Normally I hang out with my family. My town has a neat little parade and fire works.
But this year I'm away from them and am doing n o t h i n g.

Yeah I haven't celebrated July 4th with my family in years. On Saturday I went with my ex and his dad/family friends (not weird, just sounds bad) to their traditional symphony orchestra on the prairie while they shoot off fireworks. It's actually really fun, I got nachos and frosted almonds this year.
Otherwise, I usually work on the day of holidays, so I tend to celebrate around the actual date. This year is a strange exception... though I'm still not celebrating the day-of

We went and saw fireworks tonight... Would have been awesome except that we got stuck trying to leave for over an hour. Then some lady decided to yell at me because the person in front of me was yelling. Like I somehow control over people?XD
People suck so so much.

it is usually a kick back day - maybe a picnic.. this year i went to my aunt's at the shore (no beach but i got in the pool each day)
