well if memeory serves kage was more a samuri type looking person and was working for highland and yubar in 2

Well Kage and Watari's only relationship is that they both are ninjas. They're not even in the same clan. Although, ironically, Watari works for a clan called Kage and that group assisted Highland, just like Kage did. Something to thing about there.

Someone in S3 (I think it was Sasarai) states that Watari has the smae fighting technique or is similar (or something along those lines) to the Kage clan. It's never stated if they're related, but it's not impossible. We can only speculate, however. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHANO.

You might mean that ninja that always talked to Jowy. That was Kage from S1.
