Background: Whimsical and often lost in his head, Alfie struggled to make friends at the Mage Academy in Erelandra. He only wanted to travel the world as a high-class magician, not realising he needed to put himself into his studies. When his father became ill, this caused Alfie to take notice of what was important. Before passing, his father passed the family rune mark to his son, allowing him to have such potential for magic. Alfie did mature slightly after his father's passing, mostly trying to make him proud. He rose through the ranks and by the age of twenty-four he was growing in both skill and maturity. As his magic grew, so did his desire to travel the world. His teachers saw this and knew, inevitably, the only way for him to grow was to enhance his skills on the open road. They sent him towards Maeven to try and find a master along the dusty roads to mentor him.

Background: Jaelle is the second-oldest in her family behind her brother, who is 20. She used her skills to get money in the small towns she travelled to with her "tribe" of sorts. She is a sixth-generation of the Band of Gypsies and intends to remain with them for the rest of her life. However, one night, she had a dream where she saw the dread witch Kamawanaiyo return and knew she had to act. Kamawanaiyo had killed almost all gypsies when she first reigned as they posed a threat to her control. She feels as if she is burdened with keeping her small tribe alive and as such took it upon herself to ensure Kamwanaiyo was never to return to the world of Istrea.

Personality/Mannerism: Nurturing, calm, protective, and intelligent. He is a man of great wisdom and shares it with those who ask. He always looks for people to help in any way he can. Often deemed a book-worm and workaholic by most. He is a gentle spirit and rarely resorts to violence, although he has the animalistic urge to fight when things go bad. He will stand up for things he believes in and to protect the people he holds dear.

Physique: His eyes are grey but can change shades depending on his mood. There have been times when, in anger, they turn black and when excited they turn a blue-grey. His horns can shrink in size if he wills them to, and he does when travelling and around those he doesn't know he can trust. Even though small, they can still be seen, so he wears a headband to cover them.

Religious philosophy: He follows the common Goleta Faith; the thought that there are only two gods, one of Life and one of Death. However, his faith has waned over the years and sine leaving his homeland has developed more of a sense of the afterlife and nothing more.
Political/social philosophy: As a Priest he always does his best to help those around him, regardless of what he is meant to be doing at the time. He is a charitable person through and through.
Background: Elijah grew up in the woods of Goleta amongst the centaurs in peace with the rest of his people. He had left one day when he was twelve to get some food from the markets nearby, but upon his return found his entire family and community slain by Noeven hunters out to kill them. Even though Goleta had tried to seal off their borders to Noeven in an attempt to keep peace, this act of violence couldn't go unpunished. Still, the culprits could not be found and no punishment came to be. Filled with resentment and revenge, he sought to kill them all, that is until he found a small kitsune caught in a steel trap around her foot. Her calls for help calmed the fury in his head and he freed her. Seeking medical attention, she stated he was the only one to help her after her people were slaughtered. Finding common ground, he let the anger subside and found a desire to protect the last kitsune he knew; Ramona. They formed a strong bond of friendship which later grew into love. They travelled together, fleeing from the hunters whenever they came across them.
Having nearly died one time, the wounded couple managed to sneak onto a merchants cart going to Erowyth. They made it just in time to be healed. Having nowhere to go, they were abandoned on the street and left to fend for themselves. However, in the Land of Misfits and Rogues, a helping hand was always somewhere if one looked hard enough. The two were approached by a Priest, Father Nicholsen, who took them in and gave them a room within the Temple. They were taught in the ways of the temple and awarded titles and given a new life.
Elijah left the Temple when he heard word of Kamawanaiyo returning and the threat it could cause. His skill of finding information that was necessary was his cause to leave his wife behind in the temple (he knew she'd be safest there). He hates travelling alone, but knows if he makes it to Fashrade quick he can find the group destined to track the host of the witch down and aid them with his knowledge of what has been to determine what will be.
Storms brewed on the cold horizon promising nothing but winds to level even the mightiest of trees to the soil. The noon darkness and damp-smelling air threatened to render them helpless beneath whatever pitiful shelter they sought. David cast his eyes to the charcoal sky, his attention held by a golden streak, a crack in the cloud layer where the sun streamed through as fast as water through a cracked dam. The rain was promised, the wind already unleashed, but there would be sunshine and warmth by morning, time to rebuild and repair.

