Hyperborea wanted to make good on a promise she had made a few months ago. She had promised to introduce Thraen to Camelot but things had kept coming up and so she kept putting it off. She just hoped they were both free tonight.

She contacted Camelot. "Salut Camelot, would it be alright if I brought a senshi to meet you and ask some questions. He wanted to talk to a royal knight." Once she had Camelot's ok she promised to meet him at the library.

Next she called up Thraen. "Bonsoir Thraen, I'm sorry it's taken so long but if you still want to meet Camelot I can introduce you." She let him know to meet her at the library.

After letting Winterlynn know what she was doing she headed out to meet up with the royal knight and the eternal senshi.

Camelot was more than happy to meet with Hype and her friend, and agreed quickly to the request when he received it. He would be in his usual place, at the top of the library, waiting on the roof. it was the easiest place for anyone to find him, and he was not too worried about it being common knowledge. Not many were brave enough to come after a Royal Knight, after all.

He considered the library a safe place, and did his best to keep it that way.

After locking up the library and taking Dogby home for the evening, he returned to the roof, powered up and waiting patiently. Merlinite was downstairs somewhere, probably in his home under the library, but hopefully his aura would not put off the visitors. It was a twisted one, but the half-youma-general was a very good guy.

And he wouldn't be bothering them, likely about to head off for his own patrol anyway.

Years back, Sailor Thraen had sat up a tree for protection while thumbing through the early primer on a magical phone. Years back, he’d heard of a Royal Knight. Time trudged onward, and his own uniform changed. He finally met knights, of differing levels, but never the Royal Knight. It was like the moments of doubt in looking for Chronos on the Surrounding.

What did one say to a Royal Knight? He could not be so much different than Iris or Chronos- chiefly a person, with fears and joys like any of the rest of them. Someone who had holes in what they had found out, had experiences they’d learned from, people they trusted, enemies they wondered at missing. Camelot has been at this far longer than I have, whoever they are. I am glad for the chance to meet them. I wonder if they are glad to meet me? If they still care? Are they tired? Is this a trouble? Or do they still hope? Still have goals in this madness?

Other names, or faces, came to mind as he made his way to meet the bright young Hyperborea and Camelot: Athene and Maia both had worn Eternal Garb when he’d first met them, the senshi with ice-colored hair who’d teamed up well with him long, long ago at the strike in the carnival—thought paused at the very real feel of power. That must be Camelot.

It was as drowning, in it’s own way, as the Princesses and General Kings and Queens when they appeared. He quickened his pace and the library came into focus. Other auras did as well, a knight and a General? The first thought was trouble, so the Eternal approached the roof of the building with care. Prudence dictated use of voice, “Hyperborea? Camelot? ”

Hyperborea summoned Cerynitis to her side once she had left her house. Hoping on the white deer's back she urged her forward towards the library where she knew Camelot would be. Cerynitis moved as fast as the wind and Hyperborea appeared before the library in a matter of seconds. She felt Camelot's overwhelming aura wash over her, but she also felt a darker aura emitting from under the library.

Oh shoot Merlinite's here, I wish I had known I would have given Thraen a heads up. She thought to herself before shrugging. The senshi was probably on his way, she would just explain it when he got here.

She hopped onto the roof of the library and saw the Royal knight waiting. She hurried over to the knight throwing her arms around him in greeting. "Merci Camelot! Thank you for doing this." She said gratefully.

It didn't take her long to feel the approach of the eternal senshi's aura. "Thraen we're up here." She said leaning over the edge of the roof to wave him up. "Oh and don't worry about the General aura you're feeling, he's a friend."

Once he was up on the roof she began introductions. "Camelot this is Eternal Sailor Thraen, senshi of Gardens." She said motioning to the senshi. "And Thraen this is Camelot, Royal Knight of the Earth." She said motioning to the knight.

Camelot smiled warmly at the duo as they approached, nodding his head in a gracious bow of greeting at the introductions. He knew Hype, of course, but the senshi was new to him. He offered his hand to Thraen, looking as friendly as the librarian he played in his day job.

"Good evening, Thraen! It's a pleasure to meet you. As she said, yes, I am Camelot."

He was sure Merlinite probably had the new face on edge, but the twisted aura below started to move, and soon enough was off and wandering toward another part of the city. It vanished from range of their feeling, as Merlinite took the hint from all the White Moon auras that he probably wanted to be elsewhere tonight.

The Royal Knight put his hands behind his back once they were properly introduced, tilting his head thoughtfully.

"I understand you wanted to speak with me? Is there something I can help you with? Either of you, of course." That was, after all, why he was there. In a general sense, he felt his priority duty was to aid those who needed him, and teach anyone seeking information everything he knew to help them grow stronger.

'Don't worry about the General aura you're feeling, he's a friend'
Even in the most fevered, heartsick moments of his short relationship he had never made such a misstep. Less now, having had talks with the man before his eventual death, as they tried to determine something closer of the nature of Chaos and of Metallia itself. Friend or not had no bearing on the compulsions. 'Don't worry' was the worst of advice, given casually, and given in seriousness spoke to the level of willful ignorance and damaging naivete that any of them could carry around. The darkened eyes our last meeting spoke differently, Hyperborea. What is this? What is your game? Or Camelots? Who's will is in this?

He came up, but cautioned now of both the knights. They were dangerous. He schooled his own bearing impassive and neutral. Camelot's armor was as impressive to seen worn as was non-sequitur the offered handshake. "It is my honor, sir, to make your acquaintance. And my thanks all the more to Hyperborea of Cosmos for her grace in introducing us."

Does our image of age change at any time with the masks of magic in difference to our true bearings?

"I seek learning, ever, of the state we all find ourselves in. I've known few knights, and had leisure to speak with them even less. What you are, how you are, the specifics of your order...what you know about all of this. " Thraen hoped the plural and indefinite you came across. "If there was a standard lesson you had for young knights, and were willing to impart that, I would be in your debt. Or I could ask specific questions...Questions come easily..."

A glance at Hyperborea to indicate all the more her help, "Hyperborea has been invaluable in some initial stumblings about what the order of knights is. "

I cannot quite nail down a culture, make, century to the armor. Pieces here and there of others in museums gathering dust. Roman leathers with the likes of 17th century wedge riveted mail.

"Forgive my impertinence, but age and silver tarnish at the burnish of you hair and cheek. Have you been long in this, this struggle against the Negaverse and the Dark Mirror, and how long? "

Hyperborea trusted Camelot more than anything else, the man had saved her life on more than one occasion and he was the best of the knights. So if he trusted Merlinite she did as well and even if Merlinite or some other general attacked she wasn't worried. She was a knight, Thraen was an eternal, and Camelot was a royal so as far as she was concerned there was little if anything that could threaten the group.

Hyperborea nodded her head at the senshi and bowed her head a little at his thanks. She made her way over the the edge of the roof and took a seat.

"You're too kind, I have simply shared what I have learned over my time as a knight." She said with a blush waving off his praise.
