Weapon description: Lóng zhī Yì are steel fans that can transform into frisbees, both forms having sharp edges that slice with minimal pressure. One fan has a black paint base with a golden dragon and white flame design on it, the other being the negative with white, blue, and black respectively. When in disc form the sides stay together through magnetic pull. Jetta wears gauntlets that allow her to recall the fans to her arm safely after they have been thrown or, less commonly, dropped. This technology is similar to the gps and pin code system used in Beacon’s weapon lockers, however using powerful magnets to pull them back as opposed to rockets. This means that it only works within a smaller range.
Both fans have six dust slots (three on each side of the fan, with thicker end pieces to support the slots) where dust crystals can be inserted and taken out as needed. At any given time she uses two dust types, with crystals for the third type stored in a cartridge attached to her belt. The fans’ holsters are black cloth and white cloth with belt loops so they hang on either side of Jetta’s waist.

Semblance description: Jetta’s semblance amplifies her voice enough that it causes shockwaves that can travel up to 50 metres when she screams. Depending on how much aura she uses and the distance the target is from Jetta the shockwaves act in a range of simply knocking people over to chipping large boulders. In other words: the closer you are the more it will affect you.

Looks: Jetta has black hair in a fluffy, short bob style with bangs straight across her forehead. She is quite petite, being both short and thin, with very little muscle definition; thus she looks very non-threatening. Being a Fox Faunus she has soft, black, furry fox ears. She is never seen without her black cloak and the hood is frequently up. She usually wears large, warm sweaters that are not quite long enough to be considered dresses, faded black pants, and black combat boots. She always carries Lóng zhī Yì in cloth holsters that her belt loops through.
Personality: Jetta is a very quiet girl, she does not like socializing with large groups however she enjoys the company of her teammates. She doesn’t talk much, preferring to type her thoughts out on her scroll. Jetta is very self sufficient and independent. She is also very compassionate and is quick to take care of those around her, teammate or not. Jetta does not voice her opinions often, even through text, not wanting to get caught up in small feuds between those around her. However if either side tries to pull her in she will snap at both, smack sense into both parties (quite literally), and walk away.

Background Information
Born in Vale Jetta had a mostly wonderful childhood. Her mother left when she was 5 years old because she didn't want to be "stuck in one place for a decade while adventure is waiting." Jetta's father didn't know that she had overheard the conversation, but he still spent every spare minute he had with her to ensure she felt that she was loved. Fortunately at the time Jetta didn't understand what she'd heard, though she would figure it out in due time.
From a young age Jetta was a quiet girl, preferring to not say anything in social situations. Shen decided to sign Jetta up for acting classes but she never truly looked like she was enjoying them. However she always looked happy while singing and dancing, so once they had realized that acting wasn't for Jetta, she enrolled at a local dance studio and took private vocal lessons. In these lessons she would learn techniques and care practices that would come in handy later in her life. She has never stopped practicing and enjoys giving small performances for her teammates every now and then.
Jetta decided to enroll in combat school instead of pursuing a career in the arts after several years of internal conflict. She realized that while singing and dancing were passions of hers that they were more casual passions and that she didn't have the drive to continue them as careers. She thought of any career that could use the skills she had learned and soon realized that her agility would be useful in combat. After talking to Shen about it they came to an agreement that she would attend Signal as a trial and if after her years of training there she still wished to become a huntress then she could continue on to Beacon.
