Iah was just simply looking out of his window at the sky, staring at it in wonder. Now that he had had a chance to look at them instead of just hearing about them, he couldn't ever go back to the world he once lived in. Sure his family was there, but he had invited them here so that was alright... right? Surely they would love to come here as well. There was so much to do and learn, it was mind boggling!

A caretaker came in with a letter from his family, sitting down neck to him and asking if he wanted her to read it. A letter from his family? They hadn't sent any mail to him at all yet. Could it be them saying they would come to visit him? Or even better stay here! He was sure his family would love it. However, that didn't seem to be the case. As the caretaker began to read it at his request, it became apparent that they wanted him to go back home. The worst bit wasn't because there was some sort of emergency or they missed him, but because they didn't like how he was abandoning the way of life back home. He was abandoning the aspects of the stars astrological powers for... for science!

"What is wrong with science?!" Iah exclaimed madly, crossing his arms in disgust ", I am not going home! I am almost a Junior now, and I have learned so much. I have seen the stars, something they never had. I have not abandoned the ways I was taught, I have moved on because I have learned more! I will not go back home. No!"

The caretaker began to explain that he didn't really have a choice, Iah just simply shaking his head no ", Then I will write a letter saying I will not come back. I have not completed my schooling, and I am almost half way done! Surely they will understand that. I am not abandoning the ways they taught, I have simply learned more!"

He then got up and began to write his letter to his family, telling them why he wanted to stay and why they were wrong. How could they understand if they weren't here to experience it themselves? Once again he offered for them to come to see him and realize for themselves why he had changed the way he did, hoping for the best. Surely his family would understand. Surely they were smart enough to listen to him!
