Magical Items:
Suppressor:
- Concealed beneath the exterior pretense of being a pale, silver-tinted, crescent hairband; the object is in-truth, anything but far from the case. A magically enhanced suppressor set to drastically restrain its' wearer's aura until there's nothing left of it to be traced- whether through regular means, or magical. Indicating that, the wielder may casually traverse any a location without worry of being trailed due to a potential- distinguishable aura.
Weapons:
Lance:
- A standard lance enhanced through magic to endure by far greater resistance than that of the common weaponry. Made more durable, this lance can withhold an incredible amount of damage without suffering any durability. Sides its enhanced structure, this lance may too, serve as a catalyst, allowing its wielder to both utilize magical, as-well as physical feats through the use of its construct.
Runic Sword:
- A slender, double-edged longsword made from a fine, refined material consisting of an unnatural lithe weight and magical qualities. Carved with runic marks of an unknown origin; the sword's main purpose resides within its' usage as a catalyst capable of absorbing, and reflecting certain types, and quantities of magic otherwise channeled towards itself, or its wielder.
By receiving its' wielder's magic, the sword can-- amongst others; utilize an amnesia-like effect to those struck by the altered magic, which will form like a second layer of skin around the sword's edge. Once active with said ability- the blade may no longer cause physical injuries for as-long as the spell's duration's lasts, those struck by it will almost instantly lose all recollection of the wielder- no matter how old the memories, or how strong the bond.
Its' second-hand nature is that of a regular sword capable of physical astute.

- Background Information -
Personality:
- A soft-spoken, stoic individual with an evocative yearning for peace. A child of the noble blood of Nephele; Themis stands forth, a surprisingly modest, yet simultaneously straight-forward woman with a nihilistic view upon the world implemented from an antiquated view of perspective. Unable to look past the inherited believes based off of a white-and-black definition of apparent truth; Themis subconsciously wishes for a harmonious relation of amity between the planet and its' children, though has long since grown to the cold, harsh realization of truth, the inevitable fact that mankind will never be at peace; whether with themselves or the external world, like a cancer that will tear both life and planet asunder. Unable to overlook- to ignore the recollection of memories emerging from the depths of her unstable, inborn source of vitality, of magic; Themis is but evidentially at constant mercy to her own rampaging memories, the reminiscence which has taught her the abhorrent truth of the world, opened her eyes for that which is mankind's sin. With the hereditary ambition of integrity, of a moral obligation to act on the behalf of those victimized; the woman stands as a guardian, an observer to memorize the unforgivable, to imprint the lasting scar of accursed animosity upon her very soul until the day arrives when she may finally conduct her acts of divine rectification.
Background/Biography:
- The absolutism of the Nepehels; an antiquated bloodline that has remained throughout the pages of history- reaching as far back as mankind's recollection goes. A dynasty who's position of glory has always resided amongst the upper-class citizens, but more specifically; alongside the law and the concept of 'justice'- regardless of whether their conception of the term goes along- or strikes against the common norm made by man.
The household of Nephele is notorious for their justiciars; men, and women methodically chosen to uphold the balance of good, and reinforce justice were needed be. Due to their selfless ways, the Nepheles have always been held in high-regards, and are usually well-treated amongst both common-folk, and upper-class citizens alike. Acknowledged for their efforts made to ensure the safety of others; the Nepheles have in more-times than just one been called upon onto the far corners of the world to provide their guidance were needed be. With all of their children forced onto the path of retribution, it is through the tribulations that is their blood- that the offspring of this antiquated household may either pursue the path of righteousness, or become exiled without any means of return.
Born with the congenital symbol of antiquated superiority, of the noble, much too rare magical blood surging throughout her veins; it became decided upon the very hour of her creation's unfolding that the infant had been chosen to claim the mantle of leadership upon the day she would come of age.
