Quaver City is located at a key cross road in the region is the only city on the West side of the region that connects East and West Grotto. Because of this, it has been the focal point of many battles during the Civil War as both sides fought for its control. With its came access to all of the northern half of the region and a larger shipping route. Near the end of the war, however, the city was in such ruins it was almost totally abandoned. The native people retook control in the end and accepting help from their once bitter enemy's built the city into a massive metropolitan city.
The Gym leader Altimus is a descendant of the Akochi Tribe of people native to the far northern regions but who where forces further down south eventually settling as Mug Village. Altimus is a happy wife and mother of seven with a rich family history of warriors who played key roles in great battles throughout the region. The war may be long over by here people battle with all the pride and tensity of their ancestors long past. Altimus specializes in hit and runs tactics willing to allow her Pokemon to take a hit if it means getting the upper hand later or to dislodged her opponent's strategy and is the only gym leader aside from Vlad who has no qualms with playing dirty.

Hustle: Doubles the damage of all physical attacks, however all physical attacks have a 1/5 chance to miss.








Magic Bounce: Reflects the effect of all stat lowering status moves (excluding Memento), non-damaging status condition-inducing moves, entry hazard moves, moves like Taunt and Torment, and so on back to the user.

Some battles can become's an SOS battle in which the initial encounter may summon a second Pokemon to support it after the first turn. You must then roll for which Pokemon is summoned, and what the level of that Pokemon is. Only one Pokemon can be summoned at a time and a max of three per battle. Each summoned Pokemon costs -1 Encounter posts.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, it will rain, and enable weather SOS encounters.
