Organization .42Moto: Educate and eliminate by manipulation !
Bio: Org.42 is a highly sophisticated collection of the super elite and powerful and those who follow in their ideals. People whose collective goal is to "educate" the population and separate the weak from the powerful. Those unfit to survive in the world as they see it shouldn't be allowed to exist within it at all.
The Organization believes that some people are simply born better then others and its from those select few that the human race should look to for guidance and leadership. However this isn't to simply say that a child born into poverty is worthless to them. The organizations main goal is in fact "education". The cultivation of young minds in order to build the tomorrow they wish to obtain. The organization maintains ownership of roughly 73% of all Pokemon trainer schools world wide as well as 28% of the public school system and another 87% of the private school sector world wide. Teachers at these facilities have no idea who's really writing their pay checks.
The organization uses these facilities to locate bright young minds and offer an education far beyond what they could ever hope to get and for free. Naturally, most parents jump at the chance and send their bright young children off to a private school far from the distractions of the world. There they spend the next eight to nine years until graduation.
Most children are safely returned home, however the brightest of these children are retained. The parents informed their child has been given a special chance to further their education even more and then will graduate as an official pokemon trainer. But these children are in fact abducted and brain washed. Roughly only twenty are retained and within the first five to eight months around ten are always returned home to help hide the true horrors that away the remaining students.
Those retained are forcefully educated and brought into the organization as grunt level members but the horrors don't end there. The education lasts for a total of two more years and within that time students are encouraged to "purge" their rivals from the class in what ever means they can devise with the rule that if they're caught in the act they themselves will be purged, publicly before the entire student body. Of the average ten that enter only three to four survive. These students then have one final task. A free for all pokmeon battle, to the death. Students had seek victory however they see fit and in some cases have been known to spare their rivals lives in exchange for their submission.
After graduation students are worked back into civilization of covert operatives with the express goal of furthering the organizations reach and control over the masses. Field agents are the only ones given free lance permission to commit murders in the organization interests and generally they target the profanely ignorant and stupid of those in any position of power. The organization believe these people spread idioms like a plague and need to be stopped because they infect others.
Beyond the education of the youthful the organization does perform a general service for its higher-ranking officials. Black market pokemon selling and trading. The organization is in a constant need of strong pokemon in order to maintain their political power and influence and thus they have a special pokemon poachers division. These members are of the lowest rank and only serve as manual labor to obtain requested pokemon.
Organization .42 is run by Cukoimaru Nakamichi. A man who inherited the faction from his own grandfather the founder. Nakamichi openly resided in Goldenrod city and hosts public pokemon battles for sport and profit. The cost of the tickets pays for some of the organizations needs but the rest is donated by unnamed benefactors with a vested interest in the organization.
Notes:
• Ranks are established by the number of missions completed or the education you received. All new recruits begins as Grunts and their only job is the capture of pokemon for the Organization. It takes capturing 50+ different pokemon to move up a rank and their are 4 ranks in all.
• There is no uniform to speak of but you most retain a badge with the Org.42's logo on it hidden on their person. This badge can be used to gain access to records and data retained by the Org within its hidden bases.
• Anyone may battle Cukoimaru Nakamichi. ( as seen below ) but no Exp may be gained.
Cukoimaru Nakamichi is a very calm and collect person and will no seek to provoke nor will he openly admit to being the Org.42's leader and no information will EVER lead back to him being such. Openly claiming you know who he really is is a quick way to get killed ...
Becoming an Agent of Org.42
• A "Teacher" will be the one contacting you seeking your interest. Org.42 Teachers always watch potential recruits for an extended time before approaching to ensure the person is worthy. Teachers wont approach a person who they feel wont join. If a person flat out refuses the Teacher would make an "accident" happen to ensure further secrecy.
• If you were recruited through the school however, you've been brainwashed or are a willing agent either way your seeking to recruit other students either willingly or by force.
• New Members always start as a Grunt in rank and most earn addition ranks through the capture of wild pokemon.
• Agents who brake free of the brainwashing or simply flee will become prime targets for the "Giga's Knight" to "discipline".

This is a man who could make a girl's heart aflutter with a death threat ... and mean every word of it. His biggest point of regreat however is his daughter Sonoko who by a fluke of Luck escaped an "education".

Bio: ► While Cukoimaru deals with the public face of the Org no one is as important as Martkuth Luyes. The director of "Educational studies" and progress. If your student bound for "high education" and fail this mans assignment, your as good as dead. Cold and to the point this man has no other interest but to ensure progress and secretary. This is the man most members believes to be the true organizations leader and while he acts as such its a front to ensure the protection of his master Cukoimaru.

Bio: ► The Giga's Knight. This is perhaps the most commonly seen yet lest understood member of the organization. When someone needs to be disciplined The Giga's Knight is the one who's called upon most. Its known only by the most senors members of Org.42 who this person really is or where he came from. Son of Deltra Minnuma. He is the result of the most cruel of her experiments, results she has yet to replicate in another but not for a lack of trying. The Giga's knight does not talk and only seems able to communicate by rather rudimentary means. The Giga's Knight is rumored to own Regice ,Regirock and Registeel but this hasn't been proven.

Bio: ► The brain washed prodigy child. Tommy is the youngest ranking member of Org.42 and thus far nearly undefeated in battle by his contemporary's. Even Cukoimaru Nakamichi has commented to the effect that if he survives Exandra's war secession he would be the most likely to take commend when the day comes second only to Markuth Luyes. Tommy in of his right is calculating in the extreme and while his pokemon are among the weakest of the ranking members he's combat strategy is matched only by Exandra's and Cukoimaru Nakamichi.

Bio: ► If ever a disciplinarian existed within Org.42 who enjoyed their work Exandra would be that person. The second youngest ranking member within Org.42 Exandra earned her place by systematically "dethroning" all those who stood in her way until it became clear of her intentions to one day lead the organization. Markuth Luyes seeing the potential risk and reward she posed has sense prevented her further grow by "encouraging" her to make better use of his skills.

Bio: ► Deltra cares little for the moral implications involved with her work. To her the only thing that matters are results and progress. She uses a mixture of tortures, surgery's and other highly invasive and damaging actions to study how people react when put under different stress factions. She's credited with the creation of the Giga's Knight the Org's mindless disciplinarian. Its thought the Giga's Knight is her own son but only a select few members such as Markuth Luyes and Cukoimaru Nakamichi could confirm this.
