Tobi Uchiha | Crimes: Accomplice to Uchiha clan Destruction although he was not present, he still had a role in convincing Torgrita to aid Itachi, ex-akatsuki, murder of over 150 as Madara Uchiha, but only 40 as Tobi Uchiha. - Pardoned by Torgrita Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki, and still wanted in Snow Village but declared KIC there. Currently on life probaton and forbidden from using his sharingun.
Kamito Uzumaki | Killing an ANBU while intoxicated, murdering several innocent Genin during a chunin exam, Serving alcohol to a minor and causing injury to said minor, and using his demon host abilities to rob three ramen shops after they vandalized his father's favorite Ichiraku shop. - Arrested 7 times, escaped once, smacked by his mother hard enough to send him to the hospital (he was 16)- Pardoned by Naruto Uzumaki, Torgrita Uchiha, Tobi Uchiha, himself without the consent of the counsel, later revoked and sent to rehab by Bryan the Fire Lord. Is currently dead but papers have been sent for approval on ressurection.

Not recommended as a drinking buddy.
Ludwig Beilschmidt | Necromancy (illegal in most villages except Amegakure), desrecating of burial grounds in Snow, Mist, Waterfall, Steam, Sand and Cloud village. Theft on several accounts, claims it was not him but another drunk man with blond hair, necromancer necklace and bottle of rum which he couldn't remember if he finished or dropped it somewhere. - Pardoned by Hikaru on the necromancy, states if Ludwig touches a single body for any ritual unless revival, he will make sure Ludwig knows Hikaru's shoe size by Winter. Is currently under watch by ANBU and Rina's fierce glare. Not recommended to hang out with.

Namine Uzumaki | ...Jaysus...lets just say she wasen't as bad as her brother, but dear lord she did a lot when younger. - Pardoned by Tobi Uchiha, claims he only did it because she broke one rib and his nose, also threatened to rip his teeth out with rusty pliers if he didn't sign the pardon papers and let her try out for ANBU.
Madara Uchiha | Murder of 150 known people, possession of his host's body, escaping said host's child, wreaking havock with both a goddess and demon who he then furthered his crimes by marrying and conceiving a child with the demon. Started multiple wars, large and small, destruction of Uchiha clan, Senju clan, Nara clan, Inuzuka clan...lets just say he hates other clans. Even his own to a point. - Pardoned...? Considered to be too docile with a child and although still watched by ANBU, the only time he has acted threatenly in the last five years was when someone pulled his daughter's hair. That kid is still missing. Refuses to leave Uchiha compound in fear of being arrested.

