Since the weather is usually pretty bleak in Lewis Town, most of the attractions that the place has to offer are indoors. One such attraction is Blips and Chips, AKA the best arcade ever. There are dozens of fun and engaging games to play here, and it serves as a great refuge for those trying to avoid the rain. The owner here, Jenna, actually knows a lot about Pokémon battling as well, and is always happy to show travelling trainers a thing or two about battling in exchange for some Bottle Caps. [Jenna is an NPC that your character can interact with and control. You may have your Pokémon learn a new technique for every Bottle Cap you bring her. Golden Bottle Caps are worth three lessons. They can be found in the ruins of Old Marvel, as well as the Nix City Junkyard. Jenna will also give you special battle items if you use her services enough, in recognition of your hard work. If you train with her three times, she will give you an Air Balloon for your Pokémon. Train with her six times for a Ring Target and finally, nine times for a Life Orb. Once you have trained with her ten times, Jenna will give you a rare Beldum for your party.]
