How to win?

This is a short and simple name contest/Free raffle for newbies and newbies only.
That means someone with no Elykosi what so ever.
All you need to do is fill out the form below and post it in this thread.
When the contest is over, KohaIDGAF and myself will narrow it down to the top two entries we like best and RNG from the two to see who wins the boy.