Special Clans - Members - Relation To Each Other - Description
Kono Clan - Kato Kono, Matsuda Kono, Siblings. Kenji and Cassandra Kono, siblings and children of Matsuda, nephew and niece of Kato - The Kono clan records were burned a long time ago, from what can be said of seeing the last members fight, most suspect the clan's abilities differ between female and male but both utilize ghosts. Kato has been seen with enormous strength, some may say its because he is a very tall and broad man, but it's because he is able to use the energy of ghosts around him to increase his own strength. The males of this clan are much like Kato, with a very mascular and broad build, they eat whole buffets by themselves if not watched carefully. The female of this clan have a much larger range of abilities, Matsuda is able to see and talk to ghosts, even interact to some, she can revive the dead and even has a strange seduction ability, it's possible even the female can absorb a ghost's essense but only when children. Although Kenji has the rinnengan, he still has his clan's appetite and ability to talk to ghosts. Cassandra is very much showing she has her clan's beauty in her and brains, and although her mother hates to admit it, Cassandra is able to use a mellowed out version of necromancy. The clan is states to be related to Chouji's clan, but no evidence supports it.
Shaon Clan- An entire village is dedicated to this clan of monks and slavers. The clan is nothing truly special other than it has produced people with strange abilities, the most famous being Keir, the exiled prince of darkness. This clan also produces high-quality monks who venture across the nations, the village is based on the border of Kumogakure, most monks go to the demon country for further training. The village has two areas, a rather high class, beautiful area more up the hill, and the lower slums where slaves and servants reside, monitored strictly by guards. Kev Shaon was born in the high class area to a servant, but due to his orange hair, he was declared fit to only be a servant, after finding out he had a rare ice ability that he could not control, he was declared lower than the slaves. The monks created a special blue ink and etched it into Kev's wrist, the seal is very powerful and allows the host to have better control of the trigger that effects his abilities, amely emotions. The seal has weakened the last 15 years of having it on his wrist. The Shaon clan are leaders in the black market, and have a huge system of documented slaves to ownership of slave minors and have a small army to back them up when it comes to reclaiming property.
Rinnengan clan- Users of this doujustu are now considered a very small clan. They live seperatly and try to blend into society as much as possible. The only known users are Kenji, Uzaki, and Chi. Each user is different, Uzaki being a traditional user who needs bodies to fights and such. Chi's doujustu is missing a ring, which seems to give her the ability to remain sane, have better control and use liqufied rods to control bodies and leave people's souls intact. Kenji's eyes have even more rings than a normal rinnengan, he can use both rods and liquid resin. Due to Kenji's ghost ability from Matsuda, he can easily find a dead body to use, even though he has no need of bodies at all.
The Cult Of Necro- Although not a traditional clan, it still holds power like most clans. The only known area that they thrive in is the flame country, rather near cemeteries. This cult is full of crude,
unholy, and down right evil necromancers who by true rumors, steal children gifted in necromancy as to raise them, themselves. These necromancers are genuinely immortal once they have passed the "Necro Test", in which they buy their first slave, then sacrifice it in the name of a long forgotten demon. If they fail, a seal is placed on them to become the obedient sacrifice or slave to another necromancer who has passed the test. This cult reigns on fear for their abilities, using seals and dark chakra to make their victims play along. Ludwig and Gilbert were born within the clan, Gilbert showed no promise as a necromancer and was chosen as his brother's sacrifice, Ludwig refused and they were both turned into slave, Sesuke had already known the boys for around ten years and after being killed and revived, she broke the boys from the cult's control and helped them escape. In turn, she was executed, it was unknown how she was brought back without the cult's knowledge but Ludwig claims she just reappears whenever she wants. Ludwig is the only necromancer to live outside of the cult, and now that he has his immortality, the cult has noticed he still lives. They currently work for Orinimaru, using the slave trade and dead workers to their disposal and hoping to gain more ground outside the harsh climate of the flame country.