Governed by an absolutism of old, the child- alongside any an other offspring located throughout the dynasty's halls, were cautiously groomed under the ideals of their kin', the rules of their views, and the principles in which they lived by. Themis too, was no exception to the teachings taught, yet, due to the constant progression of internal, magical growth- the girl required but furthermore time than her cousins to comprehend the words conveyed. A diligent girl eager to be taught; Themis proved a goodhearted, just child, an adolescence who's point of view exceeded that of children most, putting her nearly on the same grounds as an adult and because of this, Themis held no friends due to her inability to comprehend simplistic matters such as trivial talk and play. Content with reading her books, studying others- whether family or strangers, and partaking in silent observations; the girl proved swiftly to hold all of the unfortunate traits often found in the wielders of “Ethereal Magic”, a matter which would make life both difficult and lonely for the girl who's attunement with the world stood significantly stronger than most's.
With a younger brother by her side, the differences which set a regular child and the possessor of “Ethereal Magic” apart became more, and more prominent as the days went by, and though their relationship became severely strained at times, it would nevertheless serve through an inseparable, family relation of blood that they; no matter the hardship, no matter the struggle- would always make ends meet in peace.
Caring greatly for her younger brother to the point of assumed love- it came as a much too painful surprise to her elders when Themis one day declared a desire to become an actual mage. Angered, they could not- nor did they desire to understand their daughter's wish.
Themis herself had never desired the role of heir, the much too heavy burden of leadership- her brother however, did. Upon learning of his sister inevitable fate, the boy became mad. Angry with her, the two had fought, though upon acknowledging his wish, the much too sincere desire to become someone of public importance; Themis saw no fault in her decision to come, there she consciously and fully aware of the consequences- broke the laws of their family.
Unwilling to give-up on Themis that easily, however, her elders saw fit to provide the girl with a harsh moment of truth in hopes of making her change her mind. Under the feign illusion of compliance, her parents 'agreed' to the girl's wish- on the condition that they could make the travel with her.
Upon having reached their journey's goal, the elders left Themis under the protection of an allied household, from who's house she'd linger for the next decade to come. While residing within their estate, Themis was allowed a moment's rest from her inescapable fate. Allowed to pursue knowledge as she saw fit; Themis spent a vast majority of her time in the local libraries in an attempt to expand her knowledge on the enigma which was magic. One day while visiting the library as she always would; the heir was approached. Curious about the blonde whom visited each and every day, reading the same books over and over; Noel Alluvia; an aspiring magic researcher, could no longer sustain her curiosity and through a friendly disposition, she approached the foreign woman.
Though Noel Alluvia was surely to have noticed how socially distant the blonde was- such did seemingly not halt her from making relations with the heir, whom, in due-time, came to view the curious apprentice as her one and solemn friend.
Together with Noel, Themis came to explore the world, view it- and even comprehend it from a perspective in which her eyes had never once perceived. Though her interactions were heartfelt, trivial- the sorts of interactions one views between the daily acquainted; Themis had never once however, experienced it, and through Noel; Themis came to grasp the importance of love, of friendship.
At some point; Themis ventured home to Veronica to honor the death of her grandfather, in her absence; Noel made friends with someone new, a man whom in-time, would come to earn Themis' respect, her friendship, admiration and even trust.
The trio held each-other close; many a good days, evenings and even nights were spent residing in each-others company, and Themis, for perhaps the very first time in her life, came to feel that she belonged somewhere- that she too, had but a place to return to- to call home. These fragile, yet yearned-for memories will always be tenderly locked within her heart, sealed away so that it may remain untouched by the sullied hands to come; the hands of despair, of grief and animosity.
Though a Saint, second only to Zael; Themis had refrained from accompanying the mage upon a quest which would either result in his victor or his death. Believing that she would but only get in the way- Themis remained behind; keeping a longing Noel with company for however long it would require of her beloved husband-to-be, to return home. Adamant as she were- Noel's faith surpassed even that of Themis' at this point, for the saint held but more worry within her heart than the awaiting lover ever did; Noel's resolve was an even greater source of comfort for Themis, than what Themis deemed her presence to be for the likes of Noel.
In the end Zael did return, yet his homecoming brought no joy, only an unfathomable amount of despair.
Manipulated, and without bodily control; Zael had succumbed, brought into a state of uncontrollable frenzy by the very mage he had sworn but to kill. Forced to oppose him, a reluctant Themis fought valiantly, vigorously in a desperate attempt to subdue the mage but in-vain. Their once presumed, endless battle ceased almost instantaneously after Zael had successfully sent Themis hurling through several structures- rendering her immobilized long enough for Noel to spring into action. Though she never knew what exactly happened between the two; Themis reemerged only to witness the impaled vessel of Noel.
