Hobbies:Wine In, Dine Out! Ignacio loves a good glass of wine and a large plate of food in front of him wherever he eats. If he doesn't have any wine at home, he goes out an gets some and brings it back home for dinner. He simply cannot have his dinner without a nice glass of wine. Also, he likes to restaurant hop, and has every take out menu in town at his disposal. Is he craving pizza? Does he want some Japanese take out? Whatever he wants, you can be certain that he will go out, get it, and have a glass of wine with it, too.
Teacher By Day, Den Father By Night Ignacio loves to teach and finds great joy when he makes a break through with a troubled boy in his class. However, when the day is done and all the students have finished learning for the day, you'll find that Ignacio often spends time with groups of his students after school hours. It all started out with a study group, to be honest, but Ignacio grew close to a small handful of the boys and decided to form an after school group where he would not only help the boys study, but talk to them and hang out with them. The boys seem to appreciate their "Den Father", especially the boys who don't have a father to go home to. As for Ignacio, he thoroughly enjoys being with "his" group, and invites new students to join all the time.
Surveying The World Ignacio's a well traveled man, which is reasonable considering the fact that he teaches Foreign Languages, and likes to discuss his travels with his friends and students. However, when he's home in Destiny City, he likes to go for hikes and take long walks just about anywhere. He also likes to have a companion or two to spend his walks with, and often invites boys from his study group on a hike into the woods to get them away from the school for a little while. A good dose of fresh air goes a long way!
Virtues: Fatherly Ignacio's not just your everyday teacher. He appreciates every boy he meets and wants them to excel in all their classes, not just his. But when he finds a student, or a few considering his study group, that needs a little TLC in order to reach his true potential, he has no problem being his surrogate father and guardian until he can stand on his own. He treats each of his students as if they were his of flesh and blood, and doesn't take kindly to anyone who might try to hurt them. However, being 54, he won't tolerate total rebellion either. He's still your teacher, buddy!
Dependable Ignacio's a dependable man that, when given a task, you can be certain he can complete it easily and without help. You can also depend on him for advice and to help you find your lost cat. Just don't ask him to help you find your missing Spanish homework.
You can count on him to be there if you need help and you can count on him for a joke or two. You can also count on him to be disappointed when you haven't done your homework or when you've done something morally wrong. Either way, he'll still be happy to greet you in the hallway or out on a walk in the woods.
Good-Humored Ignacio likes to laugh and to make others around him laugh. Humor is a big part of his life and spreading the gift of laughter is something the makes him happy. The best thing about this is that he can take jokes against himself with a smile, but you'd better be prepared for a witty comeback, and it may not be in English.
Flaws: Flirtatious Ignacio can't help but try to woo every pretty woman he meets. While he won't be shallow or demeaning, he will delve into his pocket and read quotes from Romeo and Juliet until you gag. It wouldn't be wrong to say that "Romeo Rosales" has tried to charm every woman in Destiny City.
Immature Some say that age is just a number and you can grow up at any age, well, that would be true in Ignacio's case. Ignacio cannot pass up a good prank or silly stunt, and happens to be the first to run away when the damage is done. If his study group happens to get nabbed with the blame, he makes up for it by buying pizzas and throwing a party, because often more times than not, he was the one who came up with the idea in the first place.
Boastful Did you hear about Ignacio's new desk? His new car decal? Maybe his new shoes? Of course you have, he's probably gone on and on about it for days by now! Augh! Whenever Ignacio gets a new shiny something, he always find some way to insert a good round of gloating into his conversations. He doesn't care if he's already told you, either, he'll just change languages! Has he told you in Spanish? Yes? Okay, has he told you in French? No? Then you're going to hear him talk on and on about his new shoes in French!
