 Kirigakure is the Hidden Village of the Land of Water. As a village of one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Kiri has a Kage as its leader known as the Mizukage. The village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it diffcult to find by foreigners.
The architecture is composed of several cylindrical buildings, with the Mizukage's Tower being the widest and largest. The building have vegetation growing on their roofs, giving shade (although it is not needed as the village states covered in mist but is great on days when the mist breaks) and fruits as well as herbal resources.
The standard attire for the Kiri citizens revolves around a pinstriped material which the shinboi wear as bracers and greaves which merge into their sandals. Underneath there is a full-black shirt and pants over which they wear the village's standard grey flak jackets. Almost all those within the village have had some training and are always ready for war as they have been victims of missing-nin. The village have a specialized team of ANBU called hunter-nin who are tasked with eliminating the defectors. These ANBU members can be suspicious of anyone within the village and have caused a stir in the village that citizens now take precautions to be secure.

General Laws
• Keeping up activity is expected and if you do not post in the Hiatus thread or let the Kage know via PM, you will be skipped after three days. If you let the Kage know or post in the thread, then you will be given the opportunity when you do return to post within three days of your return date. If you start to have slow progress in posting due to school, please notify the Kage or post in the Hiatus thread. Even posting in the OOC chat for Kiri is good enough for slow progress posting. Failure to do any of this will result in being skipped and if you are in battle, having an attack hit which you or the person roleplaying with you will have to roleplay.
• There will be regular activity checks. Failure to respond to the activity check will make you unable to post in the village.
• You must turn in a mission to the Mission Board by quoting the Mizukage or meeting with the Mizukage at his/her Tower. You may turn in to Hachiryu, but it would then be the responsibility of the Hachiryu to let the Kage know. Upon turn in, you will earn Ryo for your compensation to be used to purchase more equipment.
Rank Rules
Genin
• Genin cannot leave the village unless accompanied by your squad leader, someone of Jounin rank or higher, or permission from the Kage.
• All missions above D-rank must be given by permission of the Mizukage or your squad leader.
• You must enter into the Chuunin exams to show you are capable of following orders or any other additional conditions presented by the Mizukage.
Chuunin
• Chuunin have the ability to leave the village with the permission of the Mizukage or your squad leader.
• All missions above C-rank must be given to you by the Mizukage or your squad leader.
• To become a Jounin requires proving yourself and a final test will be administered by the Mizukage or an appointed person.
Jounin
• Jounin are free to leave without permission, but are required to notify someone of the ANBU, Jounin standby stations, the Mizukage, or the Hachiryu.
• Jounin are required to teach Genin or Chuunin.
• All missions above B-rank must be given to you by the Mizukage or your squad leader.
ANBU
• ANBU are not allowed to take their masks off outside of Kirigakure and each of them must represent some sort of animal.
• There may be ANBU specific missions which will be required to be received from the Mizukage.
• They serve as the Mizukage's and the village's security and are free to wander outside to gather information and report to the Mizukage.

Information: Meet up with your team, introduce yourself, and start up training or set a meeting time for training.
Solo or Squad: Squad
Minimum Posts: 1
Earnings: 250 Ryo
Note: Must complete within a week of being assigned to a squad.
Title: Collecting Herbs
Rank: D
Information: Go around the village and collect (3) herbs for a local medicine woman. Return them to the mission board and the herbs will be delivered to the medicine woman.
Solo or Squad: Solo
Minimum Posts: 3
Earnings: 200

Title: Calming Spirits
Rank: B
Information: Travel to the Forbidden Island and meet your squad just outside the temple. There are a few groups of shrines which has a few stone grave markers which are markings for many highly ranked members of Kirigakure. You are given the task of giving each marking (3 per person) a bunch of flowers and added bonus if you find out about what each person who is buried is fond of in giving an offering.
Solo or Squad: Squad
Minimum Posts: 3 at the temple
Earnings: 1250
