Now, many of us here have run into some... disagreements at Kingdom Hearts Insider. Many of said disagreements were quickly turned into flame wars and so on... I think you can all guess what the subjects of these arguments were. Anyway... normally, I wouldn't suggest starting something of this nature, but in this case... I'll make an exception. whee
Now, we won't be able to do this unless a lot of us are willing, and also, we should vote on whether or not we really want to do this. I've seen a lot of people say they do, but it could lead to a guild war or something... So, we need to be careful about deciding on this. Personally, I am relatively neutral on the subject. I posted this thread because I have seen so many people talking about it, so it seemed like a good idea to solve the issue, you know? confused
The plan, essentially, would be to flood the KHI forums with tons of pro-SxR topics, pictures, fanfics, etc... and utterly overwhelm them. If we only do one or two things, it won't be enough. We will have to stick together, and it will take a lot of work. However, the results... xd
It would be a pre-planned strike - we would know exactly what we would do before hand, having shown it to each other and compared ideas and so forth... And then, we'd post it all... ON THE SAME DAY, ON THE SAME HOUR! 'O course, we'd have to figure out the time zone thing, but other than that... neutral
So yeah - is it a good idea, or insane? Please try to discuss this politely - I didn't post this thread to start any fights, okay? smile

Eh, I'm hesistant on it, mostly because I have a little rule set in my mind that says I shouldn't start wars I should prevent one from coming. Yet again, it does sound like something fun, it still would be something dangerous to try and do, our group is still small, unless we convince others to come to our aid in post fights, I'm against it, mostly because my moral judgements are. xd

Lol, I'd be interested in doing it, but not really to the extent that you've laid out. I'd personally love to flood the KH Insider forums with discussion and arguments as to why Riku and Sora belong together, but I don't want to make it so overwhleming that we'd be flamed out of there. Humiliating them with logic is one thing, but being obnoxious is another.

Ah, but there's the beauty of the whole thing! We would type up our arguments of upparralled-logic-and-geniusness before hand! We would crush them with both logic AND well-written SoraRiku fluff! ... Among other things.
As for being flamed out of there... how is that a new occurence really?
Still... as fun as it would sound, I'm still not sure if it would be strategically sane or not...
...Even if I AM a strategy nut.

That's true. I just don't want to invade them to the point where we look like the bad guys.
...Well, actually, if we invade them at all, doesn't that automatically make us the bad guys? ^^;

I would be reluctant to do this, but seeing as the people who love KairixSora want us to burn ,a nd die and stuff!!! believe me, they say a alot of things worst...as I've experienced, anyways I want to do this!!!
Phobic people should get intot he century (no offense to one of my friends) but honestly what's wrong about guyxguy love!!!

The thing is, most of us can look at it from both sides... Personally, I would be okay with a SoraxKairi - IF, it was in an AU and all proper conditions were met... As for what those would be...? I'm not sure. But I have read a few stories in which that was the pairing, and I still enjoyed them quite a bit. One of which was Court of Souls. However, they don't seem to be willing to have an open mind about pairings, and often try to lynch us whenever one of us shows up!

Yeah. I mean, I can (usually) accept the fact that Riku/Sora isn't canon, but...I don't know...I really can't imagine Sora and Kairi together, either. The emotion behind the relationship just doesn't seem to be there, you know? Sora just seems to like her for the sake of the story...^^;
I definitely agree. I know this isn't entirely true, but there does seem to be a lot more immaturity among Sora/Kairi fans than with fans of other pairings.
Is that a fair statement? (*doesn't want to offend anyone* sweatdrop )

I've seen in peoples blogs and livejournal profiles and stuff where if they are SoraxKairi fans they go, "I'm willing to read/look at any fanfics/fanart as long as its SoraxKairi, they don't have to be the main pairing but they HAVE to be together~!122" =__=; Rofl I made my friend go from SoraxKairi to RikuxSora. She was a SoraxKairi fan just because it was obivous? >.< Something like that and then I said I liked RikuxSora and shes like, "Where the hell did you think of that?" And then like I showed her a fanfic and all my fanarts and now shes a RikuxSora fan.
