We didn't see much of a need for it at the moment with the change in how new users and mules behaved, it may be implemented again in the future, but for the time being it's off.

Currently it only applies to tiers beginning on or after August 2, 2016. There are no plans to change this at this time.

Last AtS, it was mentioned that you hoped to resolve the trading bans by the end of the week. However my pass is still disabled, and I know there are plenty more people without theirs as well. Could we get an updated ETA on when this might be resolved?

We're still working through them, our estimation for last week assumed we didn't run into a mass amount of additional transactions made with the illegal gold, unfortunately we ran into a slew of them which delayed the process (as we try to remove as much gold as possible). We're aiming for the end of this week and we have staff working on and off hours trying to resolve it. We currently have about 600 more transactions to go through that were made by two offending users. That number will probably increase slightly as we suspect users spent some of that gold and we'll have to reverse those transactions as well.

I was affected by the whole reversal of the trades that's been going on lately... and my Kindred I got back from it should of been a level 50... but it's only a level 1... is this going to be fixed at all, because I've talked to other people and they have the same issue.

I've had some people PM me about this (PMs will be replied to once we get through the initial round of disables), but if you send us a PM with the level of the Kin, we'll credit you some ally 100% potions to compensate for the loss.

Send the person who sends you a PM about your trades being enabled a PM with the level of the Kins you had, they'll credit you Ally 100% Potions to compensate. Please keep in mind that while they may read your PM, it may take a bit to credit the Potions as we're working on restoring trades to users first.
We'll be doing some level of verification, but ultimately it's not the fault of the users who were affected by this and they shouldn't be punished by having their Kin reverted to level 1 (as we cannot grant a Kin at a certain level).

With much proof and many users who know what's going on why has nothing been done about the rampant cheating in runway?
Allowing mules is only making it worse. One account per person should be allowed to enter each contest, that's it! Also perhaps making it so that we cannot vote for ourselves, for example making it so that any entries coming from your IP cannot be seen for voting. This might at least cut down on the cheating! I know there are ways around this but many people don't know them or wouldn't' be willing to do that for a simple contest on Gaia.

We're still working on dealing with the cheating in Runway, unfortunately this isn't a fast process as there is a lot of validation involved to try and ensure we are getting the right users. We have ideas on what we can do to possibly curb the potential cheating, however we haven't made final decisions on what we can and cannot implement.

As we can see, again, with the most recent Mermaid theme, a single player with multiple mules managed to pretty much sweep the top 6 places (minus the one avatar that managed to beat them). What's being done on this situation, as well as the issue of self-voting?

We are investigating everyone that ends up winning a spot on Runway to ensure fair rulings, and putting extra notice on users who we believe might be cheating, however the process does take a while as we do have to manually validate a number of things. We have ideas about how we want to deal with self-voting, but currently have not made a decision on what we can and cannot implement.

You would. Anything that requires repixelling of any kind requires a Double Rainbow Ticket.

Can we get some new kinds of Rainbow Tickets, with reduced numbers of poses that can be recolored--e.g. a "baby rainbow ticket" that recolors a single pose (like the quartz stubs, but more than just hair), or a "mini rainbow ticket" that recolors 4-5 poses? It seems like it would help those of us who want to recolor items that don't have as many poses as a full rainbow ticket would.

The items released this summer have been mostly very dull in colour. There hasn't been much in the way of bright summery stuff! Can we hope to see some more of the summery schemes before fall? Citrus, Sour pickle, Sassy(or is it pink lemonade?) Other yellows, melon, fruiti, toxic+white, and other bright schemes?

I would argue that! The past few recolor rigs were very bright and vibrant. c:

So a while back we heard there is an actual Accuracy Stats for Kins, just that it's behind the scenes. My question is a two-parter, Is the Accuracy a flat value or based on Skill used, and if the former can the Accuracy Stat be made visible alongside the other stats? Maybe put it under Resistance since there's room.

Accuracy has a flat value, and for most kin it is very, very similar!

So myself and other users were left without our trading pass. My question is, while our trades were disabled, if we had bought rigs such as TV Dinners / Lunch Boxes with the intent to resell, while they were 12999/8999 gc respectively, and since we were unable to do any trades, we were forced to wait out the clock until we got our passes back, but in the meantime, these particular rigs went on sale for much lower prices, thus dropping their values in MP.
This is beyond not fair, because the incident regarding our passes wasn't our fault, all we did was sell on the marketplace. How can I go about talking to someone about this in greater detail? Do I file a ticket or contact a particular individual?

Contact the person who enabled your trades and we'll see what we can do. Keep in mind that we more than likely will not be replying back to your PM immediately as we work through enabling the rest of the users, then we'll be getting back to your individual issues.

This was all fine and dandy when Flynn was semi regular, but now with activity from her having trickled to a standstill, will we see this items released/allocated elsewhere?

There have been many people bring up the issue of cheating / botting and as of late nothing really happening to prevent such things. (as far as most users know)
I think a report button may help fix some of the issues. (And I dont see it being abused anymore then it was back in the Arenas )

A report button directly on the page? No plans to at the moment, but it's something we want to explore. Right now you can use the Help Center under 'Gaia Events"

I submitted my stub email (though I've not gotten a reply) and I was wondering if it is possible to request that certain artists work on the item or rather certain artists NOT be the one to work on it? There is an artist who dislikes me and I have fear (with good reason) that they would purposefully do a poor job on my item.

I can guarantee that every artist that is assigned to any project custom ticket will go about their project with completely unbiased behavior. Anything that an artist does for project customs is approved by the managers of project customs, so there would be no room for an artist to slight any community member, but none of our artists would do that anyway.
I would argue otherwise in this case. This particular artist has shown similar behaviour before and has harassed me in the form of tipping every single post I make that mentions them even slightly. Their behaviour towards me in the past has been nothing short of unprofessional and I'm not the only person to whom they have behaved in this manner.
If there is harassment on the forums, then you can address it the way you would address any harassment on the forums: report it. Our artists are all incredibly professional in going about their projects. And if they are not it is handled by their manager.

Other features get disabled when people exploit them like Switchem was take down due to a gold exploit and zOMG! was taken down because of a security exploit. You have also taken other features down until they were able to be fixed like fishing and you also took slots down a long time ago to fix glitches. It's not fair that this feature remains open, until you're able to go through all the proof and put in a fix to stop cheaters it should be taken down especially since cheaters are making it impossible to win any good prizes.

It's an idea that's been passed around, my personal opinion (does not reflect what everyone thinks or what direction we'll go) on the matter is that the issue with Runway is not necessarily an exploit, but more that it's possible there are bots being used. Many of our games have had some sort of bot developed in the past, dealing with that means having to find a way to identify what is being done and stop it, but generally the games aren't shut down for botting.
With the other issues you mentioned, these are exploits that actually take full advantage of the game code and can't be stopped at all without taking the game down. Basically, bots can be stopped or mitigated, an exploit in the code of something needs to be addressed entirely and unless disabled, the problem will continue to grow out of control.