Famous areas within our RP |
Death Gorge | This area is very famous; having been the sight of many powerful battles and a source of mystery to many young shinobi. The area's real name is Death valley as it was the site of two Kyuubi rages by itself, a third battle between the kyuubi and Nekomata. The area consists of a 500ft cliff, where it descends into the canyon of death, over centuries of being there, it has changed drastically. The canyon use to be just a 500ft drop, soon it became known for explorers to venture down but never return, later on, it became known for suicidal people to jump off. The area was sealed off by the Uchiha clan; who's compound is the closest to it. It has over ten caves that span the bottom of the canyon; Madara Uchiha who...'fell' down and survived due to being immortal, used one of the caves to hide his presence until he could move again. He has been the only one to explore the bottom of the canyon, but refuses to tell much about it; stating he was too injured to remember. The canyon has recently acquired a paralyzing poison on the base of it, the green cloud of smoke has been there for 20yrs currently. It's unknown how it appeared, just that it paralyzes people and being in it too long will cause suffocating or insanity.
Uchiha Compound | This area is outside of Konoha, close to Death Gorge and medium sized. The compound had been in ruins for over 40 years when Itachi Uchiha murdered most of the clan; it was put under construction while Torgrita Uchiha was Hokage, but not finished until Tobi Uchiha became the Hokage and decided it was time to finish their home. It was finished halfway through his time of Hokage and many people questioned it's purpose. Most of the Uchiha's have spread through out the nations, but are slowly coming back together. For now only a few Uchiha's live in the compound, creating a few shops right outside the gate and within Konoha to bring the compound some money. It is guarded by Konoha ANBU until more Uchiha join the compound. Tobi and his family currently reside in the compound along with Chi's, Madara's and Veneziano's families. Romano is currently still in the demon country with his family, trying to gather the finances to move to the compound.
Hyuga Compound | This compound is within Konoha but at the very back where one of the gates have been closed off for years. It is split into two different areas; the lower district and upper district. Only the 'pure' high born Hyuga may live and there is currently four families of pure ancestory. There are ten families in the lower district; mainly servants, bodyguards, slaves and shopkeepers. The Hyuga deny having enslaved people of the lower class, mainly because they treat their slaves very well as to not draw attention. A reason Asomi and Romano Hyuga refuse to live there even though they are upper class.
Senju Compound | This compound is abandoned, as no senju have been seen in half a century (Takki will be the first in years), but it was once a thriving compound of those claiming they had the blood, but once people realized they couldn't control wood, they were told to leave the sacred compound. The compound has been in disrepair for a long time,it's been on vote recently to be demolished and new apartments be built for civilians.
Market District of Konoha | This is the biggest and most beautiful market you'll find other than the Cloud's market Plaza. It is filled with open-air co-op stands of fruit and vegetables, fresh milk and many shops. A few famous shops are Ino's Flower Boutique, now owned by her great grand daughter Tami. Another shop is A Herbalist's Cure; owned by Asomi Hyuga and Tobi Uchiha. This shop is known for it's rare herbs, great tea for illness's and a owner with a wide knowledge of medicine. The shop has two floors, an upstairs store room downstairs where the shop is. Behind the desk lies a hallway where it leads to the back or upstairs. The back of the downstairs holds a desk, a small couch, mini fridge and a sh*t ton of medicinal books that Asomi has collected over her life span. Another shop is recently new but is the talk of the village with it's fresh desserts, cultural sweets and nice to look at Owner. Bought by Veneziano Uchiha, he has named it "Rainbow Sweets" as Tressa had rainbow hair at the time and he couldn't think of anything else. It's a small shop, a few tables and chairs inside and outside for those who stay to eat and a small kitchen in the back, he wishes to expand to a much bigger shop down the street, but he enjoys his tiny shop for now.
Residential District(s) | There are four residential districts, the Shinobi District, Educational District, Apartment District and Hospital District. The first district is self-explanatory as it holds several small, very cheap one bedroom apartments for beginning Shinobi who have no home yet it is mainly filled with genin who were orphaned before they became ninja and will be allowed to live there until they are Jounin. The next district is called Educational as it holds the Shinobi Academy, the private ANBU training camp, the Hokage's office and three seperate training grounds for shinobi. The next district is mainly 6 sets of apartments for a moderate price, it is close to the hospital district and the apartments has five floors each, 4 apartments per floor. Each apartment is two bedroom, one bath, one kitchen and living room with a balcony if your on the second floor or above. This area is very unfriendly and used for those who are single, not yet parents, or parents with one child, pets are not allowed, nor is smoking as it is too close to the hospital. The last district is the hospital, containing the main hospital building, a nursing home, a nurse training facility, and rehabs for drugs, alcohol, PTSD ect. A fifth district can not be considered a district as it is family sized homes that are randomly placed about everywhere. These homes have two floors, three to four bedroom, one to two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room with basements and attics. These homes mainly belong to those with the money to live in them, and can be considered small mansions to most depending on your income.
Fruit Tree | A medium sized able tree has been seen multiple times within our RP, it consists of Pears, Apples and Crab apples, it is not just one big tree, the crab apples are found below close to the ground and pears are just above that, with apples on top. It says that there is many shrubbery and such, it looks like one tree and has earned a reputation and is stated to be under the protection of the Demon country as it resides just behind their border with Konoha.
Flame village | This is a village full of mystery, the kage is unknown and the village is very secluded, refusing to go to any kage moots, let anyone in or out of their borders and have never returned contact after being sent letters. For those within the village, it is full of famine, slavery and fear of their kage. This village has been put on the "do not travel" list because once you enter, you don't return.
Snow Village | A small village in the snowy mountains, it is very friendly to outsiders and gives fair warning of their extreme cold, windy and snowy conditions. It is always snowing within the village, and is dark most of the year with three hours of sunlight per day during it's winter season. It has stayed a neutral village as it is too far to help most villages and too small to have many shinobi. It does rely heavily on transports of supplies.
Rose Village | A small village, it lays at the base of the mountains, being the closest to Yukigakure (Snow) and Bakau Village. It is a village filled with people who can grow plants and are known to have green hair or green eyes, whent hey use their powers, they have both green hair and eyes and nails. They are called The gardeners and are believed to be a strict clan of special bred humans, those with the power are used to keep the village alive and beautiful and are taught very young that they have no other purpose than to serve the Earth. Elizabeta was the first to leave the village, refusing to be used for his powers and because they would force people to use their powers until exhaustion. He states, "Even though the village is beautiful, it is nothing but a cult." and although he hates the village, now that he has a son with the same powers, his clan demands he return to help train his son in his powers, otherwise they will take his son by force. Everyone in this clan has a special flower, as most members die within the womb, they are then connected to a special flower of their parent's choosing. Those without powers are usually sent away and given up for adoption, which is why this clan receives little tourism.

