Turn away from yesterday. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Cain had a few settling debts to look over but the idea to think about them was putting more pressure on his mind. He had no freedom from feeling calm and the drama that transpired earlier was no help either. He needed to relax and think more calmly. The best place he could think of to do such things was the inn that had it's own bar. He liked it here. The humans who surrounded this place were one to mind their own business and the barkeep would serve customers with respect. Can't argue with that. This is why he had such appreciation for a low-level species. For what they lack, makes up for creativity.
He sat down on one of the stools as he entered and ushered the bartender over where he ordered a few shots of scotch (personal favorite). He downed the first in an instance then the second was slow. The taste hit his tongue rather instantly but it had no effect on his mind. Guess that's the luxury of being a demon. Strong-will and all.
Cain pulled off his hat and sat it on the counter. His hair became exposed where it was rather flat due to being shielded for so long. He ruffled it up before moving his hand back down to the table. "Some peace at last." He thought while he downed the second shot then ordering some more. He requested for the bottle to be left with him since he didn't want to bother the male anymore until he had to pay up.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Tomorrow's in my eyes. OOC:

Dark, dark black green clouds formed over the city innocent bystanders, shoppers, humans stopped and stared up at the sky, many took photos, snapchat. Many, many people thought it was cool, they had never seen clouds such colours, almost as if it had come right out of a painting.
Thunder rumbled off in the distances letting the people below know that a storm was on the way, still very few took this as a warning and took cover. The rest went about their way, annoyed just a bit that a storm might be interrupting their life. Lighting flashed, struck the ground, splitting the earth open. Still no one seemed to care, Many still took pictures videos and more.
Rain, small pebbles of ice rain slowly fell from the dark rumbling sky, at first it seemed harmless but as the wind started to pick up the ice rain started to hurt, to become deadly. It ripped through skin, drawing blood and making a few people start to scatter to find shelter.
Lighting flashed faster now, as the wind and ice rain picked up speed. Bodies started hitting the ground, dead, lifeless eyes staring off into nothingness little holes of blood pooling out of their heads. Lighting hit buildings power lines, the ground. Sparking fires and causing the earth to shake and quake. Buildings blew up, transformers exploded causing fire to rain down.
Now people started to scream and panic and within that panic more lives would be lost.
All around the city the storm raged, people innocent and not dropped like flies, dead to the world.

ƬǶƎ ƑÅɱƎƊ ƜȉƬƆǶ ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ ███ Eliza roamed this new city, looking around at the buildings. Her heels filling the emptiness that filled the streets. She began to grow bored of this quiet. "It's too quiet. I thought this was a big angel demon spot. Seems to be quite the let down". She twirled the butterfly shaped lollipop in her mouth and continued making her way. Perhaps if she walked a bit, she'd hopefully find something. But, it became more disappointment the further she walked. That was until she laid her eyes on an inn. "Hmm.. It's worth a shot at least. Giving people a once over is worth a try too". She walked up to the inn and opened the door with her foot. Looking around, she saw a lot of interesting faces. But, two faces stuck out to her. A dark haired male and a long haired female. Raising an eyebrow, she walked up to the bar and sat down on one of the stools. She waved for the bartender as she crossed one leg over the other. He came over, wiping down a glass he had in his hands. With a smirk, she leaned over the bar. "Got anything strong?". He chuckled and nodded towards the dark haired male she saw earlier. Clearly pointing out that he had the bottle. She turned in her seat, pulling the lollipop out. "Care to share, cowboy?". She tilted her head to the side, waiting for him to answer. But by the looks of him, he didn't want company and wasn't in a good mood. ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
