Geocaching: Daphne loves finding hidden treasure. She has been geocaching for the past five years, ever since she found out about it when she was twelve and ever since, she tries to find at least four caches a month. Though sometimes that doesn’t happen, she still tries. She likes leaving bouncy balls behind when she finds the caches, and has began trying to find bigger and prettier bouncy balls to give back, though has started turning to marbles instead—they have so much more potential to be pretty and there isn’t any chance of them getting gross from summer heat! Daph loves talking about different caches she has found, and will do whatever she can to get friends to come with her on her adventures.
Aerial Acrobatics: Apart from the hikes to find different Caches, Daphne really...really doesn't like many forms of exercise. She did find one type that she likes, and that is the silks and hoops that hang from the ceiling. She hasn't been practicing long, just over six months now, but what she has learned is absolutely amazing. It's terribly hard work, but it looks so easy, and it's so satisfying to climb up the long piece of silk and just...float. She really, really enjoys floating in the sky, and her core strength is just getting better and better the more she works at it.
Origami: There is just something soothing about turning small, colorful squares of paper into fun shapes. Often times when either her or her parents leave a tip at a restaurant, she'll fold the bills into different shapes, just for a fun treat for the servers. Daphne has started leaving some of her paper creations behind in geocaches when she remembers to bring paper, though she is often worried that the creation will get ruined by other things that might still be in the boxes, so she doesn't add in her origami often.
Virtues:
Affectionate: Daphne likes people. She likes being near and around people and she enjoys very much showing how she likes people. She is a very outgoing person, and thrives on the company of others. There is no real limit to what she'll do to be with people and be around people.
Charming: There are times when Daphne is quite sure she was just born in the wrong era. She always tries to have the charm of an antebellum southern lady...or at least all of the charm depicted in stories about them. She treats everyone she meets with deference and the utmost respect, even those she believes are beneath her. It's fun to be proper and nice and...and just, fancy. She is quite fancy.
Flaws:
Bossy: Being the older of a set of twins--by fourteen minutes, thank you. Daphne has always been in...a position of power, in a position of what she thinks is absolute leadership, and she likes to be listened too, to the point where she can be quite rude about things at times. It's her way or the highway.
Short Fuse: It's quite easy to annoy Daphne, and it doesn't take much to do it, or very long to do it either. She blows up at the most minor of annoyances and doesn't hold anything back when she's angry. Perhaps the only good thing about her short fuse is that she also has a short memory for her anger, and doesn't often hold a grudge...though when she does, she blows up twice as often. Don't get on Daphne's bad side, and you'll have a much better time.
