Attire: Malita has always had a favoritism towards anything mimicking the rose. Reds and floral patterns with accented pastel and dark tones, dramatic flares with simple colors, vibrant center pieces that are complimented with generic accents. These are all different variations of her style. A majority of her closet consists of the colors red, pink, black, white, green, and grey.

Magic:
- ☆ Hedge Magic: In essence, any form of magic associated with out-of-body travels to communicate with spirits is hedge magic. It's considered one of the most effective forms of communication, considering it is easier to have a conversation using such a method. However, it can be considered straining on one's energy, and it leaves the body open to psychic attacks without the proper protection.
☆ Hearth Magic: The hearth is the heart of the home, and witches of the hearth ae considered the heart of their own homes. They often focus on more domesticated forms of magic, such as glamor spells, cooking enchantments, and protection charms. This is a very mundane form of witchcraft, often not seen as ineffective outside of one's home. However, enter the home of a hearth witch and expect their power to shine brightest there.
☆ Fae Magic: The fae are an enigmatic bunch, all with different intentions and specialties. Witches who work with the fae often work with a specific kind or individual fae. While they often struggle with losing small trinkets or giving constant offerings, they often hold an extra boost in magic both well-known to them and unfamiliar. They can sometimes find small gifts of their own, such as a prosperous garden or the ability to not get burnt from the stove.
☆ Kin Magic: Magic taught by family members is often seen as one of the strongest forms of magic possible. For one to learn of what potential magic brews within their very veins and identity, magic of any other form can come easily. However, with kin magic often comes a strict set of ethics often held by generations of older ways. Traditions and alliances with particular deities are often involved in this particular craft.

Personality: There are plenty of ways to describe this aspiring film student. A visionary, prodigy, polite, enigmatic. However, none of these quite fit Malita in her day to day life. For better or for worse, Malita is a relatively awkward person in public often smiling at strangers and tripping over sidewalk cracks. She's relatively optimistic and has a slight cute fiixation, which many of her fans find surprising considering the dark nature of her previous works. She's considered silly in her friend groups, often making random jokes at the expense of herself. Down to earth, unafraid of humility, and always there to back her friends up in their time of need. Internally, though, there's a lot going on in her mind. Always thinking of new ideas, contemplating perspectives, organizing her life accordingly. A majority of her time is actually spent staring out windows thinking.
Biography: Being a member of the first American born generation of her family, Malita grew up in a trilingual household. English, Spanish, and Portuguese were her first three languages, though she doesn't recall what came first. She grew up with an older brother Alejandro and four younger siblings--three female and one male. It was a bustling house always full of primos, tias, y abuelitas. Of all of her siblings, Malita was always a little more out there. She always whispered to unknown shadows in the night, giggled in abandoned gardens, and found comfort in graveyards. Her Abuela Francesca doted on her as a kid, convinced that she was just like her bisabuela Edula--whom she was named after--who died shortly before Malita was born. Francesca was a bruja of the sorts who focused on household remedies and healing to protect her family. he raised her granddaughter to learn about her ways, mostly because no one else in the family was interested in learning.
Magic aside, Malita quickly grew an interest in two things: culture and movies. Foreign and unknown cultures always intrigued her, and she was raised learning part of a culture long forgotten. In high school, Mali took up college night classes for sociology, learning about the Kogi and Yanamamo people often unknown to society for their struggles. One of her favorite parts of her sociology classes were the documentaries and how they managed to how these cultures for what they were. Along with a natural-born love for art and film appreciation, it was no surprise to her family when Malita announced that she wanted to be a documentary filmmaker.
She started off small with her ambitions, using the camera on her phone to film about the culture of her Latinx-oriented neighborhood. The teachings of the old who came directly from Mexico, the adults who struggle being the first American born generation, and the children who are naïve in their ways of understanding their roots all while being masters of adaptation. Her first project became a feature length film that was proudly nominated for several prominous awards. Malita went on to try something more fictitious, an ARG (Alternate Reality Game). On YouTube, she made an audience-interactive series on a channel known as DriftenAsh, about a girl named Ash who films about her mysterious stalker who nobody believes exists. It became a highly-acclaimed series that lasted until her 21st birthday, when she finally ended the series with Ash's admission into a psychiatric hospital after seeing her stalker face to face for the first time, leaving it up to the viewer if he was a figment of her imagination or not. With the end of the series and her community college completed, it came to Malita's surprise when she was given a letter from an unknown Barton University giving her a full ride scholarship. Seeing it as a new opportunity for adventure, Mali packed her bags and moved to Asher.
Other: She worships Santa Muerte, a deity known for protecting misfits and LGBT+ community members.
