wings, as he turned to face the faintly familiar voice, only to stare at the back of someone he never wanted to see again.
"............" wings bristling painfully, causing more splats of blood to drop, he looked to Hexxis then to Zeph and back to her as he solidified. He opened his mouth to comment and shut it as he looked around the area then at Hexxis and more importantly at her leg. "....You're hurt" his voice was strained trying to keep his anger in check instead of trying to understand why the merc was there...why her partner was there.

Hexxis release Tri, not even flinching as he drew back to hit her, her face blank as always. He began to speak and she was about to answer, when Zephyr offered first aid kits that broke the conversation. She watched his wings, noticing the blood pooling up. '...he's not happy...' Hexxis straighten, only a flicker of a grimace on her face that was barely visible as she move to Tri. "As are you." she responded, wanting to try to take some of his wounds but wasn't sure if she should. "We can administer first aid and wait out their pursuit then leave." she offered, trying not to bring up other topics but it was difficult with Zephyr clearly being there and she wasn't sooner going to ask him to leave. She searched for the words to explain it, she had to. She owed Tri that much. "Zephyr and I can communicate to each other without words. He knew I was nearby and heard the gunfire. He saved me, and is offering help to us." she shifted her eyes away slightly. "I apologize for this inconvenience." she spoke a little softer, looking none hindered by the pain in her leg and shoulder, however there was a slow building pain in her chest for the tension that was developing in the room.

Zephyr was happy that he wasn't looking when Tri had tried to rush Hexxis, though as he was told what he had expected, he let out a soft sigh as he grabbed the First Aid kit that he had put together himself for situations he figured he might be in after a merc. job, which did include being shot by people. 'I had a feeling he wouldn't be happy. I just couldn't leave you two out in a fire fight.' he looked down at the plastic container of the First Aid kit and turned back around, smiling sadly at the two, "Well, I found the kit..." he stated and looked between the two.
They both looked pretty beat up, but his eyes lingered on the bullet wounds in Hexxis' leg. Setting the kit down, he went over to grab the wheeled chair that was one of the few chairs in the tiny place. Setting it just behind Hexxis so she could sit down, he went to grab the kit again, paused, then looked to Tri. "If you're curious, I was in Sanctuary taking some time off." he turned back to Hexxis and just sort of stood there for a moment. 'I don't think I can help him with his wounds - I doubt he'd want me to touch him...'

Tri didn't move as he stared at her and only her. "I see " was his only reply as he looked to Hexxis leg again. Those two words were full of meaning and he didn't try to hide the faint look of betrayel as he stared at her wounds, waiting as his injured wing drooped.
"If you're curious, I was in Sanctuary taking some time off."
"I wasn't" he said curtly but didn't move toward the kit until Zeph had moved completely away, except once he had he had gone for the kit and was standing there hesitantly. Moving to him he tried to swipe the kit from the merc and head to Hexxis.
He wasn't quite sure he wouldn't stab Zephyr in the back if he touched Hexxis in front of him. Actually if the faint flicker of light in his hand as he opened the kit was anything to go by, yes yes he would even he had helped them....even if he was indebted to him now.
He should have pushed to go back to the hotel room, ignore the trip to the beach...especially not stand there like an idiot trying to ask about Estrian's whereabouts when a phone call might have been more simple. Taking a bit of the gauze he stuffed it against the wounds in his wings before furling them in tight to slow the bleeding if for a bit before moving to try and work on Hexxis. He would rather faint first then see the merc touching her.
