This house was originally owned by Chojiro and Mayuri Garasu, and this house was given as a gift to Yata Garasu for his early graduation of the DWMA. The deed is currently in Yata's name, and all of the payments for the house have been taken care of. This is his own personal playground.
However, there are a few rules for characters who wish to be here:
- 1: Please do not destroy or break anything.
2: If you are friends with Yata, then you can just walk into the house if the door is unlocked. However, strangers and people who he is not friends with must knock, please.
3: Don't try to 1-up Yata. This is his house, he is the boss.
Other than that, this is a place to relax and have some fun!

Outer Appearance

The First Floor
- Living Room
There are two living rooms in this house. One is located upstairs, and the other is located downstairs. This is the downstairs one! It is the biggest room in the house and where a lot of the exchanges between Yata and other characters will take place.

Kitchen
Yata's house comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. There are various ingredients for many dishes found within the fridge and cabinets, a wide variety of silverware and cookware, a functioning stove, a dishwasher (which, most of the time goes unused), and of course the sink.

Dining Room
This room isn't used all that much, except for special occasions or for larger gatherings.

Bathroom
The only issue that Yata has with this house is that there is only one bathroom, and it is located downstairs. There is both a bathtub and a shower separate from each other in this bathroom.

The Second Floor
- Upstairs Living Room
The second living room that this house has. This room is significantly smaller than the room downstairs, but it still is expansive enough to hold multiple people comfortably.

Master Bedroom
Yata's bedroom. Unless invited, or having known Yata for a fair amount of time, please stay out.

Guest Bedroom
This bedroom is used by those who stay overnight in this house with Yata's permission. The bed dressings are washed after the tenant has left, regardless of the amount of time they plan on staying. If someone sleeps in this bed one night with plans to stay a sequential night, the blankets, sheets, pillow cases, et cetera are all washed after just the first night. There is a reclining chair in the corner of a room for guests to use if they so please.

Music Room
This is Yata's music room. There is a piano in the corner, two guitars (one acoustic, one electric) on stands in an adjacent corner, and next to the guitars sits a violin case leaning against a wall. There is a stereo system wired up against the wall and another wall is lined with shelves stocked with various CD's and albums of varying genres that can range anywhere from classical music to modern day rap CD's. If you enter this room, be careful, please. Yata doesn't like having his instruments damaged. The center of the room is padded by a small circular rug surrounded by three low-rise chairs and a round, ebony coffee table at their center.
