Unfortunately, due to humans typically choosing males as the heirs to their thrones, Qamar finds herself bored and usually sleeping in her heavens. Because of this, Qamar can be goofy.
❧ Biography -- ●○● A goddess born of moon, water, and the laughter of children, Qamar is one of the most divinest of deities. While her brother, Qadar, is tasked with blessing the male rulers of humanity, Qamar must bless the female rulers. As humans generally choose to make their males their heirs, Qamar, can be found sleeping most of the time, her duties unfulfilled. She has the ability to inspire peace, compassion, and justice in the hearts of those she touches and grant the soul's deepest, but purest wish. Because she cannot fulfill her duties, Qamar has created miracles for females of incomparable honor and decency. Qamar's light has touched each of the females in this request: when Misa's life was in peril due to Ash's attempt, her life was spared and each of Ash's plans failed; she gave hope to the kingdom of Dealan-De, by creating Rose to rule them; she keeps the heart of Kuekuatsu beating for Iah so that one day her below may return to her; she brought Aasha's prison to Noor, the child who freed her; she blessed Xia's birth, creating the priestess she would one day become; she granted Scheherazade a magic lamp that only she can wield; she helped create Ifrit, the dragon Ursa dotes on, with the souls of her beloved family, in hopes of one day freeing her.
