Do you get them done professionally or like to do them yourself?
What color should i paint mine... i cant decide ><

Did you guys know they make scented polish? And a KFC flavored kind?
also... spray on polish... how crazy is that?!

And a KFC flavored kind? also... spray on polish... how crazy is that?! i need the gel polish due to the fact that i am working on the keyboard all day long and my nails break and chip before i used to paint my own or have a friend/mom paint them for me i like the color changing nail polish cool

I usually paint my own. On special occasions, I have others paint them. PURPLE!!! I paint my own because I pick it off when I'm anxious. Lol I haven't done purple in a while

Personally, I own too much nail polish (40+ bottles) and subscribe to a bundle of nail artist tutorial videos on YouTube. My favorite is CutePolish. If you ever just need inspiration on a nail art project she's got so much going on over there! Also why... why would you want KFC flavored nail polish?? o.o Hmm as for what color to paint your own nails... BLUE!! Preferably with glitter <3

I have a really bad habit of tearing and picking at my nails when my anxiety is really bad, so sometimes if I notice I've been doing that a lot I'll put nail polish on because it makes it harder to do that and I'll take more notice of it when I start to tear at my fingernails so I'll eventually start to break the habit. Of course that only lasts for so long, so its a reoccurring cycle, but still...
I went to school for cosmetology for a while, so I've actually done quite a few manicures and pedicures in my time. I've considered going back to get my nail tech license but I'm not 100% sure its something I really want to do yet so I haven't.
Anybody have a favorite brand of polish? I personally really like Venique. I've worked a lot with OPI and love the range of colors that brand has but I'm not a fan of the consistency, its too goopy an thick. And China Glaze easily has the best base and topcoat I've found, their topcoat especially dries amazingly fast.

o l i v i n e s k y I tried the sticker things? for a few months. I liked them a lot. I don't like sparkles so much because they feel rough on my nails. you? I want to try the stickers! But every time I get the impulse I'm about to do something that would ruin my nails (re-upholstering chairs... scrubbing down the kitchen... etc). I love sparkles but I always have to put an extra top coat to make it feel smooth or the roughness will have me picking at it ha ha

And China Glaze easily has the best base and topcoat I've found, their topcoat especially dries amazingly fast. honestly if i wouldn't get the gel polish on for the hardening factor i would totally stay with Vinylux it lasts for about a week and there is no base coat needed so like 2 coats of color and a top coat and bam! ninja plus the polish beads water off of it so it lasts about a week instead of a couple days