Though repeatedly exclaimed to have had no play in Noel's death, no sin to feel guilty of; Themis kept herself nevertheless responsible for Noel's outmost tragic demise, and subsequently; she abandoned her position as Saint as a result of her own, self-proclaimed failure.
An extended period of time came and passed, Themis had lingered behind to mourn the passing of her dearest friend- and to provide support to Zael, whom had endured the calamity as a result of Noel's sacrifice. In due-time, however, Themis became enforced to leave anew, called upon by her very brother; it would in due-time show that her parents had passed away. With the former head of the household now dead, it became through tradition that a reluctant Themis had to venture home to Veronica in-order to proclaim the mantle of leadership, of the revered title of “Justiciar”.

Additional/Other Information:
- Themis means; “Divine Law”, a reflectance of her original, birthright's role as a revered member, and future head of the Nephele dynasty.
- Themis is the first, and only Nephele in hundreds of years to hold the overt signs of the Ethereal Magic's awakened state.
- The markings embedded upon Themis' neck and spine serves as an evidential proclaim; a congenital trait inherited -only- to those of the antiquated 'Nephele-bloodline', to have inherited the Nephele dynasty's one-of-a-kind, renown magic; “Ethereal Magic”.
- Themis resigned from her position as the 2nd Wizard Saint not long after having received the entitlement in-order to pursue her birthright's role as The Justiciar of the Nephele dynasty.
- Themis was originally chosen as the 12th head of the Nephele household due to the rare occurrence of the Nephele's elusive magic. Branded by its sign of possession, Themis was by birth the right heir.
The “12th” indicating that only eleven more before her- in the entire span of the Nephele's dynasty's antiquated history has shown to openly possess this congenital, yet in-most cases; latent magic.
- Wielders of the “Ethereal Magic” has always been individuals who's worldly perspective of view has differentiated from- what at the time, has been considered the common norm. Themis is no exception to this.
- Wielders of the “Ethereal Magic” has shown to harbor a more distinctive perception of the world based off of a white-and-black definition of assumed truth. Their believes are often governed by a peculiar, uncontrollable thought process which often depicts them as being simple-minded, or naive.
- Due to her congenital gift of Ethereal Magic, Themis too- acquired but the flickering memories connected to them. This is the unknown, number-one perpetrator for each and every wielder's lack of social, and emotional connection to the world which surrounds them. The memories are absorbed from each, and every wielder which has once possessed the magic, and will immediately become apart of the new-user's subconsciousness upon having the dormant, inherited mark engraved. Due to the excessive of each victim's emotional, and potentially physical traumas; it becomes hard- if not next to impossible for the current bearer of these memories, of their combined knowledge to differ -their- past reality from the present. The gathering of information throughout the centuries has made many to believe that the wielders of Ethereal Magic are more attuned with the very earth itself, however, this is but a vague proclaim which can neither be fully confirmed nor denied.
- Though it has been repeatedly noted that Themis holds a strong means of approval, of attraction towards righteousness, one must always recall that this is Themis' definition of justice, and at such, may differ from the common norm.

-------- Creation Magic --------
Shadow Fiend:
- A shadowy, shapeless construct; Shadow Fiend is the most common of Themis' creations, and holds no breathtaking stats nor attributes. Their strength, speed, durability, agility, and intellect is all but considered average, and at such, makes them possible for even mages of a lesser rank than her own to defeat. Their main purpose serves that of being decoy- or to frighten potential, could-be foes with their ghastly appearances. With that being said; “Shadow Fiend” may too- serve for the basic offense.
Themis may summon up to six of these at once.
Lord's Blade:
- The Lord's Blade holds the physical appearance of a sultry, dual-wielding swordsman- a woman to be more exact; her appearance comparable to the likes of the sun; glistening, tranquil- and with an exotic look capable of rendering both women and men momentarily dazed long enough for her to deliver the finishing move.
The Lord's Blade serves as a high damage-dealing output, and does neither prevail in strength, nor defense- but rather agility and flexibility. Her swords consists of a magical substance, allowing them to inflict harm even upon magical wards, barriers and shields.