|| Special Items You Might See... || xxxxxx✿ Naruto's Necklace
|| This necklace has been passed down between kyuubi hosts, it was once just a regular necklace from Minato Uzumaki, once he died, a little of his chakra was left in the necklace, not enough to help Naruto though. Naruto made sure to encase enough of his chakra so that when he passed out and the kyuubi was resealed, he could help the new host. Yumi; daughter of Kakashi had been chosen to hold the kyuubi, she didn't receive it until Naruto got severely injured during a mission and the council of elders were forced to transfer it; to avoid it being released. Naruto survived his wounds, but died before he was 50 possibly due to the kyuubi being taken. Yumi then held the kyuubi up until her death, after she had given birth to a baby boy just weeks prior. Before dying, she gave Keiro the necklace and transferred the kyuubi. Keiro currently holds the necklace, but his sister has held it for awhile as well, although it wont work on any other demon except Kyuubi.
xxxxxx✿ Asomi and Tobi's Pendants
|| As you know, jewelry is very sentimental here. This pendant is over 60 years old, made of a beautiful white opal and it's original chain was sterling silver, it is now a simple steel chain. The opal is split in half, with Tobi sporting one half and Asomi the other half. They held the necklace as a sign of their love and can communicate long distances with it.

|| Similar the above Pendant, this is a simple black opal and steel chain, it was created by the son of the blacksmith who created Asomi and Tobi's pendant. It doesn't hold the same properties as above, but the couple still love it.

|| This sword, once Kakashi died, had been shattered, Yumi took over a month to find it's hiding place and find someone who could repair it, it is no longer a weapon but a special treasure.
xxxxxx✿ The 12 Tails
|| This demon is the strongest of all twelve, it's first host being Kryi Uzumaki, first wife of Shikamaru. In truth, not much in known about the twelve tails except it has a huge temper, when Kryi first tried to kill Shikamaru, it was her demon fueling her revenge against the Nara clan. She later tamed it byinteracting with a unknown goddess. When the twelve tails was ripped from Kryi, no one could find the new host or where it had gone. It was soon found in a tiny child; Tressa. She enhanced the demon's beautiful chakra by using it to heal others, revealing that the demon changed based on it's host. Tressa became ill tempered later in life, thankfully she could control the immense strength she was given. When she died as a adult, the demon quickly removed itself and chose a young child, Shoko. Most people and villages who know about the demon have expressed interest in having her as a shinobi, but really they just want to use her and thus Konoha has placed a ANBU to guard her and teach her about her demon. The demon and its host are not allowed to live in the village nor attend the shinobi school anymore. This demon is considered to be hated more than the nine tails or any demon, not even other hosts like her due to not knowing anything about the demon.
xxxxxx✿ The Book of Seals
|| A thick tome, only two exist and one has been damaged to the point where it is held in a glass case somewhere safe, the most intact version holds Germanic, English and Japanese writing, holds every seal known to the creator; a demon who never authored the book. The only clue to it's maker is scribbled words, 'Demon That Once Loved'. Necromancers seek out this book nearly their whole lives, the second ruined copy was found by Ludwig and after the damage done to it, he gave it to Loki who said it would be preserved and hopefully fixed one day. The more intact copy belongs to Yukai and Rina has found it once, returning it shortly after but it has since been moved by Yukai as it contains a few extra pages on sealing Gods away or controlling them. There is even a seal on how to harness their power if they are unwilling to spare some for a mortal's sake.

|-| No Demon Host May Marry Another Demon Host |-|
This law has been there since the shinobi nation was established, it is very strict, but ever since Kamito and Yumi broke this law and married, more demon hosts and regular people are protesting the law. When the pair married in their early twenties, over ten notices were sent that they need to divorce or actions will be taken. Kamito had over 25 attempts to take his life by Leaf Shinobi; the cloud offered to protect him, but he refused as Yumi would not be protected. the 26th attempt finally killed him, a trusted friend and co-teacher at the academy, took the bounty and helped kill Kamito, the demon escaped, but Kamito was labeled a traitor until Yumi appealed to the council, who later poisoned her countless times when she gave birth to Kamito's son, Keiro and gave him her demon without permission.

Ever since the massacre of the Uchiha clan by Itachi, a law was placed that any Uchiha was to be monitered strictly and not allowed to live in their compound again. This law has recently been protested and found void, allowing the Uchiha to once again live in their homes in the compound and also gain respect within the village again.

