He was out on his own, which made a change, usually he was accompanied by his 'nanny' his klipspringer friend had decided to stay home which meant he could, pretty much, do as he pleased. Problem was, when he was on his own it was perfectly boring. He was old enough really to know better but young enough to still be foolish so ultimately he decided he should be the bunny.
His favourite mortal form, the hare, being a hare was great, you basically weighed nothing and could run faster than the wind. He liked running faster than the wind, he loved racing the wind and when the thought took him he could be a mad March hare letting his instincts bounce him across the Savannah with no thoughts in his head except the joy of moving.

 The golden lioness was hunting, looking for a kill she could drag back to the pride to feed a few mouths. Looking for anything at this point big or small when she had seen the bunny. Little did she know the bunny was a god as she decided to stalk the creature for a time, carefully staying down wind. A lively creature as she watched him bounce around.
She gave it time before she started her prowl that inevitably turned into a run to try and catch the tiny creature between her paws. It wouldn't be much to bring back to the pride but any cubs could have the small bunny. Although if she didn't kill it for food she could bring it back as a familiar.

The small hare pulled to a stop and slipped between the lionesses paws. He chuckled brightly and skipped away. "You're a pretty good hunter miss gold but I'v never been caught by a predator yet." He smiles twitching his long ears and skipping backwards on his back laws his fore paws raised, he punches at the sky grinning madly.
He pauses for a moment resting on his bunny behind. "I'm not for eatin' dudette. I can show you a great patch of grass to nibble though"

The golden huntress looked at the small bunny who had avoided her with and ease that made her question her hunting prowess. She remembered as a cub she was so amazing and even now she was still good at hunting but this small creature...
"I don't eat grass. I eat meat. Although if I'm not hunting you, I could ask you to be my companion. Or I can bring you back to my pride and you can be a companion for one of the cubs who may be around. It'd make them happy."
She had a soft spot for smaller creatures, especially ones that outsmarted her.

Ghandi chuckles "as fun as that sounds, I have family that need me." He smiles a light hearted smile. A glimmer of realisation crosses his eyes suddenly and he starts to laugh "wait, you think i'm a hare! Duddeee, that hilarious!" He beams.
The soft brown hare bows deeply a paw on his belly. "My name is Ghandi, God of pacifism." His long ears twitch as he watches the lioness, wondering if she would believe him while he was in this form. Hopefully she wouldn't be offended or try to eat him again. He really didn't enjoy it when predators tried to eat him.

Well then, he was already someone's familiar it seemed. Wouldn't be right taking him away from that family by either taking him home or eating him. However when he said that she thought he was a hare the huntress looked at him dumbfoundly. Then again when he claimed to be the God of Pacifism. Which she didn't really believe. Not that she knew much about any of the gods or goddesses.
"I um... I don't really believe you." Ayodele stated as she sat on her haunches staring at the small creature before her who claimed wild things. "I see a hare who believes that he is more than what he is. Until I have proof I am inclined to leave it as it is."

"Believing is seeing you know?" He smiled in a jovial manner, he was hardly an old God, in fact in comparison to many he was very young and thus did make him a bit silly, plus he always found keeping a good sense of humour always helped him keep the peace. Pacifism wasn't only his domain, it was his life's work. He was here to spread it.
"I suppose it's only fair for me to show you, it's really not very nice of me to tease." The little hare blurred for a moment and with an unfurling of double wings a very large male lion sat in his place. "I like being a hare when the wind is wild, it's fun to be mad."

She was about to correct him on the quote since she was sure he was saying it wrong but when a lion ended up taking the hare's place well she was more than floored. She had just tried to hunt a God! Oh boy that probably wasn't going to reflect well for her at all.
"Alright, now I believe you. Sorry again for trying to eat or take you back. I um.. I don't know what to do in this situation now." It was certainly mad now. Although he was gorgeous in his God form. Those wings mesmerized her.

The young god smiled a wide friendly grin. "Don't worry about it dudette, happens all the time, you know my father, he looks after all of the prey of the world and even he knows a lions gotta eat."
He tilts his head his floppy ears twitching just as much as they did in his hare firm. One of the many reasons he liked being a hare was because his ears were awesome in that form they could hear for miles, in comparison his floppy lion ears couldn't hear nearly as far.
"I'm not angry so you don't need to look so worried. I'm a pacifist." He winks.

Oh thank goodness the God wasn't angry. Though after hearing he was the God of Pacifism, well it made total sense that he wouldn't be. This would make for a great story to tell her family and eventually if she had cubs them as well. Her face was still of shock and awe from what had just transpired before her. Happens all the time. She wondered how many times he had actually gone through this scenario. At least he was a God!
"You are my first God that I have met. I am honored to have even come across you even if it was under somewhat bad circumstances. It would be cool to meet your father too one day." Ayo wondered if his father also chose a prey form or maybe that was just him. "Oh um, sorry to be so rude. I'm Ayodele." Bowing her head to the great male.Syrius Lionwing We could probably finish this up soon. biggrin

Ghandi smiled "if you ever see a klipspringer I wouldn't hunt it." He chuckles lightly, his father enjoyed being a klipspringer. He spread his double wings and rolled his shoulders.
"I should go, my extended family will be wondering where I am." He shakes his head, Faline would be wondering where he was, she was such a worry wart, he had done enough exploring for one day. Spreading his wings he jumps in to the sky opening up his dazzling wings and heading back towards home.

"Duly noted." She replied, making a mental note about the klipspringer. She would also remember Ghandi and his hare form. Did not want to have to go through that whole thing again. Although if someone else tried she might watch them fail since he was so fast before saying something to them. When the God said that he needed to go she gave a bow to him. Bidding him adieu before deciding to head back home herself. She needed to share this news with someone. Find her father and mother and let them know, they'd enjoy the story from her. She'd met a God!