Seven Knights of Purgatory:
- As it's entitlement already proclaims, these are the Seven Knights of Purgatory; seven, individual creations- all with their own personal preferences and specialties in the aspects of combat. One prevail in swordsmanship, another with a bow and arrow, the third prefers a lance, whereof the fourth his ax, the fifth takes pride in his dual-wielding, whereof the sixth refers to poisons and the arts of subtlety and stealth, the seventh; a wielder of magic.
The Templar:
- The Templar stands forth, a towering structure clad in thick, heavy armor, though his immense shield speaks entirely of a different nature than what his appearance may suggest. The Templar serves no other role then as a defensive-means. With a magical shield by his side, The Templar may defend Themis' from both physical, as-well as ranged, and magical assaults for a limited amount of time, which otherwise may have proved hard- if not impossible for the female herself to avoid. With “The Templar” by her side, Themis may focus upon the aspects of offense- whereof the summon takes care of her defensive necessities.

-------- Ethereal Magic --------
Clairvoyance:
- An unstable, uncontrollable congenital spell inherited alongside the elusive magical classification of Ethereal. “Clairvoyance” will randomly activate as it sees fit- tapping instinctively into the wielder's eternano resources, to from thereon produce short-lived, minor glimpses of a potential future, whether just a mere couple of seconds ahead, or that of potential days, weeks, months- and in the most seldom of occasions; years.
Barrier:
- “Barrier”, as the name already implies, is a magical ability meant solely for the sake of defense. Wielders of this skill may summon forth magical barriers to defend themselves. The barrier comes in the shape of a sphere, and at such, will protect the wielder from all possible sides. Though not the most demanding of spells to conjure forth- it is regardless not without flaws. Sides its presence continuous demand of magic- the barrier may be shattered if a too immense, overpowering source of offense upholds its assaults upon its brilliant creations at a prolonged amount of time.
Voice of Command:
- The wielder congregates a profound amount of eternano within her vocal-cords, from which it becomes methodically altered to prevent potential damage to the wielder herself upon its' act of commencement. Upon being released; the eternano will erupt from the depths of the wielder's vocal-cords, progressing the open space in the form of air-vibrations. These air-vibrations, much like sound, can not be seen- but upon striking another being, the eternano will surge through the vessel's five sensory organs to attack the brain directly. If the wielder uttered a command to “sit” then the eternano will attempt as to manipulate the victim's command-center/motor-skills to reenact the command given, and at such, the victim will indeed sit.
Divine Atonement:
- The user extends an arm upwards, all of her five-fingers promptly spread-out as delicate orbs of a blinding white begins to manifest from each of her finger's tips- and even around the small of her hand, creating in-overall an approximate of fifteen spheres all-in-all. There are no rules in-terms of a potential pattern, direction, pace, or rhythm in which these orbs will strike; they may charge all at once, separate- or even rapidly approach one after another- the end-result is usually the same either-way, and that is a high-end damaging explosion made of pure, unrefined magic.
Divine Rectification:
- The wielder extends an arm forth into whichever direction the target is located, an illuminated sphere of a brilliant, blinding white will immediately proceed as to manifest within the center of her palm before it- without a second's warning; shoots forth. Harnessing the structure of a beam being continuously channeled from the midst of her palm; The wielder may consciously re-direct it's course by swaying her arm. The highly concentrated beam of magic holds devastating proportions enough to fully disintegrate whatever may come in it's path, and an eerily long range to go with it.
A Song of Pain and Suffering:
- Raw, unrefined eternano will hastily be channeled from throughout her vessel, and all the way up- and into her throat- gathering within the structure of her vocal-cords. Infiltrating this organ, the magic will manifest, altering the structure of her larynx, and the sound-weaves emitting from it to create calamitous air vibrations. These vibrations takes on the visible appearance of immense, glowing “rings” that will shoot forth upon utilization. Moderate damage to the cerebral cortex, and the brain in-general will occur when struck, and victims caught underneath this spell, will more-often then not lose their ability to stand, or even move- due to the repeated damage to the brain, which again affects one's nerve-system, and other bodily functions.

Personality:
