Hux sat there on his bed in a pair of sleep pants watching his phone, excitement rising with each second that passed. One look around the room would show that he had been slowly making it feel like someones personal bedroom rather than a guest bedroom. A desk that was kept neat and a computer that was currently up and going through an anti-virus scan, a bookshelf teeming with books, clothes neatly put away whether they had to be hung or folded, pictures of family and a few of past friends, and little knickknacks all around that showed off personality.

However the tall man was not paying attention to the room and instead as before mentioned was staring at his phone as the last bit of the installing bar finally came to an end. With the program now installed he moved it to an appropriate folder before tapping on it to get it started. One quick log in with google had the loading screen showing up and Hux got a smile on his face while if he had been sitting at the edge of his bed rather then the middle he would have been swinging his legs like a little child.

Finally, finally the loading screen vanished and the intro appeared for him to read through, something he did so quickly, followed by a character design screen. He took his time to decide which outfit he would dress up his new avatar, but not terribly long seeing how he wanted to move on to the actual game itself. Once that was done and he pressed the button to continue his smile got wider because of one simple fact. He now had the choice between the three original starter Pokemon and they were just waiting for him to pick and tap the one he wanted.

Squirtle would be a nice choice as he could remember playing through Pokemon Red a few times with one. Bulbasaur was also a very good choice for the same reason. However he didn't have to debate long one which he would pick because there truly was only one true choice to be had. He tapped the Charmander waiting patiently for him and could help but bounce a bit on the bed as the virtual Pokemon appeared on the AR in front of him on the bed. "Hello my old friend." He said with a grin as he started to toss a Pokeball at the fire Pokemon.

When the ball's wiggling came to a stop and the popup showed that the Charmander was caught, as well as his score, Hux pumped his fist into the air and gave a soft "Yes!" in celebration. Once he was free of the popup and the Pokedex update screen he tapped the little pencil by the Charmander's name and entered a new nickname to reference his first ever Pokemon as a child, that being a Charmander just like the one he had just caught. When he was done with that he was left with his trainer standing 'on' a building by the road and a little bar in the lower right corner telling him there were Pokemon nearby. He got off the bed and quickly changed before heading out.

Alex had asked him to let him know when he was heading out while Powered but he was only going to walk around the block and had no intention of Powering up to Lieutenant Cuprite right now so it didn't cross his mind to let his cousin know. There were Pokemon to catch after all.
