Ally was out, as was the rest of the house - working or doing things no doubt. Miss Kitty rose and stretched, and began to move about her home, checking for Sandalwood or Zoomzoom before returning to Aly's room.
The mauvian used her tiny body to push the door closed, before moving to the ferret cage on the opposite wall, the two small animals focused on asking to be let out, and Miss Kitty settled, slowly and with no small difficulty forcing the cage open as she wished for opposable thumbs. After working, however, the door opened, and the pair of ferrets wiggled out, Miss Kitty jumping from the cage to watch as they began to run about the room. She smiled softly, and let them roam without meddling, knowing the act of mere play was enough. for them. She didn't get to be idle long, however, before one pounced her, and the albino gasped, flopping on her side helplessly as she feigned defeat, beaming at the ferret dancing a weasel war dance as it dooked victory.
They were such good little ones - so obedient, so sweet. The children Miss Kitty didn't have otherwise, and she rolled to her paws, moving to gently paw at the dancing ferret in play, the warmth on her face radiating, and below, the ferret all but beamed as her brother bound over, looking up.
Lucky and Marshall Dylan. Her little ones; her young just as oOrder was. If she could but awaken them, but no - no, they were simple creatures. Simple enough to be pets, but yet intelligent enough to learn - learn enough at least, and she beamed. Such different personalities. Dylan was quick, a judge of character, and smart - truly like Miss Kitty, and the feline took pride in her quiet strength. Lucky was far more sedate, preferring to remain on all fours but ensuring everyone was fed and loved - a caregiving cuddler in place of an active father. And to Miss Kitty, her perfect bundles of joy.
Miss Kitty flopped on her side, beaming at them as she pawed at them gently, inviting play before Marshall Dylan pounced her eagerly, and Miss Kitty began to gently play westle her, Lucky circling to watch silently. Miss Kitty stretched, and play-swat him, claws remaining velveted, and the male jumped in surprise, dancing again as Marshall Dyland took the moment to pounce Miss Kitty once more, the mauvian laughing before using both paws to pull her close, grooming at Marshall Dylan lovingly. The ferret settled, and lay down, Miss Kitty finally releasing her toi chase Lucky. Lucky was far more frisky, bolting away with a smile only a ferret had until Miss Kitty ruffed him, carrying him back before pinning him to groom, ignoring a face n** of protest as she continued to groom. A yawn escaped him thren, and he wiggled away, curled into a brown and silver ball - a mashup of Lucky and Marshall Dylan's bodies curled into a circle, and Miss Kitty swelled with pride.
Footsteps outside the room door earned an ear flick before the mauvian looked towards it, the voice of Ally swearing on the other side before the human entered, and closed the door behind her, eying her cat suspiciously. Minkar's awakening was still fresh in Ally's mind, but Miss Kitty merely gave her a smug look, tip of her tail twitching.
"I know you talk and don't let them out." Ally grumbled. Miss Kitty innocently cocked her head, mewling as Ally took the sleepy duo to return to their cage, and stretched, jumping down to rub against Ally's legs as the human sighed, shaking her head at her slowly.
"Brat."
