Once in the hotel it was obvious that the people that they were there to save knew what they were doing. Well maybe they didn't know exactly what they were doing, but it was clear that they had started to build a pretty safe base. When a man walked up to her, to them. Right away she wondered what he did normally, when he wasn't fighting monsters for his life. It was crazy to think that all of these people had their own lives, their own stories. As she started to wondered how they would be conveyed on stage the man spoke up, asking them all for help. More accurately he wanted them to do something useful. She nodded and moved away from the group. The man didn't seem to be in that good of a mood, but considering the situation she couldn't really blame him.

As she looked around for something to help fortify the hotel she wandered into an empty room. As she walked around she couldn't help but hope that whoever was in this room before was somewhere far away, somewhere safe. As she rummaged through the room she found some old formal women's clothing in a suitcase. Really she wondered what could be done with that, if it could even be turned into something useful. Even though she eventually decided that she was pretty sure that they couldn't be, she closed the suitcase and put it next to the door. They were nice, and just because she saw no purpose for them didn't mean that some one else wouldn't find them useful.

The room did hold other gifts for her though, gifts that sure was sure would be more useful then the formal clothing. The shower curtains for one were very sturdy, which susprised her since they were made of plastic. She figured they could be used to patch things up or maybe even to strangle the birds. Not that anyone would be able to do such a thing, but still it was a thought. The sharp steak knives were also in the room. They were on a tray with an empty plate, so she assumed the woman who had been here before had a steak brought to her by room service. Honestly the thought made her mouth water a bit, she hadn't had a good steak in some time.

Shaking her head and brining her mind back to the real world Beaulah spent a little more time searching the room before deciding that there really wasn't anything good in it and heading back to the lobby with her loot. As she did so she spotted a metal candelabra in the hallway. She grabbed it quickly, shocked that no one else had grabbed it before. It would make a wonderful weapon against the monsters, even for someone who didn't know how to use weapons.

As she reached the lobby she hoped the man could find some use for the things she had found, it seemed like he wouldn't be able to handle any more bad news.