|| Things You May Not Know | Facts || xxxxxx"Weakest Shinobi"xxxxxxThe weakest shinobi was considered to be Kamito Uzumaki; although he had a bijuu, he would of never tried to tame it if other people didn't constantly tell him it was needed. He also broke the contract by dying while a being a taijustu teacher in the academy. Although he was revived with his bijuu, they never got along and he learned to deal with the constant voices and lack of sleep from her. He also has terrible skills in nearly every category, taijustu was the only one he could skid by with strength rather then actually attempting to learn anything. When he became Hokage, it was by sheer luck and he soon regretted the position as people found out he was an utterly useless Hokage. He also had the special eye from his sister, but refused to use it along with refusing to allow the two tails to ever be sealed in him again. He was glad when it was found in his daughter, nearly worried another boy would have to deal with the "old hag" He's grown a lot since then though, but since losing his bijuu, he hasn't really found anything he is good at.xxxxxx"Is He Really Nice?"xxxxxxWho is the nicest person in our roleplay? Tobi Uchiha! He is adored by everyone in the village, his whole family loves him as well and he hasn't had an enemy in years, but...he doesn't regret his past as much as people thinks he does. He has been the only Uchiha to not make amends outside the village, Torgrita did all she could to fix her past mistakes, Sasuke and Itachi did as well. Tobi refuses to believe he really did those things and blames Madara for most of it. He also only shows this through the motion he won't leave the protective village without great cause. In his years as Hokage, he only left for meetings and under the pretense that as Hokage, he was immune from persecution from other villages and had Namine as a body guard for extra measures. Madara shows more remorse for the past doings; especially when convinced by Tobi that it was only his doing.xxxxxx"Destroy Something Else!"xxxxxxOut of every place that is destroyed in a village, the main place has been the hospital. The kage's office. Don't forget the gates. Stay in your homes because they won't hit civilians in there!xxxxxx"Longest Reigning Kage"xxxxxxWith a record of 21 years serving in a kage spot, Uzaki Fuma was considered the longest running kage, ruling over Amegakure with a peaceful mind for the most part. He had over 200 assassination attempts during his reign and people said near the end of him ruling, they saw the effects of such stress. He was also considered the youngest person to become a kage (Until a young child of ten was chosen). Uzaki was also a direct victim of a cannibal attack, being revived later but suffering blindess and becoming timid and scared instead of the strong adult he was. Sani had put a curse on him so when he was revived, he was in much younger and this contributed to much of his breakdowns until one day he just disappeared after a explosion destroyed the Ame Mental Ward.xxxxxx"A Promise"xxxxxxEvery kage makes a commitment to their village by standing on top of the kage's office and addressing the village. They vow to protect, to love, and to nourish their village even at the cost of their life. A kage is then sworn to remain in their spot until death or believed to be unfit and to choose a successor if the council demands. Tobi Uchiha was sworn in like this under an emergency after the Hokage Uro died saving the village from Madara. He fulfilled this promise up until the Disaster of Christmas when the lake water raised itself and descended upon the party. Although no one died, anyone hit with the water and frozen was injured depending on how close they were. Kushina and Naruto had died a week after the event, suffering from hypothermia and shattered bones in an arm, chest and knee. Elizabeta had been hospitalized for hypothermia and when warming pads burned him severely, Tami suggested to use plant lights and they seemed to save his life. Tobi had hypothermia as well among a concussion from being hit from behind by the ice cold water. He felt embarrassed after the event, saying he could of prevented it by doing it a month prior when it was still warm and hadn't snowed yet. He stepped down after finding out his daughter was missing. Some people believed Fefi convinced him it was his fault and persuaded him to go work on the council with his wife while she took the burden of the village.

Info: Each war has a name, the ones prior to the RP's story is not listed here. xxxxxx"The Uchiha Hunt"xxxxxxThe Uchiha Hunt was not an actual war, but a genocide after the Uchiha were slaughtered in Konoha. Other villages began to fear that their Uchiha compounds; although much smaller than the original one, it still held a few Uchihas. They feared the same would happen or began raising suspicions against the Uchiha. Soon enough, the laid off any Uchiha whether they were high ranking or in the academy, this caused some bad tensions and soon enough they were either exiled or killed for being an Uchiha.xxxxxx"The End of Madara"xxxxxxAgain, not a war, but still very dramatic and bloody as it took since Madara disappeared after being defeated by the first Hokage to being found that he inhabited Tobi Uchiha's body as a child, essentialy controlling the young Uchiha to his advantage. It took until Tobi was around 16 for his sister to become involved, he was already in some pretty bad stuff by then and when seeing him, she was the first to step up to the challenge of sealing Madara. When Tobi became 20, he has such loose control that he; by luck, 'nearly' died several times. The final time he lost control was the worst and Tor finally found the chance as she realized Madara was only weak when Tobi was. Of course the hunt began once Tobi realized that the seal had been transfered to his youngest twin son, Veneziano. He still had a old seal on his back, and felt whenever his son lost control. Madara had changed a lot within the seals, finding out that a young necromancer had been playing around with all sorts of rare seals, not just that but that his brother was an expert in sealing live people. It took awhile, but once he created the plan to release Iruki, note that a sealed person has to be unsealed by someone else and cannot unseal themselves. (They can unseal those also trapped in a different seal) He released Iruko and she in return released him, bringing his soul into a new body that was not being used by anyone anymore.
He's been free since, but the terror of him has long since past as he does not wish to do evil anymore.