She could still remember seeing it from the windows of her room, seeing the wind ripping through the air and hearing its high-pitched screams. The clouds above her oozed and billowed across the awakening sun, casting the meadow into a shadowy darkness. A jagged bolt of lightning ripped the sky in half and she began to run, wincing as each icy raindrop pierced her skin. The violent wind whipped the blonde hair around her face and tears mixed with rain as a numbing coldness gripped her heart. Thunder rolled across the sky, seeming to crack the world in half and reveal the fury of the gods. It reverberated around the green landscape, eerily echoing as the girl desperately searched for shelter.

Personality/Mannerism: Often regarded as moody and lethargic, he is not emotionally driven by anything but his job of collecting souls. However, he is a caring person even though he cannot physically show it. Protective of children and those who cannot fend for themselves, he is a charitable person and gives any money (silver coins) he comes across to those who need it. He has a very sophisticated sense of speaking, when he chooses to speak, but otherwise stays silent. He does not involve himself in violent situations or arguments, but will prevent death if it is not time.

Special Tactic/Skills: There is no way to bar the road against a dullahan β all locks and gates open on their own when it approaches. Also, they do not appreciate being watched while on their errands, throwing a basin of blood on those who dare to do so (often a mark that they are among the next to die), or even lashing out the watchers' eyes with their whips made of a human's spine.
Battle Strength: Being an immortal being, a Grim Reaper, they are immune to all forms of pain and psychological torture. They can see through all illusions and if blown apart will be put back together again by the magic of the unbreakable Scythe of Feldir. Because of this, he can use himself as a human shield and target to allow others a chance to attack. He will not strike unless the person before him is his target decided by Feldir.
Battle Weakness: Dullahans are driven away by gold, as even a single gold pin can drive them away. If one were to take a Dullahan's head, they would lose every sense they have, but still be able to function normally, so it is not regarded as a weakness.

Battle Attire: As a Dullahan, he does not need armor for he is already dead. (*) The only way to kill a Dullahan is if Feldir himself takes the enchanted scythe from them, as the scythe itself contains the last shred of a Dullahans soul.
Cherished Items: His head, which he carries at his side at all times. It is usually "attached" to his head via a black scarf to seem human. There is a spell cast on it, preventing it from being stolen from him (if taken more than 12 feet from him, it will teleport back to Keegan).

Weapon Background: A scythe given to him by the God of Sickness and Death, blessed by the Gods magic. It takes the soul of whomever it strikes, unless the user states otherwise. It holds a sentient nature and has a telepathic link to the user. Feldir can also speak through the scythe himself, allowing a way to speak to the Gods.

Religious philosophy: As a Dullahan, a grim reaper, he collects souls to take to the Underworld. He obeys Feldir, the God of Sickness and Death, directly. He does listen and obey other Gods of Erelandra faith, but mostly his God directly.
Political/social philosophy: If others around you are suffering, do something about it and do not stand idly by when you have the power to make a change.
Background: Keegan is a Dullahan, a race created by Feldir to be the carriers of souls to the Underworld/Other Side. They have never truly lived and the only fragment of their soul is imbued in the scythe they are given by Feldir himself. They are headless horsemen, tasked with forever roaming Istrea to collect souls. In times of war, he has been amongst the battlefields, taking souls into his carriage to whisk away since their time has come.
Despite his race and history, he is a rather gentle spirit amongst other Dullahan. Many of his own kind will lash out at humans and threaten to take their souls for watching them, but Keegan merely shows a discontent with them doing so. He only kills when necessary, while others will do so whenever they feel like it. He is regarded as a "kindred spirit" to many but other Dullahans regard him as soft and weak. His physical strength is lacking, since he is skinny and frail, but his magical strength is his strong point and he knows it.
Keegan knows that many will fall trying to prevent, or allow, Kamawanaiyo's return and so he made his way to try and find the group going to find the host body. He did so because he knows he will be collecting souls at some point and that if Kamawanaiyo returns, the more souls he will collect. He is merely trying to make his job easier for himself.
