okay sooooo due to whatever reason i had to be taken off my birth control (like after 15 years of being on it) my blood pressure was turning to the high side and they say the estrogen was probably the problem
and after coming off of it .. the blood pressure thing was fixed.. but it has been almost a year and i am JUST starting to get a minimal spotting period (sorry if this is tmi) and all of a sudden i am getting the mood swings to go with it..
as many of you know i have mentioned before i am single and when the mood swings it .. it is all i can think about and i get all sad and lonely .. xp i am just needing to vent right now i go on rants in my head about how i will never be with anyone, how everyone has someone, how the only people who flirt and like me are forever miles away, and for some random reason why i am going to never get flowers sent to me at work gonk ...
PMS BLOWS emo

I had the same situation happen to me, only kind of the opposite way? They recommended I go ON birth control in order to regulate my periods, and I did that for about the last year or so, then realized that if I'm not trying to get pregnant (which I'm not), there really is no point in me regulating it. I just got my period out of the blue the other day and it has been months, what an awful feeling
gonk
Is it possible for you to go back to birth control or is this it?

Aww it sucks so bad crying If you're looking into birth control, ask your doctor about the ones with no estrogen? Like mini pills? Don't really know if that'll help but if you're looking for someone to vent to, I'd be happy to listen.

i went on it when i was like 15 or 16 because it was SOOO irregular .. i mean like have it 2 weeks.. then not for 2 .. have it for another 2 weeks.. and then not for 3 months.. etc etc.. vicious cycle lol i can but i have to decide what will be right for me i guess .. i am horrible at remembering to take the pill but if i can't have estrogen it may be my only option.. but i was considering implants

Implant or injection (DMPA injection every 12 weeks) would be good if you're not good with remembering to take the pills. It doesn't have estrogen so it wouldn't spike your BP but it can cause slight gain weight (which can be countered easily).
